Referring to fig. 1, the tray rental system provided in this embodiment includes a server 100 and a plurality of clients, where the clients and the server 100 perform information interaction. In this embodiment, the clients include the supply client 200 and the demand client 300, and it is easy to understand that there may be several supply clients 200 and demand clients 300. The supply user side is the terminal equipment used by the supply side, the demand user side is the terminal equipment used by the demand side, and actually, the supply side and the demand side are both users of the tray and are only distinguished based on different using states of the tray, wherein the supply side refers to the side to be returned after the tray is used, and the demand side refers to the side needing the tray to be used. Of course, the supply user terminal and the demand user terminal can be differentiated in other manners, such as a first user terminal and a second user terminal.
The server refers to a terminal device used by a manager. The User side and the server side can be terminals or servers, and the terminals can be User Equipment (UE) such as a Mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a tablet computer (PAD), and the like, handheld devices, and even vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, computing devices, or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem, a Mobile Station (MS), and the like.
Specifically, in the system, the provisioning client mainly sends a provisioning request to the server, where the provisioning request carries the number of tray offerings and the provisioning address. That is, when the supplier wants to return the tray, a supply request is initiated to the server through the supply client. The supply number of the trays is the number of the trays to be returned, and the supply address refers to the address where the current tray is located. It should be noted that, in one mode, the provisioning request does not carry the provisioning address, and in this case, the address at the time of registration of the provisioning party is used as the provisioning address by default, so that in this case, although the provisioning request does not carry the provisioning address, the provisioning request should also be understood as an equivalent scheme or the same scheme.
In the system, a demand user side mainly sends a use request to a server side, wherein the use request comprises the demand quantity of trays and a use address. That is, when the demander needs to use the tray, a use request is initiated to the server through the demander client. The required number of trays refers to the number of trays required to be used by a person, and the use address refers to where the trays are to be used. In one embodiment, the use address is not carried in the use request, and in this case, the address at the time of registration of the requester is used as the default use address, so that in this case, although the use address is not carried in the use request, the use address is also understood to be an equivalent scheme or the same scheme.
It is easy to understand that when no demand side initiates a usage request, the system does not include a demand user side naturally.
The server side mainly responds to the supply request of the supply client side when the supply client side sends the supply request, and responds to the use request of the demand client side when the demand client side sends the use request.
The server side responds to the supply request of the supply user side, namely matches out the receiving address, and sends response information to the supply user side, wherein the response information comprises the receiving address, so that the supply side knows where the tray needs to be returned.
There are many embodiments for matching the receiving address by the server, and several preferred embodiments are listed here as examples, but the embodiments may also include non-exemplified embodiments without limitation.
In the first embodiment, the server uses the supply address as the receiving address, that is, the tray is temporarily stored in the supplier and is not handed over to other users or managers. This has the advantage of avoiding excessive conveying processes to reduce the transportation costs of the pallets.
In the second embodiment, the server matches one or more fixed addresses from the fixed addresses, and uses the fixed addresses as receiving addresses. The fixed address here refers to an address of a storage place (e.g., warehouse) for storing the tray provided by the management side. The storage places of the trays provided by the management party can be one or more, for example, one storage place is provided for each area, and only one storage place can be matched when matching is carried out, or a plurality of storage places can be matched. Preferably, the storage place closest to the supply address is preferentially matched, so that the transportation distance is shortened, and the tray transportation cost is further reduced. The method has the advantages that idle trays can be timely collected and managed, but the defect is that extra storage places for the trays are required to be added, and the storage cost of the trays is increased.
In the third embodiment, the server matches one or more use addresses from the demand user side, and uses the use addresses as receiving addresses. That is, when one or more requests initiate a use request to the server, the server allocates the tray prepared by the supplier to the requester for use, so that the tray can be reused most quickly (i.e. the tray is used by one user and then handed over to the next user for use), and the utilization rate of the tray is further improved.
It should be noted that the one or more use addresses herein may be understood in various ways, for example, the one or more use addresses reported by one demander, and for example, the one or more use addresses reported by a plurality of demanders, specifically matching one use address or a plurality of use addresses, which may be determined according to the number of tray supplies and the number of tray demands. In addition, when there are a plurality of demand parties, it is preferable to match one or more use addresses closest to the supply address to reduce pallet transportation cost and transportation time. The method has the advantages that the utilization rate of the tray can be improved, excessive interaction processes (such as delivery of a supplier to a manager) can be avoided, the delivery flow of the tray is simplified, and the tray transportation cost can be further reduced by directly delivering the supplier to a demand side.
The above 3 embodiments may also be used in combination, for example, a combination of a first mode and a third mode, that is, when a demander initiates a use request, a use address is preferentially used as a receiving address, for example, when the demander does not initiate a use request, a supply address is used as a receiving address; for example, the second mode and the third mode are used in combination, for example, when the demander does not initiate a use request, the fixed address is used as a receiving address, and when the required number of the pallets of the demander is less than the supplied number of the pallets, both the using address and the fixed address are used as receiving addresses; for example, the first and second modes are combined, for example, when the storage space has no empty space for storing the trays, the supply address is used as the receiving address, otherwise, the fixed address is used as the receiving address, and for example, the supply address and the fixed address are used as the receiving address at the same time, and the tray number share is allocated. Other combinations are not listed here.
