Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the fixed connector assembly of the present invention comprises an outer cylinder 24, a centering ring 27 and a fixed base 28, which constitute a carrier of the fixed connector, wherein a slip ring plug 25 is installed in a supporting seat 26, and is positioned by a fixed seat 31 designed at the lower part of the supporting seat 26, and then the mounting hole is used for limiting the slip ring plug 25 by a snap spring B33, the supporting seat 26 is in threaded connection with the fixed base 28, and the supporting seat 26 is limited by a snap spring a32 through the hole. The fixed base 28 passes through the central through hole of the centralizing ring 27 and is fixed with the fixed base 28 through the outer cylinder 24 in a threaded connection. The lower connecting wire 29 led out from the slip ring plug 25 is connected with the aviation plug 22, and the aviation plug 22 is installed at the lower end of the fixed base 28 through 4 screws B. A corrugated spring assembly B38 is arranged at the lower end of the fixed joint 7, an elastic clamping ring A39 is arranged in a clamping groove of the compression joint 13, and after the corrugated spring assembly B38 is extruded by the compression joint 13, the elastic clamping ring A39 and the step surface of the fixed joint 7 ensure that the compression joint 13 limits the position of the slip ring socket 37.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 5, the working principle of an integrated while drilling short connector is as follows: the telescopic connector assembly is connected with the upper drill collar adapter 44 through the stop ring 9, has the telescopic amount of 50mm, and can adjust the errors of the length of the internal structure of the MWD or LWD water hole and the length of the drilling tool. The lower drill collar adapter 45 is connected with a lower LWD drill collar 47, the fixed base 28 is connected with an LWD instrument connector 49, the aviation socket 22 is connected with a lower aviation connector 51, a lead of the lower aviation connector 51 is communicated with an internal circuit of the lower LWD instrument through a wire passing hole 48, and power supply and signal transmission between the upper instrument and the lower instrument can be realized after the connectors are butted. The centering ring 27 is installed on the fixed base 28, rotation prevention is achieved through the 2 positioning pins 8 and the lower drill collar adapter 45, and then the steel wire retainer ring 46 is installed to position the centering ring 27. When the instruments are in butt joint, the instruments can be in vertical butt joint at a wellhead or in horizontal butt joint at the ground, the centering of the instruments is ensured as much as possible, in the connection process, the stop ring 9 firstly enters the water hole of the lower drill collar adapter 45, and as the wear-resistant ring 10 is made of a non-metal material, the friction between the stop ring 9 and the water hole of the drill collar adapter 45 is reduced while the drill collar adapter 44 is centered, and the centering connection of the connectors is ensured. When the upper and lower drill collar threads 50 are screwed, the slip ring adjusting and connecting assembly 12 is driven to be stably butted with the slip ring plug 25, so that the upper part and the lower part of the instrument are connected.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the principle of the adjustment movement of the rotating connection assembly is that when the external drill collar drives the internal slip ring assembly to connect, the slip ring plug 25 is required to enter the slip ring socket 37 and then to be pressed inward for a certain distance against the slip ring socket 37, and the corrugated spring assembly a35 generates an axial elastic pre-tightening force on the slip ring socket 37, which may ensure that the metal connection pieces 40 inside the slip ring plug 25 and the slip ring socket 37 are in one-to-one correspondence, thereby preventing the connection from being loosened due to downhole vibration. The corrugated spring assembly B38 supports the compression joint 13, and when the compression distance of the slip ring is too large, the fixed base 28 is compressed against the elastic force of the corrugated spring assembly B38 for a second time after contacting the compression joint 13. The sliding ring adjusting structure with double compensation has the advantages that stable connection of the inner sliding ring is guaranteed, and the situation that the connector is damaged due to the fact that the mechanical structure is hard to touch when an external mechanical structure is in butt joint or underground vibration is too large is avoided.
The invention is integrated with each instrument drill collar pup joint of the rotary geological steering system, realizes power supply communication inside the instrument while being connected by the drill collar threads, and realizes the communication inside the instrument by the direct connection of the drill collars, thereby saving the manual connection link in field operation, reducing the construction safety risk, improving the operation efficiency, ensuring the reliability of power supply communication inside the instrument by using the drill collar threaded connection torque, reducing the use and assembly difficulty of the connector, simplifying the overall structure of the connector and shortening the length.

the telescopic connector assembly comprises an adjusting shell (1), a sliding rod (3), a protective cylinder (5), a fixed joint (7), a stop ring (9), a sealing head (4), a sliding ring adjusting and connecting assembly (12), an aviation socket (22) and an upper connecting wire (14); the adjusting shell (1) is in threaded connection with one end of the sliding rod (3), a sealing head (4) is sleeved on the outer side of the other end of the sliding rod (3), and the outer side of the sealing head (4) is in threaded connection with the inner side of one end of the protection cylinder (5); the inner side of the other end of the protection cylinder (5) is in threaded connection with the outer side of the fixed joint (7), a sliding ring adjusting and connecting assembly (12) is installed inside the fixed joint (7), the sliding ring adjusting and connecting assembly (12) is connected with one end of an upper connecting wire (14), the other end of the upper connecting wire (14) is connected with an aviation socket (22), and the aviation socket (22) is arranged at one end, close to the adjusting shell (1), of the sliding rod (3); the stopping ring (9) is sleeved outside the fixed joint (7);

the upper drill collar adapter is in threaded connection with the lower drill collar adapter, and when the upper drill collar adapter is connected with the lower drill collar adapter, the slip ring adjusts the butt joint of the connecting component (12) and the slip ring plug (25).
