As shown in fig. 3, the rotating assembly 42 includes a mounting frame 421 fixedly mounted on the equipment platform 1, and a rotating ring 422 rotatably mounted inside the mounting frame and coaxial with the material conveying chute 11, and an expansion ring 423 is disposed inside the rotating ring 422.
Further, the grinding assembly 43 includes two sets of clamping blocks 431 symmetrically and slidably disposed on two sides of the material conveying chute 11, and two blocking plates 432 elastically connected to the two sets of clamping blocks 431 and respectively fixed to the equipment platform 1.
It should be noted that the push plate 413 pushes the bamboo tube 6 to advance, the bamboo tube 6 is fixed by the expansion ring 423 when passing through the expansion ring 423, the bamboo tube 6 pushes the clamping block 431 open at the same time, and the clamping block 431 is provided with a polishing piece to polish the outer wall of the bamboo tube 6.
It should be noted that the power assembly 44 is preferably a motor, and the motor drives the conveyor belt unit 411 and the rotating ring 422 to rotate synchronously through a bevel gear transmission assembly.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, as a preferred embodiment, the limiting component 51 further includes an installation box 512 fixed on the equipment platform 1, and a sliding groove 5121 is horizontally formed on one side of the installation box 512 close to the material conveying pipe 12.
Further, the limiting rod assembly 511 includes two sets of limiting units 5111 rotatably mounted on the upper and lower inner walls of the installation box 512, a connecting member 5112 rotatably connected to the upper and lower limiting units and slidably disposed along the sliding groove 5121, a magnet 5113 disposed on one side of the connecting member 5112 far away from the material delivery pipe 12, and an electromagnet 5114 disposed in the installation box 512 and opposing to the magnet 5113.
Furthermore, the limiting unit 5111 includes an installation seat 51111 fixedly installed on the installation box 512, a rotating rod 51112 rotatably installed on the installation seat 51111, and a limiting rod 51113 coaxially slidably disposed in the rotating rod 51112 and elastically connected to the rotating rod 51112, and the limiting rod 51113 is rotatably connected to the connecting member 5112.
It should be noted that, the initial positions of the two connecting members 51113 are located within the conveying range of the conveying pipe 12, and the connecting members 51113 are moved outwards by the bamboo tube 6 interfering with the connecting members 51113.
It should be noted that, as shown in the figure, the connecting element 51113 moves outwards to drive the upper and lower limiting units 5111 to contract and move to be in the same straight line, and then the connecting element 51113 continues to move, and the limiting units 5111 extend outwards, that is, when the thin bamboo tube 61 passes through, the upper and lower limiting units 5111 are not in the same straight line and extend outwards, and when the thick bamboo tube 62 passes through, the upper and lower limiting units 511 are in the same straight line and are produced outwards, and the limiting assembly 51 can screen and accurately distinguish the diameter range of the bamboo tube 6.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, as a preferred embodiment, the toggle assembly 52 includes a concave block 520 fixed on any one of the connecting members 5113, a sliding rod 521 horizontally slidably disposed on the inner side of the cutter 212 and having one end disposed in the middle of the concave block 520 and capable of abutting against both sides of the concave, and a seven-shaped rod 522 vertically fixed at the free end of the sliding rod 521 and abutting against the outer side of the cutter 212.
It should be noted that, when the thin bamboo tube 61 passes through, the moving range of the connecting member 51113 is small, so the concave block 520 is not in contact with one end of the sliding rod 521, so the sliding rod 521 does not move, the cutter assembly 21 does not rotate, when the thick bamboo tube 62 passes through, the moving range of the connecting member 51113 is large, the concave block 520 is abutted against the end of the sliding rod 521, the sliding rod 521 moves outwards, and the seven-shaped rod 522 drives the cutter assembly 21 to rotate by 30 °.
Furthermore, the movement range of the seven-shaped rod 522 is always right behind the centering cone 213, so that the seven-shaped rod 522 does not interfere with the opening of the bamboo tube 6.
It is important to note that after one bamboo tube 6 passes through the limiting assembly 51, the electromagnet 5114 is energized to generate magnetism repulsive to the magnet 5113, so as to push the connecting member 51113 to reset, and since the length of the bamboo tube 6 is uniform, the time of the bamboo tube 6 passing through the limiting assembly 51 is constant, so the electromagnet 5114 is controlled by a time relay.
The working process is as follows:
in the invention, the bamboo is rolled to the end of the blanking track 31, then the moving plate 332 moves upwards, the bamboo is clamped between the stop bar 323 and the cutting unit 324, then the cutting unit 324 cuts the bamboo into the bamboo tube 6, then the rotating plate 321 drives the bamboo tube 6 to turn over, the bamboo tube 6 enters the feed chute 11, then the conveyor belt unit 411 drives the push plate 413 to enter the elongated slot 412 and push the bamboo tube 6 to move forwards, the bamboo tube 6 passes through the expanding and contracting ring 423, meanwhile, the expanding and contracting ring 423 drives the bamboo tube 6 to rotate, the rotating bamboo tube 6 is polished through the two clamping blocks 431, then the bamboo tube 6 enters the feed chute 12, and the bamboo tube 6 contacts the limiting component 51 before contacting the cutter component 21, and the connecting piece 51113 contacts with the outer wall of the bamboo tube 6, the thin bamboo tube 61 drives the connecting piece 51113 to move outwards in a small range, so that the sliding rod 521 and the seven-shaped rod 522 cannot move, and the cutter assembly 21 cannot rotate; when the thick bamboo tube 62 passes through, the connecting member 51113 moves outwards for a longer distance, and then the concave block 520 drives the sliding rod 521 and the seven-shaped rod 522 to move so that the cutter assembly 21 is dislocated by 30 degrees for cutting, and after one bamboo tube 6 passes through the limiting assembly 51, the electromagnet 5114 works to drive the connecting member 51113 to rapidly reset for detecting the diameter of the next bamboo tube 6.

