Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
Fig. 1 is an oblique view showing one embodiment of the container part according to the present invention, fig. 2 is an oblique view showing a state in which 2 container parts are relatively arranged by a first protrusion being outwardly applied, fig. 3 is an oblique view of a container manufactured by assembling the 2 container parts shown in fig. 2, and fig. 4 is a plan view for explaining a coupling state of the container shown in fig. 3.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the container member (100) of the present invention has a first coupling wall portion (110) and a second coupling wall portion (120) spaced apart from the first coupling wall portion. The first combination wall part (110) and the second combination wall part (120) are distributed on the same straight line.
A first coupling portion (112) is formed on the first coupling wall portion (110), and a second coupling portion (122) is formed on the second coupling wall portion (120). In the embodiment, the first combining part (112) is provided with an insertion hole (112a) and a slot which is connected with the insertion hole (112a) in the vertical direction and is slightly narrower than the insertion hole (112 a); the second coupling part (122) has a neck part (122a) which can be inserted into the slot (112b) and a clamping part (122b) which is formed outside the neck part (112a), can be inserted into the insertion hole (122a) and can be clamped and hung on the edge of the slot (112 b). It is clear that the insertion hole (112a) and the boss portion (122b) are molded in a circular shape, but may be formed in other shapes. It is worth confirming that a groove (112c) combined with the slot (112b) for restraining the neck (122b) from moving is formed; it is certain that at the corresponding position of the neck portion (122a), a protrusion protruding to both sides is formed at the middle height of the neck portion (122 a).
As shown, a connecting wall portion (130) is provided between the first connecting wall portion (110) and the second connecting wall portion (120). The connecting wall portion (130) connects the first connecting wall portion (110) and the second connecting wall portion (120), and has a first protruding portion (132) protruding and bending to one side of the first connecting wall portion (110) and the second connecting wall portion (120). In this embodiment, the connecting wall portion (130) is curved in a hexagonal half shape. Such a connecting wall portion (130) is preferable in that a through hole for facilitating air circulation is formed therein. The first joining sections (112) and the second joining sections (122) are formed alternately.
As shown in fig. 2, the convex portion of the first convex portion (132) extends outward, 2 container members (100) are disposed to face each other, and the first coupling portion of the first coupling wall portion (110) of each container member (100) and the second coupling portion of the second coupling wall portion (120) of the opposite container member (100) are coupled to face each other.
In this state, the first coupling portion 112 of the one container member 100 is coupled to the second coupling portion 122 of the opposite container member 100, and the one container member 100 is slightly rotated obliquely, and the first coupling portion 112 of the other container member 100 is inserted into the second coupling portion 122 of the one container member 100 and then completely coupled by being rotated in the opposite direction, and as indicated in fig. 3, the two connecting wall portions of the 2 container members 100 surround the side surface of the first inner space 134 to form the first container portion 130 a.
Preferably, the container member (100) of the present invention further includes a pair of outer side wall portions (140) formed by connecting the first connecting wall portion (110) and the second connecting wall portion (120) to each other, on the opposite side of the connecting wall portion (130). A pair of outer side wall portions (140) have second projecting portions which are convexly curved in the same direction as the connecting wall portion (130). Preferably, a pair of the pair of sidewall portions (140) are curved to have an outer shape of a half of a hexagon as the hexagon of the connecting wall portion (130).
Of course, the connecting wall portion (130) and the outer side wall portion (140) do not necessarily have to be bent into the same shape. For example, the outer wall portion (140) may have a half-shape of a semicircle, a semi-ellipse, a quadrangle, or an octagon. The connecting wall portion (130) may have a semicircular, semi-elliptical, quadrangular, or octagonal half shape.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, if 2 container members are coupled to each other by the first coupling portion 112 and the second coupling portion 122, a pair of side wall portions 140 surround the side surfaces of 2 second inner spaces 144, and second container portions 140a are formed at both sides of the first container portion 130a, respectively.
Preferably, in the pair of outer side wall portions 140, the third coupling portion 146 is formed on one side of the outer side wall portion 140 and the fourth coupling portion 148 is formed on the other side of the outer side wall portion 140. The third coupling portion (146) and the fourth coupling portion (148) allow the container shown in fig. 3 to be coupled to another container, the convex portions of the second convex portions (142) of the two containers (200) are opposite to each other, 2 containers are oppositely disposed, and the fourth coupling portions (148) opposite to the third coupling portion (146) are coupled, respectively, so that the 2 containers (200) can be coupled to each other. Of course, the two container parts (100) can be connected in the same manner, if necessary. Accordingly, the third coupling portion (146) and the fourth coupling portion (148) enable more container parts (100) or containers (200) to be coupled to the outside of the assembled container (200) as represented in fig. 3.
As shown in the figure, the third combining part (146) and the fourth combining part (148) have the shapes of an insertion hole and an insertion slot as well as a neck part and a clamping platform as the first combining part (112) and the second combining part (122), although the connection is favorable, the connection of the third combining part and the fourth combining part can be changed into other shapes if the container component (100) can be connected. The third joint section (146) and the fourth joint section (148) are formed so that the mounting positions thereof can be changed. The outer wall portion (140) forms a through hole to facilitate air circulation.
The lower ends of the connecting wall portion (130) and the outer side wall are formed inward to form a bottom plate portion (150). The bottom plate (150) has a planar semi-hexagonal shape. The bottom plate (150) is preferably formed to be gradually increased in height from the inside to the outside. The bottom plate portion (150) preferably has a circular hole (152) formed therein. The circular hole (152) is used for fixing the container member (100) or the container (200) formed by combining the container members (100) to the wall surface as required. A semicircular groove (154) is formed at the edge of the bottom plate portion (150) to allow air to flow smoothly. In addition, the circular hole (152) can also function as a vent hole.
