本发明提供了一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,属于薄膜开关技术领域,包括基材层以及固定设置在所述基材层上部的开关本体,所述基材层上部设置有正极环片,所述正极环片中部设置有负极板,所述开关本体包括呈环形结构的支撑部以及设置在所述支撑部上部的按压部,所述按压部内侧设置有导电部,所述支撑部内壁环设有若干限位部;所述限位部包括固定连接在支撑部内壁的支撑座以及通过销杆转动设置在所述支撑座末端的支撑板。本发明实施例通过连续两次压动按压部的方式实现薄膜开关相关信号的输出,可有效的避免因意外触碰按压部而导致薄膜开关的开启,具有结构简单、使用方便以及防误触效果好的优点。

一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜开关技术领域,具体是一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关。
背景技术
薄膜开关是集按键功能、指示元件、仪器面板为一体的一个操作系统。由面板、上电路、隔离层、下电路四部分组成。按下薄膜开关,上电路的触点向下变形,与下电路的极板接触导通,手指松开后,上电路触点反弹回来,电路断开,回路触发一个信号。薄膜开关结构严谨,外形美观,密封性好。具有防潮湿,使用寿命长等特点。广泛应用于电子通讯、电子测量的仪器,工业控制,医疗设备,汽车工业,智能玩具,家用电器等领域。
现有的薄膜开关由于采用按压开启的方式,容易导致人们误触,使得薄膜开关在不需要输出相关信号的时候被开启,从而对薄膜开关以及与之连接的外界设备造成一定的影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明实施例要解决的技术问题是提供一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,包括基材层以及固定设置在所述基材层上部的开关本体,所述基材层上部设置有正极环片,所述正极环片中部设置有负极板,所述开关本体包括呈环形结构的支撑部以及设置在所述支撑部上部的按压部,所述按压部内侧设置有导电部,所述支撑部内壁环设有若干限位部;所述限位部包括固定连接在支撑部内壁的支撑座以及通过销杆转动设置在所述支撑座末端的支撑板,所述支撑板上部设置有向所述支撑部中心位置弯曲的弧形弹片,所述弧形弹片与所述支撑部内壁之间还通过弹性体相连,所述销杆外部套设有阻尼圈,所述支撑座下方还设置有用于防止所述支撑板向下翻转的限位板。
作为本发明进一步的改进方案:所述按压部呈弧形结构凸起于所述支撑部上方。
作为本发明进一步的改进方案:所述支撑部与按压部均由弹性材料制成,且支撑部与按压部一体成型。
作为本发明进一步的改进方案:所述弹性体为弹簧。
作为本发明再进一步的改进方案:所述基材层上部还设置有绝缘层。
作为本发明再进一步的改进方案:所述基材层一侧设置有输出端,所述输出端远离所述基材层的一端通过金手指与外界设备电连接。
作为本发明再进一步的改进方案:所述导电部侧壁设置有若干与所述弧形弹片相对应的凹陷槽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明实施例通过连续两次压动按压部的方式实现薄膜开关相关信号的输出,可有效的避免因意外触碰按压部而导致薄膜开关的开启,具有结构简单、使用方便以及防误触效果好的优点。

