The adjustable prone position body cushion as claimed in claim 5, wherein the transmission assembly comprises a second transmission rod (5-7), two ends of the second transmission rod (5-7) are provided with a third worm (5-8), and the screw (5-1) is provided with a third worm wheel (5-9) matched with the third worm (5-8).
7. An adjustable prone position cushion as claimed in claim 5 wherein the transmission assembly includes a belt disposed between the two screws (5-1).
8. An adjustable prone position cushion as claimed in claim 6 or 7 wherein the end of any screw (5-1) is provided with a second rocker (5-10).

The adjustable prone position body position cushion as claimed in claim 5, wherein the upper part of the adjusting block (5-4) is provided with a plurality of limiting grooves (5-5), and the bottom of the supporting plate (2) is provided with limiting rods (5-6) matched with the limiting grooves (5-5).
10. An adjustable prone position body pad as claimed in claim 1 wherein the soft pad (3) comprises a vertical pad and two lateral pads arranged on the upper and lower part of the vertical pad.
