According to the wall surface trowelling equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the cooperation of the lifting mechanism and the wall surface trowelling device 1000, the trowelling wall surface 500 can simultaneously discharge accumulated materials between the trowelling wall surface 500 and the roller 100 in a self-rotating manner, the scraped wall surface 500 is prevented from being strained, the wall surface 500 is prevented from hollowing and cracking, a larger coverage rate can be formed on the wall surface 500, the trowelling efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and a better trowelling effect is achieved.
A wall plastering method according to an embodiment of the present invention is a wall plastering method based on the wall plastering apparatus 100 of any one of the above paragraphs, comprising the steps of:
step S1: the bracket 200 is adjusted such that the rollers 100 are in contact with the wall surface 500 and the rolling surface 600 is parallel to the wall surface 500.
Step S2: the bracket 200 is pushed upward, so that the roller 100 rolls the wall surface 500 and the lower end of the plastering plate 400 scrapes the wall surface 500.
According to the wall surface plastering method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the wall surface 500 can be plastered, meanwhile, the accumulated materials between the wall surface 500 and the wall surface 500 can be discharged by means of the rotation of the roller 100, the scraped wall surface 500 is prevented from being strained, the wall surface 500 is prevented from hollowing and cracking, a larger coverage rate can be formed on the wall surface 500, the plastering efficiency is improved, the construction cost is reduced, and a better plastering effect is achieved. One embodiment of a wall screeding device 1000 in accordance with the present invention is described below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a wall surface smoothing device 1000 includes: support 200, cylinder 100, trowel 400, extrusion mechanism 300.
The support 200 has upper and lower supports 200 arranged in the screeding advancing direction as an aluminum frame.
The roller 100 is pivotally arranged at the upper part of the bracket 200, the roller 100 is a grinding pipe, and the bracket 200 is an aluminum profile frame.

The pressing mechanism 300 comprises a fixed seat 310, a mounting seat 320, a torsion spring 330 and an adjusting block 312, wherein the fixed seat 310 is arranged on the support 200, the mounting seat 320 is arranged on the fixed seat 310 in a pivoting manner, the torsion spring 330 is arranged between the fixed seat 310 and the mounting seat 320, the torsion spring 330 acts on pushing the troweling plate 400 so that the lower end of the troweling plate 400 extends out of the rolling surface 600, and the troweling plate 400 is connected to the mounting seat 320. The adjusting block 312 is movably disposed on the fixing base 310, one end of the adjusting block 312 abuts against the mounting base 320, and the adjusting block 312 can adjust an initial position of the mounting base 320 to adjust a protruding distance of the trowel 400 relative to the rolling surface 600.
The adjusting block 312 is provided with a positioning strip hole 3121, the adjusting block 312 is connected to the fixing base 310 through a fastener, and the fastener penetrates through the positioning strip hole 3121.
The mount 320 includes: pivot axle 326, first side plate 321, second side plate 322, first pin 323, second pin 324, mounting plate 325. The pivot shaft 326 is disposed on the fixing base 310, the first side plate 321 and the second side plate 322 are respectively connected to two ends of the pivot shaft 326, two ends of the mounting plate 325 are respectively connected to the first side plate 321 and the second side plate 322, and the troweling plate 400 is disposed on the mounting plate 325. The two ends of the first pin 323 are respectively connected to the first side plate 321 and the second side plate 322, and the adjusting block 312 is stopped against the first pin 323. The second pin 324 is connected to the first side plate 321 and the second side plate 322 at two ends. The torsion spring is sleeved on the pivot 326, and one end of the torsion spring abuts against the fixed seat 310 and the other end abuts against the second pin 324.
The adjusting blocks 312 are provided in two at intervals along the length direction of the mounting base 320, and the pressing mechanisms 300 are provided in three at intervals along the length direction of the stand 200. The troweling plate 400 has an inclination angle with the wall surface 500 to be trowelled, and the troweling plate 400 extends in a direction toward the rolling surface 600 in the trowelling advancing direction.
The wall surface smoothing device 1000 further comprises a scraper 110 arranged on the support 200, the scraper 110 is tightly attached to the roller 100, the scraper 110 is obliquely arranged relative to the smoothing direction, the lower end of the scraper 110 is farther away from the rolling surface 600 relative to the upper end of the scraper 110, and the scraper 110 is made of rubber materials.
The bracket 200 is provided with a first pressing plate 210 and a second pressing plate 220, the first pressing plate 210 and the second pressing plate 220 respectively abut against two opposite sides of the scraper 110 to fix the scraper 110, and both the first pressing plate 210 and the second pressing plate 220 are made of rubber materials.
The method of use of the wall screeding device 1000 of the present invention is described below:
1. the wall surface troweling device 1000 is fixedly mounted on a vertical moving shaft (i.e., a lifting mechanism).
2. After reaching the operation point, the roller is driven by an external moving shaft to vertically move upwards along the wall surface 500, and in the moving process, the roller 100 automatically rotates by the friction force of the wall surface 500 to finish the floating and preliminary compaction work of the target wall surface 500; the scraper 110 arranged at the rear end prevents the roller 100 from adhering flash to pollute the wall surface 500 or strain the wall surface 500; and since the upper end is the small diameter of the drum 100, it can be almost covered to the top of the wall.
3. In the process of vertical lifting movement, the trowelling plate 400 extruded from the lower end completes trowelling operation at the wall root, so that the trowelling coverage rate of the wall surface 500 can exceed 95%; meanwhile, the secondary compaction operation of the wall surface 500 which is already leveled by the roller 100 at the upper end is completed along with the rising process, so that the compaction degree of the wall surface 500 is greatly increased, and hollowing and cracking are prevented.
In addition, the elasticity of the three extrusion mechanisms 300 can be adjusted according to the working condition of the wall surface 500 and the characteristics of the material to be smeared, and meanwhile, the adjusting blocks 312 at the two ends can be adjusted to achieve the adjustment of the secondary compaction size. Such as: the second compaction may be carried out again for 0.5mm or 1 mm.
The width of the wall surface trowelling device 1000 is 1.2m, and the wall surface trowelling device is divided into an upper part and a lower part; can effectively cover a vertical face with the width of 1.2m, and the coverage rate is more than 95 percent. a drum pivotably disposed at the upper portion of the bracket;
the floating plate is arranged at the lower part of the support and is obliquely arranged relative to the floating direction, the lower end of the floating plate is closer to the wall surface relative to the upper end of the floating plate, and the floating plate can move relative to the support;
