step two, sequentially installing a shaft end oil seal (11), an oil seal cover (12) and a dustproof water slinger (13), matching the oil seal cover (12) with the front end cover (2) through a spigot, simultaneously adding lubricating oil into an oil storage chamber (14) arranged on the oil seal cover (12), wherein the dustproof water slinger (13) is in interference fit with the output shaft (3), and the diameter of the non-installation end of the dustproof water slinger (13) is slightly larger than that of the non-installation end of the oil seal cover (12);
thirdly, a power supply of the permanent magnet motor is switched on, the combination of the oil seal cover (12) and the dustproof water slinging ring (13) can effectively prevent silt from entering the inner surface of the oil seal cover (12), and when rainwater is splashed to the surface of the oil seal cover (12), the dustproof water slinging ring (13) can throw the rainwater on the surface of the oil seal cover (12) out;
and step four, in the working process of the permanent magnet motor, the vent valve (7) can effectively prevent rainwater or water vapor from entering the motor cavity, and meanwhile, the water vapor in the motor cavity is discharged under the working condition of the permanent magnet motor, so that the aim of condensing anhydrous vapor in the motor is fulfilled.
