Abstract
The invention provides a fan coil and an air conditioner for reducing cleaning frequency. The fan coil includes: the air conditioner comprises a shell, wherein an air inlet is formed in the shell; a filter mechanism having a plurality of filter regions; the filtering mechanism is arranged on the shell, all the filtering areas are arranged on the air inlet in a switchable manner, and each filtering area completely covers the air inlet. According to the fan coil and the air conditioner for reducing the cleaning frequency, the filter screen is arranged to be in the shape of a hollow pipe, the hollow pipe is divided into a plurality of filtering areas, and when one filtering area needs to be cleaned, the filtering area is switched to an unused filtering area for filtering, so that the time interval for cleaning the whole filter screen is prolonged, the purpose of reducing the cleaning frequency is achieved, even the number of the filtering areas can be set according to the annual cleaning frequency, the cleaning frequency is controlled to be once per year, the service time of the filter screen is effectively prolonged, and the purpose of reducing the cleaning frequency is achieved.

The invention relates to the technical field of air treatment equipment, in particular to a fan coil and an air conditioner for reducing cleaning frequency.
Background
The fan coil is the end product of an air conditioning system and is used for regulating the comfort of the indoor environment. But indoor often has the dust, pollutants such as batting, in order to guarantee that the fan coil air supply is clean, and reduce the surface cooler surface not by the dust, pollution problems such as batting, generally increase the filter screen at fan coil return air inlet, thereby with the dust, pollutants such as batting block in the outside, improve indoor environment's travelling comfort, the time is of a specified duration, a lot of dusts can be hung to the filter screen, batting etc., plug up the filter screen mesh, thereby increase the resistance of filter screen, reduce filter screen filtration efficiency, thereby reduce indoor environment travelling comfort, reduce fan coil heat exchange efficiency. Therefore, the filter screen must be cleaned regularly, and the frequency of cleaning the filter screen is different in different occasions. For example, in offices, families and other places which are clean and tidy at ordinary times, the frequency of cleaning the filter screen is low, the filter screen is generally cleaned once in about 3-4 months, if the requirement on comfort is high, the filter screen is generally cleaned once in about 1-2 months, and in places which are seriously polluted in a production workshop and the like, the filter screen is generally cleaned once in about 1 month or even in a shorter time, and the cleaning frequency is very high.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem that a filter screen of a fan coil needs to be cleaned frequently in the prior art, the fan coil and the air conditioner are provided with a plurality of switchable filter areas for switching and filtering and reducing the cleaning frequency.

The cross section of the filter screen is in a ring shape, part of the ring shape forms one filter area, and the axis of the ring shape is arranged along the length direction of the air inlet.
The cross section of the filtering area is arc-shaped, and the angles of central angles corresponding to the arc-shaped filtering areas are equal.
The chord length that the arc corresponds equals the width of air intake, and when filtering area set up in air intake department, the curved extreme point with the sealed cooperation in the corresponding border of air intake.
The number of the filtering areas is N, and the angle of a central angle corresponding to the arc of each filtering area is 360 degrees/N.
The number of the filtering areas is four, and the angle of the central angle corresponding to the arc shape of each filtering area is 90 degrees.
The filtering mechanism further comprises a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the hollow tubular structure to rotate so that all the filtering areas can be arranged on the air inlet in a switchable manner.
The driving mechanism comprises a driving motor and a driving gear, the driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the driving motor, and the driving gear is meshed with the corresponding structure on the filter screen.
The filtering mechanism further comprises a shell, the shell covers the outer peripheral side of the hollow tubular structure, an opening is formed in the shell corresponding to the end portion of the hollow tubular structure, and the opening is communicated with the air return opening.
The fan is arranged inside the shell and sucks gas into the shell from the air inlet.
An air conditioner comprises the fan coil.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The fan coil shown in fig. 1 to 3 includes: the air conditioner comprises a shell 1, wherein an air inlet 2 is formed in the shell 1, and indoor air can enter the shell 1 from the air inlet 2 to perform heat exchange treatment and the like; the filter mechanism 3 is used for filtering the airflow entering through the air inlet 2, and the filter mechanism 3 is provided with a plurality of filter areas 4; the filter mechanism 3 is disposed on the housing 1, preferably, on a side wall provided with the air inlet 2, all the filter regions 4 are disposed on the air inlet 2 in a switchable manner, and each filter region 4 completely shields the air inlet 2, when one filter region 4 is filtered at the air inlet 2 to a certain extent or for a certain time and the filter region 4 needs to be cleaned, the other filter region 4 is switched to the air inlet 2 for filtering, and the filter region 4 which has completed filtering is rotated to a position away from the air inlet 2 and is not filtered, so that the purpose of cleaning the filter screen at the air inlet 2 is actually completed, and the problem of frequent cleaning is solved.
The filtering mechanism 3 comprises a filtering net which is of a hollow tubular structure, the end part of the hollow tubular structure forms an air return opening of the filtering mechanism 3, all the filtering areas 4 are formed on the circumferential side surface of the hollow tubular structure, the air return opening is communicated with all the filtering areas 4, namely air enters from the end part of the hollow tubular structure, and air flow can be discharged from the defined filtering areas 4 after entering the inside of the hollow tubular structure, so that the filtering operation is completed.
The cross section of the filter screen is in a ring shape, namely the filter screen is in a hollow cylindrical structure, the part of the filter screen located at the air inlet 2 can be switched by rotating along the axis of the filter screen, part of the filter screen forms one filter area 4 in a ring shape, and the axis of the ring shape is arranged along the length direction of the air inlet 2.
The cross section of the filtering area 4 is arc-shaped, the angles of central angles corresponding to the arc-shaped filtering areas 4 are equal, or a plurality of arc-shaped filtering areas are divided on the circular ring according to the equal central angles, each arc-shaped filtering area 4 corresponds to the cross section of one filtering area 4, and a space can be arranged between the adjacent arc-shaped filtering areas or does not exist.
The chord length that the arc corresponds is equal with the width of air intake 2, and when filtering area 4 set up in air intake 2 department, curved extreme point and the sealed cooperation in the corresponding border of air intake 2, promptly when filtering area 4 is located air intake 2 department, curved extreme point and the coincidence of the border that air intake 2 corresponds to make filtering area 4 just in time cover air intake 2 department, thereby filter air intake 2 completely, and especially, the axial length of filter screen is equal with the length of air intake 2, and when filtering area 4 was located air intake 2, during the arc, the outstanding inside of casing 1.

