2. The product inspection method according to claim 1, wherein when there is a difference between the information to be inspected and the corresponding qualification information, the product inspection method further comprises:
determining the abnormal reason of the product with the difference between the information to be detected and the corresponding qualified inspection information;
and sending the warehousing code and the product abnormal reason to a target account.
3. The product inspection method of claim 2, wherein determining the cause of product anomalies for which the information to be inspected differs from the corresponding qualifying inspection information comprises:
determining the difference type of the information to be detected and the corresponding qualified inspection information according to the comparison result of comparing the information to be detected and the corresponding qualified inspection information;
and searching a product abnormal reason corresponding to the difference type in a reason database according to the difference type.
4. The product inspection method of claim 1, further comprising: and when the warehousing code is not received, transmitting the product to be detected to the preset area.
5. The product inspection method of claim 1, further comprising:
respectively counting the number of the information to be inspected and the number of the qualified inspection information;
comparing the number of the information to be inspected with the number of the qualified inspection information;
and when the number of the information to be detected is not equal to that of the qualified inspection information, transmitting the product to be detected to the preset area.
6. The product inspection method of claim 1, wherein the information to be inspected includes a part code, inspector facial feature information, scan inspection time information.
7. The product inspection method according to claim 1, wherein a warehousing operation is performed on the product to be inspected when there is no difference between the information to be inspected and the corresponding qualification information.
8. A product testing device, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for controlling the image pickup device to acquire the warehousing code of the product to be detected when the product to be detected moves to a preset position;
the receiving module is used for receiving the warehousing codes;
the matching module is used for searching target production order information matched with the warehousing code in an order database, wherein the target production order information comprises at least one type of qualified inspection information for producing qualified products identical to the products to be detected;
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring production order information, and the production order information comprises at least one piece of information to be detected in the process of assembling a product to be detected;
the comparison module is used for comparing the information to be detected with the corresponding qualified inspection information to determine whether the information to be detected and the qualified inspection information have difference or not;
and the transmission module is used for transmitting the product to be detected to a preset area when the information to be detected is different from the corresponding qualified inspection information.
9. A storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by one or more processors, implements a product detection method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A product detection system, comprising:
the image shooting device is used for collecting the warehousing codes of the products to be detected;
a controller connected to the image pickup device for performing the product inspection method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. The product detection system of claim 10, wherein the product detection system further comprises:
and the photoelectric sensor is connected with the controller and used for detecting whether the product to be detected moves to a preset position or not so as to enable the controller to control the image pickup device to acquire the warehousing code of the product to be detected when the product to be detected moves to the preset position.
12. The product detection system of claim 10, wherein the product detection system further comprises:
and the product conveying device is connected with the controller and is used for conveying the product to be detected to a preset area.
