本发明公开了一种动力耦合装置,包括固定板、横梁、车头以及置于车头内用于打印的喷头,所述横梁与一轴承座铰接,横梁能够围绕轴承座转动;还包括一电机和一转向机构,所述电机的输出轴通过一耦合装置与所述转向机构连接,以实现电机与转向机构的连接或分离;所述转向机构通过其输出轴连接被打印的圆台。本发明创造性地改变了打印控制方式与传动方式,避免了现有技术的不足,打印角度可调节,以适应打印物不同锥度变化。同时在耦合装置的连接下,由电机和转向机构作为动力机构可以实现多工位打印。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种动力耦合装置。
背景技术
随着打印技术的发展,打印领域范围也不断扩大,从以卷材为主的写真喷绘打印,到发展起来的平面打印,再到圆形打印。不管哪一种打印,都必须确保喷头与打印面的平行,这样才能保证打印精度。打印圆形介质,则喷头与打印介质的切面平行。
写真喷绘、平面打印发展迅速,速度和精度都在不断提高,但圆形打印却发展缓慢,一直没有多大进步,没有形成良好的生产力。目前,圆形打印主要是没有锥度的圆柱体,对带有锥度的圆台打印有所困难,即使是圆柱体打印也基本是靠人工上料。带锥度打印难的主要制约在于:一是没有解决锥度调节问题,二是精度不够,三是速度慢,四是不能实现多工位作业,五是无法流水线作业生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能解决有锥度的圆台打印问题的动力耦合装置。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种动力耦合装置,包括固定板、横梁、车头以及置于车头内用于打印的喷头,所述横梁与一轴承座铰接,横梁能够围绕轴承座转动;
还包括一电机和一转向机构,所述电机的输出轴通过一耦合装置与所述转向机构连接,以实现电机与转向机构的连接或分离;所述转向机构通过其输出轴连接被打印的圆台。
优选的:所述转向机构能够带动所述圆台转动;所述电机的输出轴通过耦合装置与转向机构连接时能够实现电机带动所述转向机构转动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明创造性地改变了打印控制方式与传动方式,避免了现有技术的不足,打印角度可调节,以适应打印物不同锥度变化。同时在耦合装置的连接下,由电机和转向机构作为动力机构可以实现多工位打印。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1所示,一种动力耦合装置,包括固定板1、横梁2、车头3以及置于车头3内用于打印的喷头4,所述横梁2与一轴承座5铰接,横梁2能够围绕轴承座5转动;
还包括一电机6和一转向机构9,所述电机6的输出轴7通过一耦合装置8与所述转向机构9连接,以实现电机6与转向机构9的连接或分离;所述转向机构9通过其输出轴10连接被打印的圆台。
所述转向机构9能够带动所述圆台转动;所述电机6的输出轴7通过耦合装置8与转向机构9连接时能够实现电机6带动所述转向机构9转动。
图1所示,根据被打印的圆台是圆柱形或锥形,通过轴承座5来调整横梁2转动的角度,保证喷头4与被打印圆台的契合;动力转向机构9带动其输出轴10进而带动被打印的圆台转动,可以实现打印的连续性;如果需要工位的切换,耦合装置8将电机6的输出轴7和转向机构9联动,电机6转动带动转向机构9转动,实现工位的切换。
本发明创造性地改变了打印控制方式与传动方式,避免了现有技术的不足,打印角度可调节,以适应打印物不同锥度变化。同时在耦合装置8的连接下,由电机6和转向机构9作为动力机构可以实现多工位打印。

1.一种动力耦合装置,包括固定板、横梁、车头以及置于车头内用于打印的喷头,其特征在于,所述横梁与一轴承座铰接,横梁能够围绕轴承座转动;
还包括一电机和一转向机构,所述电机的输出轴通过一耦合装置与所述转向机构连接,以实现电机与转向机构的连接或分离;所述转向机构通过其输出轴连接被打印的圆台。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力耦合装置,其特征在于:所述转向机构能够带动所述圆台转动;所述电机的输出轴通过耦合装置与转向机构连接时能够实现电机带动所述转向机构转动。