Preferably, the band-shaped bottom plate portion (150a) has the first connecting wall portion (110) and the lower ends of the connecting wall portion (130) and the outer side wall portion (140) connected to the first connecting wall portion (110) formed to protrude outward. The outer shape of the band-shaped bottom plate (150a) is half of a hexagon. Furthermore, a band-shaped bottom plate part (150a) is formed along the lower ends of the second connecting wall part (120), the connecting wall part (130) connected with the second connecting wall part (120) and the outer side wall part (140) and protrudes outwards. The band-shaped bottom plate portion (150a) is a half of a hexagon. The band-shaped bottom plate part (150a) forms a band-shaped hexagonal bottom plate by combining other container parts (100) at the outer edge.
As shown, a first edge joint (160) is formed at one edge of the container member (100). In this embodiment, the first edge joining portion (160) has a band-like shape protruding in the lateral direction of the container member (100) at the outer side wall portion (140). A clamping table (162) is formed at the upper end of the first edge combining part (160).
A second edge joint part (170) having the same structure as the first edge joint part (160) is formed on the other edge of the container member (100). The second edge joint part (170) is formed on the upper edge of the container part (100) and has a shape of "" into which the upper end of the first edge joint part (160) is inserted. Referring to fig. 4, the second edge joint portion 170 is engaged with the engaging portion 162 at the inner side thereof, and forms an engaging portion 172 for restraining the two container parts 100 from flowing in a lateral direction.
In the state of fig. 2, the height of the second coupling portion 122 of the one container member 100 is adjusted to be inserted into the first coupling portion 112 insertion hole 112a of the other container member 100, the one container member 100 is slightly rotated up and down, the boss portion 122a of the other container member 100 is inserted into the insertion hole 112a of the one container member 100, and then the neck portions 122a are inserted into the insertion grooves 112b of the opposite container members 100 by rotating in the opposite direction. At this time, the second edge coupling part (170) moves according to the moving direction of the neck part (122a) inserted into the insertion slot (112b), and then is coupled to the first edge coupling part (160).
When the first edge joint part (160) and the second edge joint part (170) are opposite to each other and are jointed with the two container parts (100), the two side edges can be jointed with each other, even if the edges are stressed outwards, the two container parts (100) can not be separated, so that the two container parts (100) can not flow transversely, and the first edge joint part and the second edge joint part (112, 122) can maintain the two containers (100) in a more firm joint state.
Through the above process, the two container parts (100) are assembled, and as represented in fig. 3 and 4, the container (200) is assembled.
That is, according to the present invention, at least the first container portion (130a) is formed by combining 2 container members (100) of the same shape, and it is certainly possible to make the container (200) having the central first container portion (130a) and the second container portions (140a) on both sides thereof.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, at the outer sidewall portions (140) of both sides of the assembled container (200), a third coupling portion (146) and a fourth coupling portion (148) to be coupled to other container components (100) or to be connectable to the container (200) are formed, respectively. The process of coupling the two containers (200) to each other by the third coupling portion (146) and the fourth coupling portion (148) is the same as the process of coupling the first coupling portion (112) and the second coupling portion (122) to each other.
Fig. 5 is a plan view showing a state in which two containers are connected by a third connecting portion (146) and a fourth connecting portion (148), and fig. 6 is a plan view showing a state in which 4 containers are connected by a third connecting portion (146) and a fourth connecting portion (148).
As shown in fig. 5, when 2 containers (200) made of 4 container parts (100) are coupled and connected to each other by the third coupling portion (146) and the fourth coupling portion (148), a total of 8 Container Portions (CP) may be formed. Further, as shown in fig. 6, when 4 containers (200) made of 8 container members (100) are coupled and connected to each other by the third coupling portion (146) and the fourth coupling portion (148), a total of 18 Container Portions (CP) may be formed.
The Container Part (CP) has, in addition to the first container part (130a) and the second container part (140a), a plurality of third container parts (210a) formed by third joint parts (146) and fourth joint parts (148) with adjacent containers (200).
Fig. 7 is an oblique view showing other embodiments of the present invention, fig. 8 is a bottom oblique view of the container of fig. 7, and fig. 9 is a drawing of a separate embodiment of a container part for use in assembly of the container of fig. 7.
In some cases, the first edge bonding part (160) and the second edge bonding part (170) may be formed at a middle height of both side edges of the container part (100). The first edge coupling section (160) is formed by a rotor (164) having a boss section (164a), and the second edge coupling section (170) is formed by a boss (174) capable of engaging with the boss section (164 a).
The bottom plate part (150) formed inward of the container member (100) is formed to be gradually inclined, and the band-shaped bottom plate part (150a) formed outward of the container member (100) is formed at intervals from the lower end of the container member (100) to the upper side. In this case, air can flow toward the inside of the Container Portion (CP) to prevent the contents stored in the Container Portion (CP) from being mildewed due to moisture.
The rest being as previously described with reference to figures 1 to 6.
Fig. 10 to 12 are drawings of modified examples of the container member of the present invention.
In some cases, the connecting wall portion (130) and the outer wall portion (140) may be curved in a semicircular shape as shown in fig. 10, and in some cases, may be curved in a half of a quadrangle as shown in fig. 11, or may be curved in a half of an octagon as shown in fig. 12.
