It should be noted that the monitoring of the equipment in the present embodiment may include monitoring of multiple dimensions of the plant equipment, such as, for example, monitoring of an operating condition, monitoring of data, or monitoring of a fault. It should be further noted that the intelligent acquisition unit in the present application may be an information acquisition device with an HPLC chip.
Therefore, in the scheme, the running state information of the plurality of connected devices is collected through each intelligent collection unit, wherein the running state information at least comprises the ID information, the temperature information and the electricity consumption information of each device; each intelligent acquisition unit sends the running state information of a plurality of devices to a concentrator through a power line high-speed carrier communication module, wherein the concentrator updates the address information of each intelligent acquisition unit according to preset time; the concentrator sends the running state information of the plurality of devices and the address information of each intelligent acquisition unit to the master station server; the master station server generates monitoring result information according to the running state information of the devices and the address information of each intelligent acquisition unit, and the technical problem that the existing device monitoring mode is low in efficiency and causes untimely monitoring is solved.
Optionally, the step of updating, by the concentrator according to the preset time in step S14, the address information of each intelligent acquisition unit includes:
and step S141, the concentrator sends an address acquisition instruction to each intelligent acquisition unit through the power line high-speed carrier communication module at preset time, wherein each intelligent acquisition unit is provided with a GPS module.
And step S143, each intelligent acquisition unit controls the GPS module to generate address information according to the address acquisition instruction.
And S145, each intelligent acquisition unit feeds the address information back to the concentrator through the power line high-speed carrier communication module for storage.
Specifically, in the scheme, the concentrator can send acquisition instructions to the intelligent acquisition unit at intervals through the HPLC module, the intelligent acquisition unit comprises a GPS module which can generate position information (namely address information) constantly, feeding back the real-time position information to the concentrator for storage according to the acquisition instruction, it should be noted that, as the intelligent acquisition unit and the factory equipment can be changed at any time according to the requirements of the factory, including operations of moving positions, deleting, adding and the like, therefore, the scheme can update the address information of the intelligent acquisition unit in real time to acquire the latest information of the intelligent acquisition unit and the information of a plurality of factory devices connected with the intelligent acquisition unit, in this scheme promptly, this scheme also can solve factory's equipment, intelligent acquisition unit and change, the unsafe technical problem of fault monitoring.
