Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of range hoods, in particular to an oil cup assembly and a range hood.
Background
A range hood, such as a range hood, is a kitchen appliance that purifies the environment of a kitchen. The bottom of the range hood is usually provided with a strip-shaped oil cup which extends leftwards and rightwards to contain the oil dirt flowing down on the machine body. In the related art, the side-draft range hood has a length of up to 900mm, and its oil cups have the same length. The length of oil cup and the length looks adaptation of lampblack absorber on the one hand can wrap the bottom of lampblack absorber and collect the greasy dirt, and on the other hand the large capacity of oil cup also reduces the clean number of times of user's pouring oil. However, the oil cup is inconvenient to put into a sink or a dishwasher for cleaning due to its excessively long length.
For this reason, chinese patent publication No. CN212204670U discloses an oil collecting device and a range hood, wherein the oil collecting device includes at least two connected oil cups, and the at least two oil cups can move relatively to enable the oil collecting device to be in an unfolded state or a folded state. The oil collecting device has a first length in a state in which the oil collecting device is in an expanded state. The oil collecting device has a second length when the oil collecting device is in a folded state, and the second length is smaller than the first length. The relative movement of at least two oil cups can be switched from an unfolding state to a folding state, so that the length of the oil collecting device is reduced, and the oil collecting device can be placed into a water tank or a dish washing machine for cleaning.
However, the above-mentioned oil collecting device (oil cup assembly) has a certain disadvantage that the two oil cups are connected together by the rotating member when they are in a folded state, that is, the two oil cups are also connected together, and in some cases, if the user wants to completely separate the two oil cups during the cleaning process, the cleaning and flushing effects of each oil cup are ensured, and the use experience of the user is improved, but the oil cup assembly in the above-mentioned patent application obviously cannot meet the above-mentioned requirements. In addition, only through the connecting piece with two oil cups together, two oil cups are fixed also not firm in the expansion state, generally need extra locking piece to fix, have increased manufacturing cost.
Therefore, there is a need for further improvements in existing oil cup assemblies.
Disclosure of Invention
The first technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide an oil cup assembly which can be firmly assembled together and can be independently disassembled for cleaning, aiming at the current state of the art.
The second technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to provide a range hood applying the oil cup assembly aiming at the current state of the art.
The utility model solves the first technical problem by adopting the technical scheme that: an oil cup assembly comprising:
at least two oil cups which are connected in sequence, wherein two adjacent oil cups are connected together in a detachable connection mode;
two adjacent oil cups are respectively marked as a first oil cup and a second oil cup, a first joint wall and a second joint wall which are mutually attached are arranged between the first oil cup and the second oil cup, the first joint wall of the first oil cup is a non-flat wall surface, the second joint wall of the second oil cup is also a non-flat wall surface matched with the first joint wall, and the first joint wall is connected with the second joint wall through a connecting assembly.
In general, the oil cup assembly formed by a plurality of oil cups can be in a long strip shape, a disc shape and the like, and in order to be matched with a conventional side-suction type or top-suction type range hood, each oil cup is in a long strip shape, the end parts of any two adjacent oil cups are close together, and the oil cup assembly formed by connecting the two adjacent oil cups through a connecting assembly is also in a long strip shape.
In order to ensure the firmness of the two oil cups after being assembled together, the two end walls of the first oil cup and the second oil cup, which are attached together, are the first connecting wall and the second connecting wall, wherein the first connecting wall is provided with a first step part along the width direction of the first oil cup, the second connecting wall is provided with a second step part along the width direction of the second oil cup, and the first step part of the first oil cup is connected with the second step part of the second oil cup through a bolt assembly.
As an improvement, the first step portion of the first oil cup is provided with a sleeve member extending into the first oil cup and being substantially perpendicular to the first step portion, the first step portion of the first oil cup is provided with a mounting opening penetrating through the interior of the sleeve member, the second step portion of the second oil cup is provided with a plug member extending out of the second oil cup and being substantially perpendicular to the second step portion, and the plug member is inserted into the sleeve member in a state that the first step portion of the first oil cup is attached to the second step portion of the second oil cup.
Although the latch member is inserted into the sleeve member and is subject to the influence of gravity in a suspended state, the rotation of the latch member can be restricted because the rest of the first wall surface of the first oil cup excluding the first step portion is bonded to the rest of the second wall surface of the second oil cup excluding the second step portion, and the oil cup assembly can be in a stable state after being mounted.
In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, the extending direction of the first step part of the first oil cup is basically consistent with the length direction of the first oil cup, and the extending direction of the second step part of the second oil cup is basically consistent with the length direction of the second oil cup. It is conceivable that the extending direction of the first stepped portion of the first oil cup and the extending direction of the second stepped portion of the second oil cup may be inclined at a certain angle with respect to the length direction of the corresponding oil cup.
In order to ensure the firmness of the fixation of the bolt component, the sleeve part is welded on the first step part of the first oil cup, and the bolt part is welded on the second step part of the oil cup.
As an improvement, the number of the oil cups is two.
For connection to the external belt-fixed part, the remote ends of both said cups are provided with a connection piece for connection to the external part.
As an improvement, the top edge of the end wall of the first oil cup far away from the second oil cup is provided with a first inserting sheet which is turned and extended towards the inside of the first oil cup, the top edge of the end wall of the second oil cup far away from the first oil cup is provided with a second inserting sheet which is turned and extended towards the inside of the second oil cup, and the first inserting sheet and the second inserting sheet form a connecting piece of the two oil cups.
The utility model solves the second technical problem by adopting the technical proposal that: a range hood comprises a machine body and an oil cup arranged at the bottom of the machine body, wherein the oil cup adopts the oil cup assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages that: because the first joint wall and the second joint wall which are attached between the first oil cup and the second oil cup are non-flat wall surfaces, after the first joint wall and the second joint wall are connected through the connecting component, limit can be formed between the corresponding joint walls of the two oil cups in multiple dimensions, the integral firmness of the oil cup component after the oil cups are connected together is ensured, deflection or bending is not easy to occur, and the oil cup can be conveniently assembled on a machine body of a range hood. In addition, because each oil cup can be conveniently and independently detached, the detached oil cup is easier to clean, and the use experience of a user is improved.
