本发明通常涉及涡轮增压器领域，尤其涉及位于排气涡轮增压器的压缩机壳体内的弹簧负载有叶扩压器。
发明的背景技术
用于汽油和柴油内燃机的涡轮增压器是已知装置，它用于通过利用发动机排出的排气的热和体积流来压缩或增压送入发动机燃烧室的进气气流。特别是，发动机排出的排气以这样的方式送入涡轮增压器的涡轮壳体内，即使得排气驱动的涡轮在壳体内旋转。该排气驱动的涡轮安装在一轴的一端，该轴是与安装在该轴的相对端的离心压气机叶轮共有的轴。因此，涡轮的旋转也使得压气机叶轮在涡轮增压器的压缩机壳体内旋转，该压缩机壳体与排气壳体分开。压气机叶轮的旋转使得进气进入压缩机壳体，并将进气在与燃料混合和在发动机燃烧室内燃烧之前压缩或增压一预期值。
压缩机壳体包括一扩压器，该扩压器既可是压缩机壳体的一部分，也可以是一安装在压缩机壳体内的分离部件。扩压器的作用就象在压缩机壳体内的反向喷嘴一样，使流过的空气慢下来且不产生涡流。气流在压缩机壳体内减速的过程使得动能转变为压力能，并在涡流增压器中产生空气增压。扩压器可以包括一个或多个叶片，该叶片从扩压器表面向外伸出，并通常以与从压缩机叶轮出来的气流方向对齐的径向方向延伸。用于扩压器的叶片迫使离开压缩机叶轮的空气以垂直方向流动，并以有利于特殊使用要求的方式减小气流速度，例如有利于特定的发动机转速或扭矩要求。
已知的有叶扩压器包括这样的有叶扩压器，它们构成与压缩机壳体分离的部件，该有叶扩压器的形状呈圆环形，并设计成与后板轴向壁表面配合。至少一个销钉轴向布置于有叶扩压器和后板之间，以便防止该有叶扩压器在压缩机壳体内转动。一弹性体O形环激发器(energizer)插入该有叶扩压器和后板之间，从而既提供漏气密封，还向该有叶扩压器提供离开后板的压力负载。希望能使该压力负载压迫有叶扩压器远离后板，因为已知压缩机壳体将在涡轮增压器的工作温度和压力下轴向远离后板。这样，该压力负载将使有叶扩压器在该轴向运动过程中保持与壳体的接触，从而防止由于压缩机壳体和有叶扩压器之间的气流阻力而导致压缩机性能损失。上述有叶扩压器应当注意的是该O形环激发器不能在所需范围内提供稳定的压力负载。这是由于：(1)当有叶扩压器远离后板(由于压缩机内的静压以及该静压转移到有叶扩压器和后板之间的影响)时O形环激发器提供的弹性力快速减小，因此，它仅在非常有限的运动范围内有效；以及(2)已知可用于O形环激发器的弹性体在压缩机的高工作温度下将退化和蠕变，使得激发器的弹性系数在超过时间后减小。
美国专利US-A-3010697已经公开了在涡轮增压器的涡轮进口采用弹簧负载叶片环，该美国专利US-A-3010697授予L.R.Lazo等人，标题为涡轮增压器，申请日为1961年11月28日。
因此，希望用于压缩机壳体内的有叶扩压器能够在压缩机的工作温度和压力下提供恒定的压力负载，以便在压缩机工作过程中，当压缩机壳体运动时能保证该有叶扩压器保持与压缩机壳体的接触。还希望该有叶扩压器能在上述压缩机壳体运动过程中减小或防止压缩机壳体内的不希望的气动效应。还希望该有叶扩压器这样构成，即能在压缩机工作过程中防止产生不希望的粘合效应，该压缩机的工作将与一定程度的轴向运动干涉，从而在压缩机壳体上留下印痕。
通过详细说明和附图，可以更清楚地理解本发明的细节和特征。

图1是涡轮增压器的压缩机壳体的局部侧剖图，表示根据本发明的叶轮、后板和带有增压器的压缩机壳体。
发明的详细说明
一种根据本发明原理构成的涡流增压器包括一环形有叶扩压器，该有叶扩压器布置在压缩机壳体内，该涡流增压器采用了插入有叶扩压器和后板之间的波纹形压缩弹簧，以便在该有叶扩压器上提供预期的压力负载。因为这样构成的有叶扩压器可相对于后板轴向运动，它在涡轮增压器的工作过程中与压缩机壳体保持接触，从而能改进压缩机壳体内的空气压缩效率。
参考附图，图中所示为根据本发明原理构成的排气涡轮增压器10的局部剖侧视图。参考涡轮增压器的压缩机部分，该涡轮增压器10包括一个在其中形成有涡壳的压缩机壳体12，以便接收从可旋转布置在压缩机壳体12内的压气机叶轮中出来的压缩空气。空气通过进气道18进入压缩机壳体，并由旋转的压气机叶轮16加速。可以知道，对于普通的涡轮增压器结构，压气机叶轮通过与其安装在一个公共轴上且布置在与压缩机相对的涡轮壳体(未示出)内的排气涡轮(未示出)的旋转而产生旋转运动。
有叶扩压器20成圆环形，并布置于压缩机壳体12内。该有叶扩压器位于形成于压缩机壳体后板24的轴向相对表面内的扩压器流道内。后板24以普通方式装在压缩机壳体的外表面上。该有叶扩压器20包括多个叶片26，各叶片26从有叶扩压器的轴向相对表面向外伸出一定距离。各叶片26都从该有叶扩压器的表面通常以径向延伸，随后气流通道的方向是从压缩机叶轮16到涡壳14。可以知道，叶片的数目、尺寸、形状和位置随特定的涡轮增压器用途或所希望的预期空气压力/速度效率而变化。
