Abstract

本发明提供一种胫骨远端踝关节假体,包括髓腔延长柄、远端踝关节和骨干延长段,骨干延长段安装在髓腔延长柄与远端踝关节之间,髓腔延长柄连接胫骨近端的髓腔,远端踝关节上与距骨、腓骨的接触面上设有3D打印骨小梁结构,锁定钉插入远端踝关节的钉孔连接距骨和腓骨,得以将远端踝关节与距骨和腓骨固定连接。胫骨远端踝关节假体适用于胫骨远端肿瘤切除患者的踝关节假体置换,3D打印骨小梁结构能够有效促进骨长入,结合锁定钉,假体更稳定,踝关节假体的初期骨长入快、中长期的稳定性佳;胫骨远端踝关节假体使用时,无需更换整个胫骨,保留完好的胫骨,仅更换有病灶的胫骨,骨干延长段的设置使得假体的长度适用于每位患者,降低造价成本。

一种胫骨远端踝关节假体
技术领域
本发明涉及人工假体置换技术领域,特别是指一种胫骨远端踝关节假体。
背景技术
人体的踝关节因病患需要修复,或遭遇肿瘤或者粉碎性骨折等情况时,利用踝关节假体置换患者的踝关节,修复人体的踝关节。现有技术中的踝关节假体常因患者的骨质较差而导致其固定不牢固,使得踝关节假体容易松动,踝关节假体的初期骨长入困难,影响踝关节假体的中长期的稳定性,现有的踝关节为一体式结构,直接连接胫骨的截骨,不能很好的适应每位患者,造价成本高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种胫骨远端踝关节假体,现有的假体具有以下问题,踝关节假体容易松动,踝关节假体的初期骨长入困难,踝关节假体的中长期的稳定性不佳,不能适应每位患者,造价成本高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供如下方案:
一种胫骨远端踝关节假体,包括髓腔延长柄和远端踝关节,所述髓腔延长柄与远端踝关节之间安装有骨干延长段;
所述髓腔延长柄连接胫骨近端的髓腔,所述远端踝关节上与距骨、腓骨的接触面上设有3D打印骨小梁结构,锁定钉插入所述远端踝关节的钉孔连接所述距骨和所述腓骨,得以将所述远端踝关节与所述距骨和所述腓骨固定连接。
其中,所述远端踝关节采用3D打印技术成形,材料为Ti6Al4V。
其中,所述3D打印骨小梁结构的厚度为2-2.2mm,所述3D打印骨小梁结构的多孔的间隙为0.2-0.22mm。
其中,所述髓腔延长柄的长度和直径与患者所保留的骨干长度和髓腔直径相适配。
其中,所述骨干延长段与所述髓腔延长柄采用锥度压配式连接;
所述骨干延长段与所述远端踝关节采用锥度压配式连接。
其中,所述锁定钉的长度与患者的距骨和跟骨相适配。
其中,所述骨干延长段可采用不同规格的骨干延长段。
本发明的上述方案至少包括以下有益效果:
本发明的上述方案,胫骨远端踝关节假体适用于胫骨远端肿瘤切除患者的踝关节假体置换,3D打印骨小梁结构能够有效促进骨长入,结合锁定钉,使假体更稳定,踝关节假体的初期骨长入快,踝关节假体的中长期的稳定性佳;胫骨远端踝关节假体设有髓腔延长柄和骨干延长段,无需更换整个胫骨,保留完好的胫骨,仅更换有病灶的胫骨,骨干延长段的设置使得假体的长度适用于每位患者;根据患者的需求设定髓腔延长柄和远端踝关节,根据患者的胫骨截骨位置,选择合适长度的骨干延长段,所述骨干延长段可实现按照不同的规格实现批量生产,降低造价成本。

