the smoke collecting cover (2), a smoke guide surface (21) of the smoke collecting cover (2) is provided with a transverse smoke inlet (201) and at least one vertical smoke inlet (202) which is positioned below the transverse smoke inlet (201) and communicated with the transverse smoke inlet (201), the first oil net (11) is movably arranged at the transverse smoke inlet (201), the number of the second oil nets (12) is the same as that of the vertical smoke inlets (202), and the second oil nets (12) are movably arranged at the vertical smoke inlets (202);
the panel (3) comprises a first panel (31) and second panels (32) with the same number as the second oil screens (12), the first panel (31) is arranged on the front surface of the first oil screen (11), and the second panels (32) are arranged on the front surface of the second oil screen (12) and are integrally formed with the first panel (31);
