Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of shoes, in particular to a shoe with a replaceable heel.

Background

According to the original invention, the heel of the shoe cannot be replaced. This makes the shoe unsuitable for more use environments and thus requires many shoes to be purchased, resulting in inconvenience in use and high purchase cost.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the application is to provide a shoe with a replaceable heel, which can meet the requirements of different wearing styles.

The embodiment of the application is realized as follows:

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. Examples

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a shoe with a replaceable heel 20, which includes a base 10 and at least one type of heel 20, the base 10 is used for supporting a foot, and each type of heel 20 can be assembled with the base 10 to form a complete shoe.

In which the base member 10 shown in figure 1 is the main part of the supporting foot, the base member 10 looks substantially like a mat, whereas conventional structures such as the upper of a typical shoe can be added to the base member 10 according to the requirements of the model. It is not to be understood as a restrictive sense that the shoe having the upper and the like cannot exist, or that the shoe assembled with the base member 10 and the heel 20 is not complete because the corresponding structure is not shown in the drawings.

In fig. 3, in order to highlight the appearance of the shaped piece, only the general outline of the base member 10 is shown, and the shaped piece is not to be construed as being completely floating on the surface of the base member 10 as shown in the drawing, and of course, the shaped piece is not to be construed as being completely floating on the surface of the base member 10.

Fig. 5 shows various types of heels 20, and it should be understood that only some of the heel 20 types are shown here to facilitate understanding of the present solution, and are not limited to these types.

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the rear portion 32 of the base member 10 is provided with the first locking piece 11 and the second locking piece, and the heel 20 of each style is provided with the first locking portion and the second locking portion. The first locking piece 11 is detachably fitted with the first locking portion, and the second locking piece is detachably fitted with the second locking portion. Through the cooperation of first latch fitting 11 with first locking portion, the cooperation of second latch fitting and second locking portion, can make and dismantle between base member 10 and the heel 20 to change the heel 20 of different patterns, simultaneously after assembling into complete shoes, can have a stable combined state, be difficult for droing.

Alternatively, the heel 20 and the base part 10 are assembled to form a complete shoe, the first locking portion fastens the first locking piece 11 in a first horizontal direction, and the second locking portion fastens the second locking piece in a second horizontal direction, the first horizontal direction and the second horizontal direction being opposite. Since the force direction that the heel 20 and the base member 10 are separated from each other is mainly the horizontal direction when the user walks in daily life, the heel 20 of the shoe with the replaceable heel 20 of the present application is not easy to fall off in daily use by designing the two directions to be opposite. Here, the horizontal direction referred to herein is not limited to an absolute horizontal direction, and may have a certain inclination.

Referring to fig. 4, in detail, in the present embodiment, the first locking portion includes a first recess 21, and the first locking member 11 includes a lock body, and the lock body is detachably inserted into the first recess 21. The tail end of the lock body is provided with a tooth-shaped hook, and after the lock body is inserted into the first groove 21, the tooth-shaped hook hooks the groove wall of the first groove 21, that is, the groove wall of the first groove 21 can be designed into an incompletely flat structure, but a recess is further arranged on the groove wall and is matched with the tooth-shaped hook, so that the tooth-shaped hook hooks the groove wall. Through the design tooth-shaped hook, the connection cooperation between lock body and the first recess 21 is inseparabler for connect more reliable and stable.

Of course, in order to replace the other heels 20, a detaching member is provided at the bottom of the base member 10, the detaching member is fixed to the base member 10 (as shown in fig. 1) and is linked with the lock body, when the detaching member is pulled, the lock body can move to some extent, so that the tooth-shaped hook at the end of the lock body is disengaged from the first groove 21, and the heels 20 are separated from the base member 10.

Referring to fig. 2, further, the first locking member 11 further includes a first insertion rod 12 and a second insertion rod 13, the first insertion rod 12 and the second insertion rod 13 are located at two sides of the lock body, the first locking portion further includes a left groove 22 and a right groove 23, two sides of the first groove 21 are respectively provided with the left groove 22 and the right groove 23, and the first insertion rod 12 and the second insertion rod 13 are respectively inserted into the left groove 22 and the right groove 23. Due to the existence of the first inserting rod 12 and the second inserting rod 13, after the first inserting rod and the second inserting rod are respectively inserted into the left groove 22 and the right groove 23, on one hand, the connecting point position is strengthened, so that the matching of the first locking piece 11 and the first locking part is more stable, on the other hand, the structure is strengthened, the lock body is prevented from bearing more acting force independently, and the service life of the base component 10 and the heel 20 of the application is prolonged.