下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施例。虽然附图中显示了本公开的示例性实施例,然而应当理解,可以以各种形式实现本公开而不应被这里阐述的实施例所限制。相反,提供这些实施例是为了能够更透彻地理解本公开,并且能够将本公开的范围完整的传达给本领域的技术人员。
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供了一种胫骨远端踝关节假体2,包括髓腔延长柄1、远端踝关节和骨干延长段3,骨干延长段3安装在髓腔延长柄1与远端踝关节之间。髓腔延长柄1连接胫骨近端5的髓腔,根据患者CT数据设计假体直径和长度,髓腔延长柄有生物型固定(表面喷涂)和水泥型固定型(加工水泥槽表面喷砂)两种,生物型固定如图4所示,水泥型固定型如图5所示。远端踝关节上与距骨7、腓骨6的接触面上设有3D打印骨小梁结构,且该接触面的形状与距骨7、腓骨6相适配。锁定钉4插入远端踝关节的钉孔连接距骨7和腓骨6,得以将远端踝关节与距骨7和腓骨6固定连接。本实施例的胫骨远端踝关节假体2适用于胫骨远端肿瘤切除患者的踝关节假体置换。本实施例的3D打印骨小梁结构能够有效促进骨长入,结合锁定钉4,使假体更稳定,踝关节假体的初期骨长入快,踝关节假体的中长期的稳定性佳。骨干延长段3的设置使得假体的长度适用于每位患者,置换胫骨远端踝关节假体2时,根据患者的需求设定髓腔延长柄1和远端踝关节,根据患者的胫骨截骨位置,选择合适长度的骨干延长段3,骨干延长段3可实现按照不同的规格实现批量生产,降低造价成本。
本实施例的远端踝关节根据患者的CT数据设计,远端踝关节采用3D打印技术成形,材料为Ti6Al4V。远端踝关节与与距骨7和腓骨6的接触面采用3D打印骨小梁结构,3D打印骨小梁结构的厚度为2-2.2mm,优选2mm,3D打印骨小梁结构的多孔的间隙为0.2-0.22mm,优选0.2mm。本实施例的3D打印骨小梁结构的设计,能够有效促进骨长入,使假体更稳定。
本实施例的髓腔延长柄1的长度和直径与患者所保留的骨干长度和髓腔直径相适配。具体地,根据患者的CT数据测量出保留骨干长度和髓腔直径,进而设计髓腔延长柄1的长度和直径,使得髓腔延长柄1适用于患者,个性化设计。
本实施例的骨干延长段3与髓腔延长柄1采用锥度压配式连接;骨干延长段3与远端踝关节采用锥度压配式连接。采用锥度压配式连接,安装简单方便,连接牢固。
本实施例的锁定钉4,根据患者距骨7和跟骨8的数据,选择适用长度的锁定钉4,使得锁定钉4与患者的距骨7和跟骨8相适配,锁定钉4插入远端踝关节的钉孔与距骨7和跟骨8连接固定,连接牢靠。
本实施例的骨干延长段3可采用不同规格的骨干延长段3,骨干延长段3的长度与患者截骨的长度相适配。

1.一种胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,包括髓腔延长柄和远端踝关节,所述髓腔延长柄与远端踝关节之间安装有骨干延长段;
所述髓腔延长柄连接胫骨近端的髓腔,所述远端踝关节上与距骨、腓骨的接触面上设有3D打印骨小梁结构,锁定钉插入所述远端踝关节的钉孔连接所述距骨和所述腓骨,得以将所述远端踝关节与所述距骨和所述腓骨固定连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述远端踝关节采用3D打印技术成形,材料为Ti6Al4V。
3.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述3D打印骨小梁结构的厚度为2-2.2mm,所述3D打印骨小梁结构的多孔的间隙为0.2-0.22mm。
4.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述髓腔延长柄的长度和直径与患者所保留的骨干长度和髓腔直径相适配。
5.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述骨干延长段与所述髓腔延长柄采用锥度压配式连接;
所述骨干延长段与所述远端踝关节采用锥度压配式连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述锁定钉的长度与患者的距骨和跟骨相适配。
7.如权利要求1所述的胫骨远端踝关节假体,其特征在于,所述骨干延长段可采用不同规格的骨干延长段。