有叶扩压器20有一锥形的轴向相对表面，该表面从叶轮16沿径向至涡壳14。在一优选实施例中，该有叶扩压器的轴向相对表面从叶片至涡壳轴向向内朝后板倾斜。这样倾斜设计的原因是形成一个从叶轮16至涡壳进口处的压缩机壳体端28的、通常连续的气流过渡表面，以便减小压缩机壳体内的气流阻力。如下所述在一优选实施例中，有叶扩压器20还包括在该有叶扩压器的无叶部分的前缘30的锥体，以便在涡轮增压器的工作过程中，当该有叶扩压器相对于叶轮轴向运动时防止产生不希望的气流阻力。在一优选实施例中，该有叶扩压器20还包括在叶片26的后缘32的锥体，以便在有叶扩压器和压缩机壳体末端28之间提供合适的面积变化和光滑过渡，从而增加通过的气流效率。
弹簧装置34插入该有叶扩压器20的后侧表面36并形成于后板的轴向相对表面内的弹簧槽38之间。该弹簧装置呈圆环形状，装入沿后板周向延伸的弹簧槽38内。在一优选实施例中，该弹簧装置34呈由合适金属材料制成的扁波纹弹簧(flat wave spring)形状，该合适材料能够在压缩机壳体内的高温条件下，在预定的运动范围内保持合适的弹性系数。优选的波纹弹簧材料包括压平的或丝状(stamped and wire form)的金属和金属合金。特别优选的波纹弹簧是由以金属丝形成的高等级金属材料制成，以便减小材料成本。
在涡轮增压器的工作条件下，已知压缩机壳体内的压力和温度使得压缩机壳体轴向离开后板百分之几英寸。已知如果该运动导致由于扩压器和压缩机壳体，例如在压缩机壳体端部28之间的不匹配而产生气流阻力，则会有显著的压缩机性能损失。已知在涡轮增压器的工作过程中，压缩机壳体涡壳14内的静压将渗透到该有叶扩压器20的后面，从而压迫该有叶扩压器轴向远离后板24，有助于使叶片与壳体接触。不过，在低静压条件下，没有其它辅助机械，该有叶扩压器不能在压缩机壳体内轴向移动以与压缩机壳体末端28接触，因此导致性能损失。
弹簧装置34位于有叶扩压器20和后板24之间，以便将压力负载施加到有叶扩压器上，从而不管在压缩机壳体内的静压条件任何，都能压迫该有叶扩压器，使其离开后板。这使得在涡轮增压器的全部工作条件下，当压缩机壳体轴向离开后板时，该有叶扩压器的叶片保持在压缩机壳体末端28处与压缩机壳体12接触。与已知的用弹性O形环激发器提供压力负载的有叶扩压器相比，采用波纹弹簧更好，因为：(1)与弹性O形环激发器相比，它能在有叶扩压器的更大轴向运动范围内提供弹性力；以及(2)与弹性O形环激发器相比，它能提供合适的和可预测的弹性系数，且该弹性系数在高温下能在更长时间内不减小或降低。
销钉40包括位于有叶扩压器20的销钉槽42内的第一端头和位于后板24的销钉槽44内的第二端头。该销钉40在有叶扩压器和后板之间轴向延伸，以便防止该有叶扩压器在涡轮增压器的工作过程中旋转。环形密封件46布置在沿轴向相对的后板表面24的周围形成的密封槽内，并插入有叶扩压器和后板之间，以便在它们之间提供空气密封。环形密封件46能够形成为由合适材料制成的O形环密封环的形式，该合适材料的O形环密封环能够在压缩机壳体内的温度和压力条件下保持合适的空气密封。该空气密封的形成和保持将防止气流环绕有叶扩压器的后侧表面再循环，从而提高气流效率和压缩机性能。
根据本发明原理构成的涡轮增压器压缩机壳体、有叶扩压器和后板以普通方式装在一起，并与涡轮增压器的其它普通部件相组合，以便提供包括一弹簧负载的有叶扩压器的、用于内燃机的涡轮增压器。本发明的一个特征是该有叶扩压器能够相对于后板轴向运动，以便保持与压缩机壳体接触和与压缩机壳体一起提供光滑的气流过渡，而与压缩机壳体内的静气压无关，从而能提高压缩机的性能。
尽管本申请根据专利法的要求对本发明进行了详细介绍，但是本领域技术人员可以对本文所介绍的特殊实施例进行变化和替换。这些变化形式在由随后的权利要求所限定的本发明的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于内燃机的涡轮增压器，包括：
一个内有涡壳(14)的压缩机壳体(12)；
一个装在该压缩机壳体外表面的后板(14)；
一个可旋转地安装在压缩机壳体内的叶轮(16)；
一个环形有叶扩压器(20)，该有叶扩压器可以在压缩机壳体内轴向移动，并有多个从扩压器上轴向向外申出的叶片，该有叶扩压器位于布置在后板的轴向相对表面内的流道内；
一弹簧装置，该弹簧装置插入有叶扩压器和后板之间，以便在有叶扩压器上施加轴向压力，从而压迫该有叶扩压器远离后板；
一环形密封件，该环形密封件插入该有叶扩压器和后板之间，以便在它们之间提供空气密封；以及
一销钉，该销钉在有叶扩压器和后板之间延伸，以便防止该有叶扩压器在压缩机壳体内旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器，其中：弹簧装置是一个由金属材料制成的环形波纹弹簧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器，其中：该有叶扩压器有呈锥形的横截面，以便在叶轮和压缩机壳体之间形成轴向相对的连续的过渡表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器，其中：有叶扩压器的与压缩机壳体相邻的一端成锥形，以便减小空气阻力。