Of course, the first insert rod 12 and the second insert rod 13 need to have certain strength to ensure the performance thereof, and the first insert rod 12 and the second insert rod 13 of the present embodiment are both metal rod members. Besides the functions of strengthening the structure and improving the connection reliability, when the first locking piece 11 is matched with the first locking part, the matching between the first inserted link 12 and the left groove 22, and between the second inserted link 13 and the right groove 23 can also provide a certain guiding function for the action of inserting the lock body into the first groove 21, so that the connection between the heel 20 and the base component 10 is more convenient.

Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in particular, in the present embodiment, the second locking member is a first tooth-shaped hook 41, the second locking portion is a second tooth-shaped hook 42, and the second tooth-shaped hook 42 and the first tooth-shaped hook 41 are fastened to each other. The first and second tooth-shaped hooks 41 and 42 can be hooked and fastened to each other, thereby further enhancing the reliability of the connection between the base member 10 and the heel 20 and preventing the heel 20 from falling off from the base member 10 when the user wears the shoe.

Further, the heel 20 further includes a second recess 24, and the first hook 41 is received in the second recess 24. By providing the second groove 24 for the first tooth-shaped hook 41, the first tooth-shaped hook 41 and the second tooth-shaped hook 42 do not occupy too much space when being engaged, and the shoe wearing of the user is not affected after the heel 20 and the base component 10 form a complete shoe.

The shoe with the replaceable heel 20 further comprises a shaping piece, a transition part of the front part 31 and the middle part of the base part 10 is a bent part 30, and when the heel 20 is a high heel, the bent angle of the bent part 30 is smaller and the shaping piece is used for shaping; when the heel 20 is a flat heel, the bending angle of the bending portion 30 is large and is fixed by the fixing member. Through designing the bending part 30, the base part 10 can be adapted to heels 20 with different heights, and the adaptability to the heels 20 with different heights can be kept through the shaping of the shaping part to the bending part 30, so that a user can wear the shoes conveniently.

Referring to fig. 3, in detail, the fixing member includes a first section 43 and a second section 44, the second section 44 is connected to the first section 43, the second section 44 is bent at a connection point relative to the first section 43, the bent point is located at the bending portion 30, the first section 43 is rotatably embedded in the middle of the base member 10, the second section 44 is movably embedded in the front portion 31 of the base member 10, and the fixing member is twisted along with the bending of the bending portion 30.

Wherein the first section 43 extends from a position where the middle portion engages the front portion 31 to a position where the middle portion engages the rear portion 32. So as to form an effective shape for the middle portion of the base member 10, like a skeleton, and prevent the shape of the middle portion of the base member 10 from being not maintained when the base member 10 is engaged with heels 20 of different heights. It should be understood that the front portion 31, the middle portion, and the rear portion 32 are divided in the present embodiment to facilitate understanding of the distribution of the mechanisms on the base member 10. In practice, the middle portion and the rear portion 32 may be integrated into a single rear portion 32 as compared with the front portion 31, as long as the structure of the present application can be easily understood.

In more detail, when the base member 10 is assembled with a high heel, the length of the second section 44 is directed towards the front edge of the front portion 31 of the base member 10; when the base 10 is assembled with the heel, the profile is twisted and the length of the second section 44 is directed towards the side of the front portion 31 of the base 10. Two sections of the fixed part are respectively distributed at the front part 31 and the middle part of the base part 10, and the connection part is bent to correspond to the position of the bent part 30, so that when the base part 10 is assembled with the heel 20, the force can be simply and directly applied to the bent part 30 to change the bending angle, and the fixed part is twisted along with the force, so that the bending angle of the bent part 30 is kept unchanged.

In this embodiment, the shaped piece is a metal rod. The metal-textured shaft member has a sufficient life by itself and sufficient rigidity and strength to be shaped and maintain a stable form when a user wears shoes. It is understood that, instead of a rod shape, some variations in the form, such as a strip shape, etc., may be provided as long as the bending portion 30 can be shaped.

The principle of the embodiment is as follows:

when people wear shoes, people may need to have different heights to meet the use requirements, and the shoes with different heel heights can meet the different height requirements of wearing shoes and can also provide different choices for users in styles. However, many shoes are purchased to meet the requirements of different shoe wearing heights, the cost is high, and the storage space is occupied by the shoes when the shoes are put together.

