Description
Technical Field
The invention describes a climate conditioning sport pants for endurance sport, provided with a textile skin contact layer directly on the skin of the wearer, which contact layer extends from the contact composite layer via the thigh part to the knee part.
Background
Various sport pants are known for different types of endurance sports, which may also be defined as running pants, and which have climate regulating features while protecting the legs of the wearer from the weather.
US5153944 describes a pants which can be converted into shorts, in which ventilation of the lower legs is achieved and moisture and heat can be carried away from the body of the wearer. In addition, the fixed windproof and rainproof layer can be detached. However, this solution is cumbersome and not suitable for endurance exercises in cool weather.
US2009178174 describes a multi-layered sports pant having a skin contact layer and a layer covering the skin contact layer, which layer has the shape of the outer skin and defines it as a weather layer. In the weather-proof layer, a plurality of ventilation holes that can be opened and closed with a slide fastener are provided. Typically, the skin contact layer extends under the vent holes, thereby protecting the wearer's skin and preventing viewing through the vent holes.
By means of this solution, a local air flow can be achieved at the location of the plurality of ventilation holes. The skin contact layer is directly against the skin at the location of the vent and air can only pass through the vent to an exposed location below the vent. Although the area of the ventilation holes is relatively large, the sport pants can realize a small cooling effect. In addition, there is a risk of moisture penetrating into the interior through the vent holes.
EP3178336 describes sports pants made mainly of basic textiles and provided with ventilation holes in the front part of the sports pants. These vents extend over the main area of the sport pants in the thigh section from the buttocks to the knees. The shape of the vent holes can vary, where as large a cross-sectional area as possible is chosen. The ventilation holes are designed as recesses, extending over the main area of the sports pants. These recesses extend to the pockets of the buttocks area of the sport pants. In the region of the ventilation openings, a ventilation material is provided which covers a major part, wherein a mesh is preferred. In order to cover the skin, recesses or webs of the wearer, a cover sheet should be provided. Here multiple components are required, which must be properly aligned and time-consuming to stitch together. Since the described sports pants are mainly produced for tennis players who often perform strong and abrupt hip movements, the ventilation effect seems to be applicable only to tennis. In the endurance sport field, for example: long runs or long distance skiing do not occur similar to tennis, and thus ventilation or climate conditioning effects are limited because of the reduced airflow achievable. To further increase the air flow, EP3178336 also describes providing the buttocks with additional recesses, webs and flaps.
This type of ventilation is not suitable for multi-layered sports pants in endurance sports, especially when sports are performed in cold outdoor weather. The production process of such sports pants is very time-consuming, since it requires a plurality of components made of suitable textile products and must be fixed to each other in different positions in a defined relationship, in particular it must be sewn together. In addition, other components must be added to enhance the ventilation effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide a climate control sport pants having a skin contact layer in close contact with and having an additional weather and rain layer which enhances the climate control effect of the skin contact layer in close contact with and is weather-proof, thereby improving the climate control sport pants as a whole.
Another object of the invention is to produce such climate controlled sport pants in a simple manner, which comprises as few additional components as possible.
The climate-control ventilation effect of the climate-control sport pants is simplified by a special weather-resistant layer which is only partially secured between the contact composite layer and the knee part, wherein the ventilation openings which are provided only open in response to the movement of the legs when the wearer moves accordingly.
The skin contact layer and the skin of the wearer are optimally protected from the weather, since the opening or vent is no longer always left open, and wind and moisture cannot penetrate in from the outside.
These objects are achieved by a climate controlled sport pants according to claim 1.
By suitably selecting the weather barrier, the opening and the weather barrier, and by suitably fixing the weather barrier to the skin contact layer only by means of a part of the connector, a pumping effect can be achieved in the movement of the skin contact layer relative to the weather barrier. The air flow from the buttocks to the knees and vice versa is achieved by a pumping effect.

Detailed Description
The climate conditioning sport pants herein are multi-layered sport pants, at least two-layered sport pants, for endurance sports, such as: jogging and skating, particularly for winter sports, such as: long distance skiing, the sport pants comprising a skin contact layer 1 which is as close as possible to the skin of the wearer.