In the system, when the supply user side needs to return the tray, the request needs to be sent to the server side, and after the server side matches the receiving address, the supply user side returns the tray to the receiving address, namely returns the tray to the designated place for management, so that the tray is not lost, the cost of configuring a lock for the tray is avoided, and the utilization rate of the tray can be improved.
The system can also realize a handover method of the shared tray, for example, comprising the following steps:
the server receives a supply request sent by the supply client and analyzes the supply quantity and the supply address of the tray from the supply request;
and the server matches a receiving address according to the supply quantity and the supply address of the trays, and sends response information to the supply client, wherein the response information comprises the receiving address.
The handover process of the tray will be described in detail below by exemplifying two specific embodiments.
Example 1
The present embodiment provides a method for handing over a shared tray, which is based on a server. Referring to fig. 2, the method for handing over a shared tray includes the following steps:
s11, the server receives the provisioning request sent by the provisioning client, and parses the number of tray offerings and the provisioning address from the provisioning request.
And S12, the server matches a receiving address which is closest to the supply address and can meet the supply number of the trays from a plurality of fixed addresses according to the supply number of the trays and the supply address, and then sends response information to the supply client, wherein the response information comprises the matched receiving address.
The term "satisfying the number of supplied trays" herein means that the number of supplied trays is equal to or less than the number of trays that can be stored in the storage area. In the case where a management side provides a storage place for storing trays, there is generally no case where a plurality of storage places are provided, and there is generally no case where a storage place satisfying the supply number of trays cannot be found, and therefore, this case is not discussed here.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a method for handing over a shared tray, which is based on a server. Referring to fig. 3, the method for handing over a shared tray includes the following steps:
s21, the server receives the provisioning request sent by the provisioning client, and parses the number of tray offerings and the provisioning address from the provisioning request.
S22, the server side searches out whether there is any demand side meeting the demand quantity condition from the demand side list according to the supply quantity and the supply address of the tray, if so, the service address reported by the demand user side is used as the receiving address, and if not, the supply address is used as the receiving address.
When a demander is matched, in a more optimized scheme, the server may further perform the following steps:
receiving the handover confirmation information fed back by the supplying user terminal, and sending the supplying party information to the requiring user terminal after receiving the handover confirmation information fed back by the supplying user terminal, for example, the supplying party information may include a supplying address, a tray supplying quantity, a supplying party contact way, and the like, so as to facilitate communication between the supplying party and the requiring party. As shown in fig. 1, the supplier and the demander are connected by a dotted line, which indicates that they may or may not communicate with each other. When no communication is performed between the two, a specific handover procedure may be specified by the server.
In this step, there may be a plurality of ways to determine whether the condition of the tray supply quantity is met, for example, if the tray demand quantity in the usage request initiated by a certain demander is equal to the tray supply quantity, or is less than the tray supply quantity and the difference is less than or equal to a set threshold, it may be determined that the condition of the tray supply quantity is met, otherwise, it is determined that the condition of the tray supply quantity is not met; for another example, if the sum of the tray demand quantities in the usage requests initiated by multiple (multiple in this document refers to two or more) demanders is equal to the tray supply quantity, or is less than the tray supply quantity and the difference is less than or equal to a set threshold, it may be determined that the tray supply quantity condition is met, otherwise, it may be determined that the tray supply quantity condition is not met.
Further, as an example of only one possible embodiment, the step may be further detailed as:
searching whether a demand party with the quantity of tray demand equal to the quantity of tray supply exists in the demand party list, and if so, using the use address reported by the demand user side as a receiving address (if a plurality of demand parties are searched, one demand party can be randomly selected, and the use addresses of all the demand parties can be used as receiving addresses for the supply party to select);
if not, further judging whether a demand party with a tray demand quantity smaller than the tray supply quantity and a difference (the difference between the tray demand quantity and the tray supply quantity) smaller than or equal to a set threshold exists, if so, taking the use address reported by the demand user side as a receiving address (if a plurality of demand parties are found, one of the demand parties can be randomly selected, and the use addresses of all the demand parties can be taken as receiving addresses for the supplier to select);
if not, the supply address is taken as the receive address.
In the scheme of the embodiment, the demander is matched firstly, the tray is submitted to the demander preferentially, and the supplier temporarily stores the tray when no demander exists or the demander does not meet the condition of the supply quantity of the tray, so that the tray can be effectively managed, the transfer process can be simplified as much as possible, and the transportation cost generated by tray transfer is reduced.
In addition, optionally, the method may further include the step of:
and S23, the server side establishes or updates a record list according to the supply number, the supply address and the receiving address of the tray. By establishing or updating the recording list, the information of the tray can be conveniently and accurately recorded, and further, the idle tray can be conveniently inquired and managed.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention.
