2. The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure of claim 1, wherein the power source is connected with the rotating shaft through a coupler, and the power source is a hydraulic motor, a pneumatic motor or an electric motor.
3. The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein a proximity switch is arranged at the front end of the kettle body, and a detection rod matched with the proximity switch is arranged on the front end surface of the kettle cover.

The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end face of the kettle cover is provided with a locking plate, the locking plate is provided with a safety locking hole, and a locking cylinder matched with the safety locking hole is arranged at the position of the front end part of the kettle body opposite to the locking plate; preferably, the locking cylinder is a cylinder or an oil cylinder provided with a piston rod.

The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure according to claim 1, wherein the inner side wall of the kettle body at the rear side of the opening of the kettle body is cylindrical, the rear side of the kettle cover is provided with a sealing section matched with the inner side wall of the cylindrical kettle body, the rear part of the sealing section is provided with a sealing installation groove with an outer peripheral side and a rear side opening, and a front sealing baffle ring, a rear sealing baffle ring and a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring capable of axially sliding are sequentially arranged in the sealing installation groove from front to back; the opposite surfaces of the front sealing baffle ring and the rear sealing baffle ring are mutually matched inclined surfaces.

The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure according to claim 5, wherein the cross sections of the front sealing baffle ring and the rear sealing baffle ring are right trapezoid, the rear side surface of the front sealing baffle ring and the front side surface of the rear sealing baffle ring are opposite surfaces, and the front side surface and the rear side surface are in mirror surface fit; the front side surface of the front sealing baffle ring is matched with the side surface mirror surface of the sealing installation groove, and the rear side surface of the front sealing baffle ring inclines backwards from outside to inside in the radial direction of the front sealing baffle ring; the front side face of the rear sealing baffle ring inclines forwards from inside to outside in the radial direction of the rear sealing baffle ring, the radial inner side face of the front sealing baffle ring is matched with the bottom surface of the sealing installation groove in a mirror manner, and the radial outer side face of the rear sealing baffle ring is matched with the mirror surface of the kettle body.

The connecting structure of the kettle cover and the kettle body according to claim 5, wherein the cross section of the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring is C-shaped, the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring is provided with a high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring groove, and a pre-pressing ring is arranged in the high-temperature and high-pressure resistant sealing ring groove;
preferably, the pre-compression ring is an annular spring.
8. The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure according to claim 5, wherein an O-shaped sealing ring made of rubber is arranged between the sealing section at the front side of the sealing installation groove and the kettle body.

The kettle cover and kettle body connecting structure according to claim 5, wherein the pre-compression ring, the front sealing baffle ring and the rear sealing baffle ring are made of stainless steel material, the high temperature and high pressure resistant sealing ring is made of modified polytetrafluoroethylene, and the rubber O-shaped sealing ring is made of silicone rubber, fluororubber or fluoroether rubber;
preferably, the kettle body is also provided with a pressure sensor.
10. A foaming reactor, characterized in that the foaming reactor adopts the connecting structure of the reactor cover and the reactor body as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
