5. An automated bread production line as in claim 1, characterised in that said kneading device further comprises a carrying case housing said kneading mechanism, said feeding device and said stirring device.

An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 5, wherein said kneading drums comprise a kneading drum body having an opening at the upper side, a cover plate covering the opening of the kneading drum when the kneading drum body is turned over by 90 °, and a telescopic driving means for driving the cover plate to cover or be away from the opening.

An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 6, wherein said telescopic driving means comprises a follower mechanism rotating with the kneading cylinder and connected to said cover plate, a moving seat carrying said follower mechanism, and a moving mechanism driving the moving seat to move.
8. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 7, wherein said moving mechanism includes a moving groove formed in a bottom portion of said moving base, a guide rail engaged with said moving groove, and a screw for driving the moving mechanism to move.
9. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 1, wherein said kneading mechanism further comprises a flour spraying device for spraying flour into said kneading drums.

An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 9, wherein said dough spraying means includes a material spraying pipe connected to a side wall of said kneading barrel, an air outlet pipe connected to a side wall of said material spraying pipe, a supply barrel for supplying said material spraying pipe, and an air pump for blowing air to said air outlet pipe.
11. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 10, wherein said air pump and said supply cylinder are fixedly arranged on said eccentric drive.
12. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 5, wherein said turning device comprises a bearing table for bearing said kneading mechanism and said eccentric driving device, and a turning driving device for driving said bearing table to turn; the bearing platform is rotatably connected to the bearing box.
13. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 12, wherein said feeding means comprises a filling tank for filling water into said kneading mechanism and a breading tank for filling flour into said kneading drums.
14. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 13, wherein said stirring means comprises a paddle for stirring the ingredients, and a telescopic driving mechanism for driving said paddle into said kneading mechanism.
15. An automated bread production line as claimed in claim 14, wherein said telescopic driving mechanism comprises a telescopic cylinder for driving said paddle to extend and retract.
16. An automated bread line as in claim 1, wherein said kneading mechanism further comprises a dough bearing seat for bearing the kneaded dough.
17. An automated bread line as claimed in claim 16, wherein the assembly further comprises holding means for holding the dough from the kneading means in each of the carriers.