The skin contact layer 1 is preferably a knitted fabric, particularly preferably made of a knitted fabric or a knitted fabric, and is directly applied to the skin of the wearer. Here, a seamless knitted fabric is preferably shown, which is produced by a circular knitting machine. Even if stitching is described, this refers to a seamless knit. The advantage of the knitted fabric is that it forms a knitted fabric which is as soft as possible and which optimally rests against and contacts the skin of the wearer. If there are no (excessive) seams, the skin irritation is reduced and the wearer is comfortable. The knitted fabric is also designed to be knitted from at least one yarn. Due to the different braiding structures and the high-tech braiding techniques, a flexible, tight skin contact layer 1 can be achieved here, providing sufficient support and good climate comfort.
The skin contact layer 1 extends from the contact composite layer 10 to the lower leg portion 13 via the thigh portion 11 and the knee portion 12. A buttock portion 14 and a popliteal portion 15 are formed at the corresponding heights on the back of the pant. In order to achieve a specific climate control effect and/or a close fitting effect in the different parts and areas 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, the weave pattern, the number of weaves or yarns, the mesh density and/or the material and thickness of the yarns are purposefully selected. In this way, different climate controlled zones and/or zones of close proximity may be formed on the climate controlled sport pants, thereby improving the comfort of the wearer and improving the ability of the wearer to exercise. In the thigh portion 11, there is provided a seamless knitted fabric which distributes sweat over the thigh and partially retains it on the skin of the wearer, so that sweat can be directly evaporated at important muscle group sites, thereby having a good cooling effect.
An additional cling layer may be provided on thigh portion 11, having a rib structure made of a base knit of protruding fabric ribs. Wherein the fabric rib is provided to protrude from the base knitted fabric on a side facing the skin of the wearer. The textile rib is produced by a suitable weaving process in which the protruding ends of the fabric rib are spaced from the base knit by a distance of a plurality of yarn thicknesses. Depending on the type of weave or the weave pattern, a rib structured skin contact layer 1 consisting of a base weave and a plurality of fabric ribs may be produced, as is known to those skilled in the art. Such a knitted fabric having a plurality of rib structures and fabric ribs, which is referred to as "seamless", has a very high elongation, and has an elongation of at least 40% to 100% in at least one direction of elongation according to a knitting pattern. Common materials for the skin contact layer 1 are polyesters, polyamides, polyacrylates, polypropylene, polyurethane and yarn mixtures made of these materials.
In the popliteal portion 15, a moisture permeable knitted mesh is provided here that aids in the evaporation of sweat at the popliteal portion 15 or directs it to the outside without restricting the mobility of the wearer's knee. In the calf portion 13, a cushion (called a pad) for heat insulation is provided at the level of the calf of the wearer, and is a thickened knitted area. The rib and channel may be formed on the skin facing side of the cushion by a selected weave pattern to store hot air adjacent the body in the channel. This prevents the calf area from catching cold by the cushion. This type of cushion may also be made by a suitable weave pattern or a suitable loop.
Since the low temperature in the leg region cannot be completely prevented by such a skin contact layer 1 in cold weather, a weather-proof solution is provided here. This object is achieved by the weather barrier 2 which does not influence the climate regulating effect of the skin contact layer 1 and which also promotes the climate regulating effect as described in the following fig. 2.
The weather and light barrier 2 used here is designed to be smaller than the size of the skin contact layer 1, is provided in the thigh area of the skin contact layer 1, and partially covers the skin contact layer 1. Thus, the skin contact layer 1 is always partially visible. The weather layer 2 is designed to extend under the contact composite layer 10, covering the thigh section 11 up to the knee section 12. From the coupling end 20 to the knee end 21, the weather layer 2 covers the thigh section 11 of the skin contact layer 1 in the direction of its longitudinal axis L.
As indicated by the horizontal arrows in fig. 2, the weather layer 2 is arranged on the skin-facing side of the skin contact layer 1 and is connected to certain fastening portions 24. The weather barrier 2 is secured by suitable securing means along side edges 23 which extend approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the weather barrier 2.
The weather layer 2 is attached to the skin contact layer 1 in sections along the side edges 23 at least at some points in some of the attachment portions 24. The fixing portion 24 is located on the side of the thigh portion 11 on the skin contact layer 1 when the wearer wears on the inner thigh and the outer thigh.
The fixation is accomplished by sewing or gluing the weather layer 2 to the skin contact layer 1 at the fixation portion 24. The fixation may be accomplished by a snap as shown in fig. 2.
It is important that the weather layer 2 is movable relative to the skin contact layer 1 when the legs of the wearer are moved. Thus, an unfixed portion of the weather barrier 2 is formed along the side edge 23. In these unsecured portions the weather layer 2 may be moved away from the skin contact layer 1, thereby enabling air circulation when the wearer moves his legs. In the unfixed portion, the weather layer 2 is loosely located on the skin contact layer 1.