Claims (9)

1. A bamboo article production apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises an equipment platform (1), wherein a material conveying groove (11) and a material conveying pipe (12) which are arranged along the length direction of the equipment platform (1) and are in transitional connection are arranged on the equipment platform (1);
the cutting device (2) comprises two cutter assemblies (21) which are coaxially arranged at one end of the conveying pipe (12), and the two cutter assemblies (21) are rotatably connected;
the feeding device (3) comprises a blanking track (31) which is arranged at one end of the material conveying groove (11) and is positioned at one side of the material conveying groove (11) relative to the cutter component (21), and a slitting component (32) which is arranged between the tail end of the blanking track (31) and the material conveying groove (11) and can be overturned to be staggered with the tail end of the blanking track (31);
the grinding device (4) comprises a conveyor belt pushing assembly (41) corresponding to the blanking track (31) and arranged right below the conveying chute (11), a rotating assembly (42) arranged at the rear side of the conveyor belt pushing assembly (41) along the advancing direction of the bamboo tube, a grinding assembly (43) arranged at the rear side of the rotating assembly (42) and positioned between the conveying chute (11) and the conveying pipe (12), and a power assembly (44) for simultaneously driving the conveyor belt pushing assembly (41) and the rotating assembly (42); and
the detection device (5) comprises two groups of limiting assemblies (51) which are arranged between the cutter assembly (21) and the conveying pipe (12) and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the conveying pipe (12) and a toggle assembly (52) which is arranged on the cutter assembly (21) in a left-right sliding manner, the two groups of limiting assemblies (51) respectively comprise limiting rod assemblies (511) which slide in the left-right direction, and one of the limiting rod assemblies (511) is in transmission connection with the toggle assembly (52);
the cutting assembly (32) comprises a rotating plate (321) rotatably mounted on the equipment platform (1), a moving plate (322) arranged on the rotating plate (321) in a vertical sliding mode, two stop levers (323) fixed at one end of the moving plate (322) in the width direction and symmetrically arranged along the length direction of the moving plate (322), a cutting unit (324) arranged in the middle of the moving plate (322) in the length direction and arranged in a sliding mode along the width direction of the moving plate (322), and a driving unit (325) in power connection with the rotating plate (321);
the bamboo is cut into equal-length bamboo tubes by the cutting component (2) and the bamboo tubes are conveyed into the conveying groove (11), the conveying belt pushing component (41) pushes the bamboo tubes to be polished by the polishing device (4) and then to be in contact with the limiting component (51), the limiting component (51) moves outwards according to the diameter of the bamboo tubes and drives the cutter component (21) to rotate through the stirring component (52), the large cutter component (21) with the diameter of the bamboo tubes rotates and is cut, the diameter of the bamboo tubes is small, and the cutting component (21) is overlapped and cut.

Bamboo article production plant according to claim 1, wherein said cutter assembly (21) comprises a mounting ring (211), six sets of cutters (212) arranged radially along the mounting ring (211), and a centering cone (213) mounted inside in the centre of the mounting ring (211) with its tip facing the grinding assembly (43).

Bamboo article production plant as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said conveyor belt pushing assembly (41) comprises a conveyor belt unit (411) mounted below said plant platform (1) and arranged along the extension of said conveyor chute (11), an elongated slot (412) cut in the bottom of said conveyor chute (11) and facing said conveyor belt unit (411), and a plurality of pusher plates (413) fixed to said conveyor belt unit (411) and slidable in said elongated slot (412).

Bamboo article production plant as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that said rotating assembly (42) comprises a mounting frame (421) fixedly mounted on said equipment platform (1) and a rotating ring (422) rotatably mounted inside said equipment platform and coaxially arranged with said feed chute (11), said rotating ring (422) being internally provided with a swelling and shrinking ring (423).

Bamboo article production plant as in claim 1, characterized in that said grinding assembly (43) comprises two sets of clamping blocks (431) symmetrically sliding on both sides of said chute (11) and two blocking plates (432) elastically connected to said two sets of clamping blocks (431) and respectively fixed to said plant platform (1).
6. Bamboo product production equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein said stop assembly (51) further comprises an installation box (512) fixed to said equipment platform (1), and a chute (5121) is horizontally formed on one side of said installation box (512) close to said delivery pipe (12).
7. Bamboo article production equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein said stop lever assembly (511) comprises two sets of stop units (5111) rotatably mounted on the upper and lower inner walls of said mounting box (512), a connecting member (5112) rotatably connecting the upper and lower stop units and slidably disposed along said sliding groove (5121), a magnet (5113) disposed on one side of said connecting member (5112) away from said delivery pipe (12), and an electromagnet (5114) disposed in said mounting box (512) opposite to said magnet (5113) and repelling said magnet (5113).

A bamboo article production apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein said limiting unit (5111) comprises a mounting seat (51111) fixedly mounted with said mounting box (512), a rotating rod (51112) rotatably mounted on said mounting seat (51111), and a limiting rod (51113) coaxially slidably disposed in said rotating rod (51112) and elastically connected with said rotating rod (51112), and said limiting rod (51113) is rotatably connected with said connecting member (5112).

Bamboo article production equipment as claimed in claim 7, wherein said toggle assembly (52) comprises a concave block (520) fixed on any one of said connecting members 5113, a sliding rod (521) horizontally slidably arranged on said cutter (212) at the inner side and having one end arranged in the middle of said concave block (520) and capable of being abutted against the two sides of the concave, and a seven-shaped rod (522) vertically fixed at the free end of said sliding rod (521) and abutted against said cutter (212) at the outer side.
