Abstract
The invention relates to a trainer, in particular to a finger flexibility trainer for surgeons. The technical problem to be solved is to provide a finger flexibility training device for surgeons, which can improve the flexibility of the fingers of the surgeons. Further, it is particularly preferable that: the connecting block is arranged at one end, close to the tray, of the second fixing rod; the connecting rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the connecting block; the limiting frames are all arranged at one end, close to the tray, of the connecting block; and the second springs are connected between the outer side of the limiting frame and the connecting rod, and the limiting frame is in matched contact with the chopsticks.
The invention has the following advantages:

A finger flexibility trainer for surgeons comprises a base 1, a tray 2, a winding mechanism 3, a second fixing rod 4, a line passing wheel 5, cotton threads 6, a line setting ring 7, chopsticks 8, an arc elastic key 9, first springs 10 and a hand clamping ring 11, wherein the tray 2 is installed on the front side of the base 1, the winding mechanism 3 is arranged on the front side of the upper portion of the base 1, the second fixing rods 4 are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the upper portion of the base 1, the second fixing rods 4 are both positioned above the winding mechanism 3, the line passing wheel 5 is rotatably arranged between the front ends of the two second fixing rods 4, the cotton threads 6 are wound on the line passing wheel 5, the rear end of the cotton thread 6 is connected with the winding mechanism 3, the front end of the cotton thread 6 is connected with the line setting ring 7, the front end of the line setting ring 7 is fixedly connected with the arc elastic key 9, the chopsticks 8 are installed at the bottom end of the arc elastic key 9, the rear part of the left chopstick 8 and the right part of the right chopstick 8 are both provided with a clamping ring 11.
The winding mechanism 3 comprises a first fixing rod 31, a torsion spring 32 and a reel 33, the first fixing rod 31 is symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the front side of the upper portion of the base 1, the reel 33 is rotatably arranged between the front ends of the two first fixing rods 31, the reel 33 is connected with the rear end of the cotton thread 6, the outer end of the reel 33 is connected with the torsion spring 32, and the outer end of the torsion spring 32 is connected with the front end of the first fixing rod 31.

On the basis of embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the tray 2 further includes a first roller 12, a second roller 13, a servo motor 14 and a gear 15, the first roller 12 and the second roller 13 are rotatably disposed at the lower portion in the tray 2, the first roller 12 is adjacent to the second roller 13, the servo motor 14 is mounted at the right portion of the front side of the base 1 through a bolt, an output shaft of the servo motor 14 is connected with the right end of the first roller 12, the gear 15 is disposed on the output shaft of the servo motor 14 and the right end of the second roller 13, and the two gears 15 are engaged with each other.
Still including connecting block 16, connecting rod 17, spacing frame 18 and second spring 19, second dead lever 4 front end all is equipped with connecting block 16, and the equal bilateral symmetry in connecting block 16 front side is equipped with connecting rod 17, and spacing frame 18 is all installed to connecting block 16 front end, all is connected with second spring 19 between the spacing frame 18 outside and the connecting rod 17, and spacing frame 18 and chopsticks 8 cooperate the contact.
The output shaft of the servo motor 14 drives the first roller 12 and the gear 15 on the first roller 12 to rotate continuously, and due to the fact that the gears 15 are meshed with each other, the gear 15 on the first roller 12 rotates continuously to drive the gear 15 on the second roller 13 and the second roller 13 to rotate continuously, and therefore the first roller 12 and the second roller 13 rotate to enable beans in the tray 2 to move continuously, the difficulty of clamping the beans with the chopsticks 8 is increased, and finger flexibility can be trained well.
When the chopsticks 8 are not needed to be used, the chopsticks 8 can be placed in the limiting frame 18, the second spring 19 is compressed in the process that the chopsticks 8 are pressed into the limiting frame 18, when the chopsticks 8 are completely pressed into the limiting frame 18, the limiting frame 18 is restored under the reset action of the second spring 19, the chopsticks 8 can be fixed, and when the chopsticks 8 need to be taken out, the chopsticks 8 can be taken out by slightly pulling outwards.

a second drum (13), wherein the second drum (13) is rotatably arranged at the inner lower part of the tray (2), and the second drum (13) is adjacent to the first drum (12);
the body of the servo motor (14) is arranged on one side of the base (1), and the output shaft of the servo motor (14) is connected with the first roller (12);
and the gear (15) is arranged on the output shaft of the servo motor (14) and one end of the second roller (13), and the two gears (15) are meshed with each other.
4. A finger flexibility training aid for surgeons, as described in claim 3, further comprising:
the connecting block (16) is arranged at one end, close to the tray (2), of the second fixing rod (4);
the connecting rods (17), the connecting rods (17) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the connecting block (16);
the limiting frames (18) are all arranged at one end, close to the tray (2), of the connecting block (16);
the second springs (19) are connected between the outer side of the limiting frame (18) and the connecting rod (17), and the limiting frame (18) is in fit contact with the chopsticks (8).
