A ureteroscope catheter with a catheter cap, including a catheter handle (101) and a catheter (102) with one end coaxially fixed in the catheter handle (101), characterized in that: it also includes the conduit cap of any one of the above claims 1-3, said cylindrical sleeve section (109) is coaxially fixed to the other end of said conduit (102), said conduit (102) is internally provided with a water and instruments channel (103) along its axial direction, said water and instruments channel (111) is communicated with said axial flushing channel, said conduit handle (101) is provided with a water and instruments joint (104) communicated with said water and instruments channel (103).

The ureteroscopy catheter with a catheter cap of claim 5, wherein: two pipe cap side water outlets (114) are axially and symmetrically formed in the outer wall of the cylindrical sleeve section (109), two side water outlet channels (107) communicated with the two pipe cap side water outlets (114) are formed in the pipe (102) along the axial direction of the pipe, and two side water outlet channel joints (108) communicated with the two side water outlet channels (107) are arranged on the pipe handle (101).

The ureteroscopy catheter with a catheter cap of claim 4, wherein: a catheter cap image channel (113) is formed in the solid cylindrical section (110) along the axial direction of the solid cylindrical section, a catheter image lighting device channel (105) which is coaxially communicated with the catheter cap image channel (113) is formed in the catheter (102) along the axial direction of the catheter, and a catheter image lighting device joint (106) which is communicated with the catheter image lighting device channel (105) is arranged on the catheter handle (101).
