an elastic member that provides an elastic force that causes the locking member to abut against the cam;
when the first tail plate and the second tail plate are in a folded state, the distance between the rotation center of the cam and the locking part is reduced, and the clamping tongue part is clamped into the buckle.

The vehicle stop device according to claim 7, wherein the cam has a sector-shaped cross section, the center of rotation of the cam is located near the arc center of the sector, the plane where the straight edge of the sector is located is a locking plane, and the locking plane abuts against the elastic member when the first and second tailgate are in the closed state.