In order to further optimize the air circulation, the weather layer 2 should also be fixed to the knee portion 12 of the skin contact layer 1 only in sections at the knee end 21. A lateral slot is formed at the knee end 21 as an inlet of the air intake passage, through which air can be guided from outside the knee end 21 to the surface of the skin contact layer 1.
The weather and light layer 2 is used here as a garment layer which does not completely cover the skin contact layer 1 and/or is only fixed in sections along the side edges 23, so that there are 5 unfixed portions. The weather layer 2 is designed to be weather-proof, as far as possible permeable to water vapor, and preferably waterproof, so that the underlying skin contact layer 1 is protected. The weather layer 2 may be made of a textile woven, knitted or braided from synthetic fibers. Suitable fibers should absorb little moisture and have a high moisture removal capacity.
The weather barrier 2 may preferably be made of a film or film laminate that is weather resistant, water vapor permeable, preferably waterproof. Suitable films are well known.
The film glue comprises at least one film layer and at least one textile layer of the knitted or woven type, to which the film layer is glued, fused or welded. The film layer may comprise a plastic or metal film, preferably Polyurethane (PU) is used. The windproof and rainproof layer 2 is formed by gluing, and is tear-resistant, wear-resistant, waterproof, windproof and/or breathable. If a metal film is used, the film glue may also reflect heat radiation.
The weather layer 2 may also consist of a textile layer provided with a coating known to the person skilled in the art, for example a coating made of polyurethane, acrylic or silicone. In the weather resistant layer 2, a plurality of ventilation holes 22 are provided between the joint end 20 and the knee end 21, which penetrate through the weather resistant layer 2. The ventilation openings 22 are designed here as a fish gill-shaped arc and extend from a centrally arranged maximum height towards the joining end 20 to a minimum height towards both sides of the knee end 21.
At the location of the vent hole 22, the weather barrier 2 is blocked and open, but little wind or moisture can penetrate the channel-shaped design. In a state in which the legs of the user are not bent and the weather layer 2 is unstressed, the ventilation hole 22 is almost closed. Thus, in the state of the art sense, the vent 22 does not represent a permanent opening. Water penetration may be additionally prevented by the arc-shaped design of the vent holes 22. The ventilation holes 22 are arranged at regular intervals along the weather layer 2, wherein the arc shape of the ventilation holes 22 is always the same.
The weather layer 2 with ventilation holes 22 mainly serves to keep cool air away from the skin contact layer 1 and thus away from the thighs of the wearer to prevent the legs from catching cold. When the leg portion is stretched, the vent hole 22 is closed, and the cool air from the outside cannot reach the leg portion.
When the wearer walks with the climate regulated multi-layered sport pants, the storm layer 2 moves according to the deflection of the lower leg relative to the thigh, wherein the storm layer tightens and relaxes again. Different areas of the weather layer 2 are located in different ways on the skin contact layer 1 or are undulated with respect to the skin contact layer 1 or with respect to the weather layer 2 facing the surface of the skin contact layer 1. The result is a pumping effect of the movably fixed and deflectable weather barrier 2 with respect to the skin contact layer 1, whereby more airflow is created by the relative movement. Thereby pumping air to the thigh. When the leg is bent, the tension of the weather layer 2 pulls the vent hole 22 open, and air can reach the leg through the open vent hole 22. Through the extra opening of the weather barrier 2 at the knee end 21, air can also be pumped from the outside through the inner surface of the weather barrier 2 to the skin contact layer 1, where it is discharged along the weather barrier 2 of the skin contact layer 1 through the unfixed portions. Thus, the climate regulating effect of the skin contact layer 1 can be further enhanced by the pumping action of the weather barrier 2.
Alternatively, a reflective tape or strips may be provided at the knee end 21 of the weather barrier 2, respectively. The retroreflective tape enhances the field of vision of the wearer and may be sewn or adhered thereto. The weather layer 2 is preferably fixed to the skin contact layer 1 by means of a spot-fixing technique or a spot-sewing technique. Typically, the weather barrier 2 covers only the thigh section 11. In practice, the weather and rain barrier 2 is formed of a first fabric layer coated with an adhesive layer (e.g., ester-based and ether-based polyurethane) and then covered by a second fabric layer. In the gluing step, the two fabric layers are glued together at high temperature and pressure.
