Adjusting the drill collar pup joint to be connected to a well platform, and slowly screwing the upper drill collar pup joint and the lower drill collar pup joint to be connected by using chain tongs; and then the hydraulic tongs are used for increasing the specified buckling torque.

Claims (9)

1. The connector of the logging-while-drilling instrument is characterized by comprising an upper connector and a lower connector;
the upper connector comprises an upper pressure-bearing protective cap (1), a first centralizer (15), an upper adjusting base (52), a female slip ring seat (51) and a female slip ring (33), one end of the first centralizer (15) is hermetically connected with the upper pressure-bearing protective cap (1), the other end of the first centralizer is hermetically connected with the upper adjusting base (52), the female slip ring seat (51) is installed at the lower end of the upper adjusting base (52), and the female slip ring (33) is installed on the female slip ring seat (51);
the lower connector comprises a lower pressure-bearing protective cap (24), a second centralizer, a lower adjusting base (17), a male slip ring seat (30) and a male slip ring (31), one end of the second centralizer is hermetically connected with the lower pressure-bearing protective cap (24), the other end of the second centralizer is hermetically connected with the lower adjusting base (17), the male slip ring seat (30) is installed at the upper end of the lower adjusting base (17), and the male slip ring (31) is installed on the male slip ring seat (30);
the male slip ring (31) is connected with the female slip ring (33);
the upper connector also comprises a base (38), a disc spring assembly (37), a sliding seat (40) and an upper pressure bearing cylinder (35);
dish spring subassembly (37) are installed inside base (38), the one end of base (38) and the inside ladder face contact of last regulation base (52), the other end and slide (40) of base (38) are connected, base (38) are located the inside of adjusting base (52), dish spring subassembly (37) set up inside base (38), dish spring subassembly (37) and female slip ring seat (51) contact are connected, upper portion pressure-bearing cylinder (35) cover is in the outside of adjusting base (52) and slide (40) on, with last regulation base (52) and slide (40) sealing connection.

The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 1, wherein the upper connector further comprises an upper drill collar sub (8), the first centralizer (15), the upper adjusting base (52), the female slip ring seat (51) and the female slip ring (33) are positioned inside the upper drill collar sub (8), and the first centralizer (15) and the upper drill collar sub (8) are in sealing connection;
the lower connector also comprises a lower drill collar nipple (7), a second centralizer, a lower adjusting base (17), a male slip ring seat (30) and a male slip ring (31) are positioned inside the lower drill collar nipple (7), and the second centralizer is hermetically connected with the lower drill collar nipple (7);
the upper drill collar pup joint (8) is connected with the lower drill collar pup joint (7).

The logging-while-drilling instrument connector as recited in claim 2, characterized in that the connection end of the upper drill collar sub (8) and the lower drill collar sub (7) is provided with a tapered connector, the connection end of the lower drill collar sub (7) and the upper drill collar sub (8) is provided with a tapered hole, and the tapered hole is connected with the tapered connector.

The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 1, wherein the upper connector further comprises an upper aviation connector base (16), the upper aviation connector base (16) is mounted at one end of the upper adjusting base (52) close to the first centralizer (15), and a first wire accommodating hole (9) is formed at one end of the first centralizer (15) close to the upper aviation connector base (16).

The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 1, wherein the lower connector further comprises a lower aviation connector (18), the lower aviation connector (18) is mounted at one end of the lower section base (38) close to the second centralizer, and a second wire accommodating hole (6) is formed at one end of the second centralizer close to the lower aviation connector (18).

The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 1, wherein the upper connector further comprises a shock absorbing pad (41) and a first locking ring (42), the shock absorbing pad (41) and the first locking ring (42) being disposed between the female slip ring (33) and the female slip ring seat (51) for connecting the female slip ring (33) and the female slip ring seat (51).
7. The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 1, wherein the lower connector further comprises a lower pressure-bearing barrel (25), an adjusting screw (50), and an adjusting lock nut (48);
one end of the adjusting screw rod (50) is connected with the male slip ring seat (30), the other end of the adjusting screw rod is connected with the lower adjusting base (17), an adjusting locking nut (48) is arranged on the adjusting screw rod (50), the lower pressure bearing cylinder (25) is sleeved outside the adjusting screw rod (50) and the lower adjusting base (17) and is connected with the adjusting screw rod (50) and the lower adjusting base (17) in a sealing mode, and the lower pressure bearing cylinder (25) is connected with the adjusting screw rod (50) through a set screw.
8. The logging-while-drilling tool connector of claim 7, wherein the adjusting screw (50) and the male slip ring seat (30) are connected by a second locking ring (45).
9. The logging-while-drilling tool connector as recited in claim 1, characterized in that both ends of the first centralizer (15) and the second centralizer are provided with sealing plugs (20).