The filter mechanism 3 further comprises a drive mechanism 5, the drive mechanism 5 drives the hollow tubular structure to rotate, so that all the filter areas 4 can be switched to be arranged on the air inlet 2, and when the filter screen is of a hollow cylindrical structure, the drive mechanism 5 drives the filter screen to rotate along the axis of the hollow cylindrical structure.
The filtering mechanism 3 further comprises a shell 6, the shell 6 is covered on the outer peripheral side of the hollow tubular structure, an opening is formed in the shell 6 corresponding to the end portion of the hollow tubular structure, the opening is communicated with the air return opening, under the shielding effect of the shell 6, the air can only enter from the end portion of the hollow tubular structure, and the filtering area 4 which is not located at the air inlet 2 is guaranteed not to perform filtering work.
The shell 1 is internally provided with a fan, and the fan sucks gas from the air inlet 2 into the shell 1, so that the gas is forcibly filtered through the filtering area 4.
An air conditioner comprises the fan coil.

A fan coil as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the filter mechanism (3) comprises a filter screen, the filter screen is of a hollow tubular structure, the end part of the hollow tubular structure forms an air return opening of the filter mechanism (3), all the filter areas (4) are formed on the circumferential side surface of the hollow tubular structure, and the air return opening is communicated with all the filter areas (4).
3. A fan coil as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the cross section of the filter screen is in a ring shape, part of the ring shape forms one filter area (4), and the axis of the ring shape is arranged along the length direction of the air inlet (2).
4. A fan coil as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the cross section of the filtering area (4) is arc-shaped, and the angles of central angles corresponding to the arc-shaped filtering areas (4) are equal.
5. A fan coil as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the chord length corresponding to the arc is equal to the width of the air inlet (2), and when the filtering area (4) is arranged at the air inlet (2), the end point of the arc is in sealing fit with the corresponding edge of the air inlet (2).
6. A fan coil as set forth in claim 3 wherein: the number of the filtering areas (4) is N, and the angle of a central angle corresponding to the arc of each filtering area (4) is 360 degrees/N.
7. A fan coil as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the number of the filtering areas (4) is four, and the angle of the central angle corresponding to the arc shape of each filtering area (4) is 90 degrees.
8. A fan coil as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the filtering mechanism (3) further comprises a driving mechanism (5), and the driving mechanism (5) drives the hollow tubular structure to rotate so that all the filtering areas (4) can be arranged on the air inlet (2) in a switchable manner.
9. A fan coil as set forth in claim 8, wherein: drive mechanism (5) include driving motor and drive gear, drive gear set up in on driving motor's the output shaft, just drive gear with correspond the structure meshing on the filter screen.
10. A fan coil as set forth in claim 2 wherein: the filtering mechanism (3) further comprises a shell (6), the shell (6) covers the outer peripheral side of the hollow tubular structure, an opening is formed in the shell (6) corresponding to the end portion of the hollow tubular structure, and the opening is communicated with the air return opening.
11. A fan coil as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the air conditioner is characterized in that a fan is arranged inside the shell (1), and the fan sucks air into the shell (1) from the air inlet (2).
12. An air conditioner, characterized in that: a fan coil comprising the fan coil of any of claims 1-11.
