Of course, the second evaporation region 932 may surround the first evaporation region 931 from both sides.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the first evaporation region 931 is trapezoidal, the first evaporation region 931 includes a fourth side 933 and a fifth side 934, the fourth side 933 is parallel to the fifth side 934, and a side length of the fourth side 933 is greater than a side length of the fifth side 934. The second evaporation area 932 includes a sixth side 935, a fourth side 933 flush with the sixth side 935 and adjacent to the first shielding area 92, and a fifth side 934 adjacent to the second evaporation area 932. In this embodiment, the fourth side 933 and the fifth side 934 are straight lines. Since the fourth side 933 of the first evaporation region 931 is longer, the connecting portion between the first evaporation region 931 and the first shielding region 92 is more, which can provide a greater supporting effect for the first evaporation region 931 and reduce the drooping amount of the first evaporation region 931.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the fifth side 934 of the first evaporation region 931 is a curve, the fifth side 934 is entirely parallel to the fourth side 933, and the length of the projection of the fifth side 934 on the fourth 933 is smaller than the length of the fourth 933.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the first evaporation region 931 is arranged in parallel with the second evaporation region 932. In this embodiment, only one side of the first evaporation region 931 is adjacent to the second evaporation region 932, and the side length of the side of the first evaporation region 931 adjacent to the second evaporation region 932 is the same as the side length of the side of the second evaporation region 932 adjacent to the first evaporation region 931, so that the risk that the first evaporation region 931 is wrinkled due to magnetic attraction can be reduced.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, the mask 91 includes two rows of evaporation units 93 arranged along the first direction F1 in the second direction F2. Of course, the mask plate 91 may include three or more rows of evaporation units 93 arranged along the first direction F1 in the second direction F2. Thus, the first shielding region 92 between the vapor deposition units 93 can be increased, and the transmission of the stretching force can be increased, thereby reducing the sagging amount of the mask plate 91.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a mask plate assembly. As shown in fig. 17 to 18, the mask assembly includes: a metal frame 171, a first mask 172 and a second mask 173.
In the present embodiment, the first mask 172 is disposed on the metal frame 171 and can be fixed on the metal frame 171, for example, but not limited thereto, the first mask 172 can be welded on the metal frame 171.
In this embodiment, the first mask 172 includes a third shielding region 1721 and a third opening 1722, and the third shielding region 1721 surrounds the third opening 1722.
In this embodiment, the second reticle 173 is located on the first reticle 172, and the second reticle 172 is the reticle 91. The second mask 173 may be fixed on the metal frame 171, for example, but not limited thereto, the second mask 173 may be welded on the metal frame 171.
In this embodiment, the projection of the evaporation unit 93 on the first mask 172 is located in the third opening 1722, and the projection of the first shielding region 92 on the first mask 172 is located in the third shielding region 1721. Thus, the third shielding region 1721 of the first reticle 172 can provide a supporting function for the second reticle 173.
In the present embodiment, the reticle assembly includes a plurality of second reticles 173, and the plurality of second reticles 173 may be arranged side by side.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 17, the reticle assembly may further include two alignment reticles 174, and the two alignment reticles 174 are respectively located at two sides of the second reticle 173 arranged side by side. The alignment mask 174 is used to position the second masks 173, so that the second masks 173 are aligned, the projection of the evaporation unit 93 on the first mask 172 is located in the third opening 1722, and the projection of the first shielding region 92 on the first mask 172 is located in the third shielding region 1721.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the display panel. The preparation method of the display panel comprises the following steps: and evaporating the cathode of the display panel by using the mask plate assembly, wherein the cathode of the display panel comprises a first cathode 22 and a second cathode. The first evaporation region 931 is used for evaporating a plurality of first cathodes 22, and the second evaporation region 932 is used for evaporating a second cathode.
