Referring to fig. 16 and 20, the difference between the position-limiting sheet 5 and the embodiment 1 is that a flange 502 is provided along the edge of the stop hole 501 on one side of the position-limiting sheet 5, so as to ensure that one side of the position-limiting sheet 5 is interference-mounted in the slot 205 of the needle shield 2.
The elastic collar 3, the needle seat 6 and the needle tube 7 refer to the embodiment 1.
Referring to fig. 14, the difference in assembly is that the housing portion 601 of the needle hub 6 houses the needle shield 2 and the rear portion of the catheter hub 101 through an internal bore, and the retaining protrusion 403 of the stop 4 is axially retained in the notch 1011 of the catheter hub 101, so that the needle shield 2 remains well connected to the catheter hub 101 without external forces. Assembly description of other components refer to example 1.
Referring to fig. 21, the needle stick prevention device enters a self-destruction state, which is different in that when the stopper 4, which is not supported by the needle tube 7, slides toward the inside of the slide groove 204 of the needle shield 2 by the elastic restoring force of the elastic collar 3, the retaining protrusion 403 of the stopper 4 is disengaged from the notch 1011 of the catheter hub 101, the anti-separation function between the stopper 4 and the catheter hub 101 is disabled, and the catheter hub assembly 1 is separable as a whole. The final condition of the catheter hub assembly 1 after detachment is shown in figure 22.

Claims (10)

1. An elastic collar and stopper fitting type anti-needle-stick device, comprising:
the rear end of the conduit seat component is provided with an anti-falling structure;
the needle protection sleeve is internally provided with a needle through hole which is communicated along the axis, the front part of the needle protection sleeve is arranged from the rear end of the catheter seat assembly, the front end of the outer wall of the needle protection sleeve is provided with a sliding chute, the sliding chute divides the front end of the needle through hole into two sections, the rear end of the outer wall of the needle protection sleeve is provided with a slot, and the slot divides the rear end of the needle through hole into two sections;
the elastic lantern ring is sleeved at the front end of the outer wall of the needle protection sleeve through elastic deformation and corresponds to the sliding groove in position;
the check block is slidably arranged in the sliding groove of the needle protection sleeve, one surface of the check block facing the sliding groove of the needle protection sleeve is matched with the needle tube, the other surface of the check block facing the outside of the sliding groove of the needle protection sleeve is supported on the inner wall of the elastic lantern ring, and the rear part of the check block is matched with the anti-falling structure of the catheter seat component;
the limiting piece is arranged in the slot of the needle protection sleeve and is provided with a stop hole corresponding to the needle through hole;
a needle stand which is sleeved on the rear part of the needle protection sleeve;
the needle tube penetrates through the catheter seat assembly, the needle through hole of the needle protection sleeve and the stop hole of the limiting sheet and provides support for the stop block, the rear end of the needle tube is fixed in the needle seat, and a convex buckle with the size larger than that of the stop hole of the limiting sheet is arranged at the position, close to the front end, of the outer wall of the needle tube;
the needle base is pulled backwards to drive the needle tube to retreat along the axial direction, when the needle tube retreats to the convex buckle and is blocked by the stop hole of the limiting sheet, the front end of the needle tube retreats to leave the stop block, the stop block loses the support of the needle tube, under the action of the elastic restoring force of the elastic lantern ring, the stop block is separated from the anti-falling structure of the catheter base component and slides towards the inside of the sliding groove of the needle protecting sleeve, so that the stop block blocks the front end of the needle through hole of the needle protecting sleeve to prevent the front end of the needle tube from extending forwards, and the needle protecting sleeve, the stop block and the limiting sheet realize the shielding of,
the needle file continues to be by the rearward pulling, drives spacing piece through the protruding buckle of needle tubing, and then drives needle lag and the last elasticity lantern ring of needle lag and dog and move backward together, when the needle lag is pulled out from the rear end of pipe seat subassembly, realizes separating with the pipe seat subassembly.

The anti-acupuncture device of an elastic sleeve ring and a block matched type is characterized in that the anti-falling structure of the catheter holder component is an annular clamping groove which is inwards concave in the circumferential direction at the rear end of the inner wall of the catheter holder, and the back side of the block is provided with a backstop bulge matched with the annular clamping groove of the catheter holder.

The anti-needle-stick device of claim 1, wherein the anti-slip structure of the catheter holder assembly is a slot extending through the sidewall of the catheter holder, and the rear side of the other surface of the stopper is provided with a retaining protrusion matching with the slot of the catheter holder.
4. The elastic lantern ring and block matched anti-acupuncture device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a positioning groove for the elastic lantern ring to be clamped into is arranged on the other surface of the block.
5. A cooperating anti-needle-stick device of claim 3, wherein the stop has a pair of positioning ribs on opposite sides thereof for engaging the grooves of the needle shield.
6. A device according to any of claims 1 to 3 or 5, wherein the stop has locating surfaces on its front, rear or both sides for engaging with the grooves of the needle shield.
7. The needle-stick prevention device of any one of claims 1 to 3 or 5, wherein the outer wall of the needle shield has a circumferential concave annular positioning groove at the front end, the bottom surface of the annular positioning groove has a positioning plane parallel to the axis, the positioning plane has a sliding groove, the sliding groove and the slot are arranged along the radial plane, and the elastic collar is elastically deformed to fit into the annular positioning groove.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or 5, wherein the position-limiting piece is an L-shaped piece, one side of the position-limiting piece is mounted in the slot of the needle shield and has a position-stopping hole, and the other side of the position-limiting piece is disposed on the outer wall of the needle shield.
9. The apparatus according to claim 8, wherein the edge of the stop hole of the stop piece is provided with a flange.

The needle-prick preventing device with the matched elastic lantern ring and the stop block according to any one of claims 1 to 3, 5 and 8, wherein a groove communicated with the inner hole is formed at the front end of the needle tube, the side, matched with the needle tube, of the stop block and the front side face of the stop block are in arc transition, when the needle tube retreats past the stop block, one side of the stop block is tightly attached to the outer wall of the needle tube under the elastic restoring force of the elastic lantern ring and is positioned outside the groove of the needle tube, and therefore the needle tube retreats smoothly.