In view of the above, the present application provides a shoe with a replaceable heel 20 to meet the use requirements.

Specifically, during assembly, the lock body may be inserted into the first groove 21, and at the same time, the first and second latch levers 12 and 13 may be inserted into the left and right grooves 22 and 23, respectively, and at the same time, the first tooth-shaped hook 41 may be placed into the second groove 24, and the first and second tooth-shaped hooks 41 and 42 may be fastened to each other. In this way, the heel 20 and the base member 10 are completely assembled to form a firm connection. Although the above process is described in more detail, in practice, the lock body is aligned with the first recess 21, the first plunger 12 is aligned with the left recess 22, and the second plunger 13 is aligned with the right recess 23, and then the lock body is inserted, so that the whole assembly process is fast and simple.

When the heel 20 is to be replaced, the dismounting part is pulled to enable the tooth-shaped hook of the lock body to be free from hooking the groove wall of the first groove 21, then force is applied in the opposite direction to the assembling process, the heel 20 can be separated from the base part 10, then the heel 20 with another required height pattern is selected for assembling, and during assembling, force can be applied to the bending part 30 according to the height condition of the heel 20, so that the bending angle of the bending part 30 is suitable for the height of the newly selected heel 20.

Claims (10)

1. A heel-replaceable shoe, comprising a base member for supporting a foot and at least one type of heel, each type of heel being capable of being assembled with the base member into a complete shoe, wherein a first locking piece and a second locking piece are provided at a rear portion of the base member, and a first locking portion and a second locking portion are provided at each type of heel;

the first locking piece is detachably matched with the first locking part, and the second locking piece is detachably matched with the second locking part.

2. The heelable shoe of claim 1, wherein the first locking portion comprises a first recess, and the first locking member comprises a lock body removably inserted into the first recess.

3. The heel-replaceable shoe according to claim 2, wherein a tooth-shaped hook is provided at an end of the lock body, and the tooth-shaped hook hooks a groove wall of the first groove after the lock body is inserted into the first groove.

The heel-replaceable shoe according to claim 2, wherein the first locking member further comprises a first insertion rod and a second insertion rod, the first insertion rod and the second insertion rod are located at both sides of the lock body, the first locking portion further comprises a left groove and a right groove, the left groove and the right groove are respectively located at both sides of the first groove, and the first insertion rod and the second insertion rod are respectively inserted into the left groove and the right groove.

5. A heel-replaceable shoe according to claim 1, wherein said second locking member is a first shaped hook and said second locking portion is a second shaped hook, said second shaped hook being fastened to said first shaped hook.

6. The heel-replaceable shoe of claim 5, wherein the heel further comprises a second recess, the first prong being received in the second recess.

The shoe with the replaceable heel according to claim 1, further comprising a shaping piece, wherein a transition part between the front part and the middle part of the base part is a bent part, and when the heel is a high heel, the bent part has a smaller bending angle and is shaped by the shaping piece; when the heel is a flat heel, the bending angle of the bending part is larger and the heel is shaped by the shaping piece.

The heel-replaceable shoe of claim 7, wherein the shape-defining member includes a first section and a second section, the second section being joined to the first section, the second section being curved relative to the first section at a junction, the bend being located at the bend, the first section being rotatably embedded in a middle portion of the base member, the second section being movably embedded in a front portion of the base member, the shape-defining member being twisted as the bend is bent;

when the base component is assembled with the high heel, the length direction of the second section points to the front edge of the front part of the base component; when the base component and the flat heel are assembled, the shaping piece is twisted, and the length direction of the second section points to the side edge of the front part of the base component.

9. A heel-replaceable shoe according to claim 7 or 8, wherein said shaped piece is a metal rod.

A heel-replaceable shoe, comprising a base member for supporting a foot and at least one type of heel, each type of heel being capable of being assembled with the base member into a complete shoe, wherein a first locking piece and a second locking piece are provided at a rear portion of the base member, and a first locking portion and a second locking portion are provided at each type of heel;

when the heel and the base component are assembled into a complete shoe, the first locking part fastens the first locking piece in a first horizontal direction, the second locking part fastens the second locking piece in a second horizontal direction, and the first horizontal direction is opposite to the second horizontal direction.