请参阅图1-3,本实施例提供了一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,包括基材层2以及固定设置在所述基材层2上部的开关本体,所述基材层2上部设置有正极环片6,所述正极环片6中部设置有负极板7,具体的,所述开关本体包括呈环形结构的支撑部3以及设置在所述支撑部3上部的按压部4,所述按压部4内侧设置有导电部5,所述支撑部3内壁环设有若干限位部,所述限位部包括固定连接在支撑部3内壁的支撑座13以及通过销杆15转动设置在所述支撑座13末端的支撑板17,所述支撑板17上部设置有向所述支撑部3中心位置弯曲的弧形弹片12,所述弧形弹片12与所述支撑部3内壁之间还通过弹性体11相连,所述销杆15外部套设有阻尼圈14,所述支撑座13下方还设置有用于防止所述支撑板17向下翻转的限位板16。
当需要薄膜开关输出相关信号时,可向下压动按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向下移动,导电部5底部边缘可作用于弧形弹片12,使得弧形弹片12向其弧形内侧弯曲,进而使得弧形弹片12端部抵接于导电部5侧壁,此时松开按压部4,按压部4带动导向不5向上移动,进而通过抵接于导电部5侧壁的弧形弹片12带动支撑板17向上转动,直至支撑板17从导电部5下方移出,此时再次压动按压部4,按压部4可带动导电部5越过支撑板17并作用于正极环片6以及负极板7,从而实现正极环片6与负极板7之间的电导通;需要注意的时,在初始向下压动按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向下移动时,在弧形他那篇12抵接于导电部5侧壁后,通过支撑板17以及限位板16的设置,可阻止导电部5的继续下移,用以防止人们在无意的情况下压动按压部4,避免薄膜开关的误触开启;在薄膜开关不需要输出相关信号时,可松开按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向上复位后,弹性体11可作用于弧形弹片12,在阻尼圈14的作用下支撑板17可缓慢复位。
具体的,所述按压部4呈弧形结构凸起于所述支撑部3上方,使得按压部4带动导电部5向下移动实现正极环片6与负极板7的电导通后,按压部4仍旧呈现凸起结构,从而避免按压部4向下弯曲过度,导致其回复性能下降。
具体的,所述支撑部3与按压部4均由弹性材料制成,且支撑部3与按压部4一体成型。
具体的,所述弹性体11为弹簧。
进一步的,所述基材层2上部还设置有绝缘层1,通过绝缘层11的设置,用于对基材层2进行防护,起到防灰防水以及防误触基材层2的目的。
本实施例中,所述基材层2一侧设置有输出端8,所述输出端8远离所述基材层2的一端通过金手指9与外界设备(未示出)电连接。
本实施例的工作原理是:当需要薄膜开关输出相关信号时,可向下压动按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向下移动,导电部5底部边缘可作用于弧形弹片12,使得弧形弹片12向其弧形内侧弯曲,进而使得弧形弹片12端部抵接于导电部5侧壁,此时松开按压部4,按压部4带动导向不5向上移动,进而通过抵接于导电部5侧壁的弧形弹片12带动支撑板17向上转动,直至支撑板17从导电部5下方移出,此时再次压动按压部4,按压部4可带动导电部5越过支撑板17并作用于正极环片6以及负极板7,从而实现正极环片6与负极板7之间的电导通;需要注意的时,在初始向下压动按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向下移动时,在弧形他那篇12抵接于导电部5侧壁后,通过支撑板17以及限位板16的设置,可阻止导电部5的继续下移,用以防止人们在无意的情况下压动按压部4,避免薄膜开关的误触开启;在薄膜开关不需要输出相关信号时,可松开按压部4,按压部4带动导电部5向上复位后,弹性体11可作用于弧形弹片12,在阻尼圈14的作用下支撑板17可缓慢复位
实施例2
请参阅图3,一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,本实施例相较于实施例1,所述导电部5侧壁设置有若干与所述弧形弹片12相对应的凹陷槽10,通过凹陷槽10的设置,以提高弧形弹片12端部与导电部5侧壁的摩擦效果,使得以保证导电部5能够顺利的带动弧形弹片12以及支撑板17向上翻转,使得支撑板17顺利的从导电部5下方移出,使得导电部5能够顺利的连接正极环片6以及负极板7。
本发明实施例通过连续两次压动按压部4的方式实现薄膜开关相关信号的输出,可有效的避免因意外触碰按压部4而导致薄膜开关的开启,具有结构简单、使用方便以及防误触效果好的优点。

1.一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,包括基材层(2)以及固定设置在所述基材层(2)上部的开关本体,所述基材层(2)上部设置有正极环片(6),所述正极环片(6)中部设置有负极板(7),其特征在于,
所述开关本体包括呈环形结构的支撑部(3)以及设置在所述支撑部(3)上部的按压部(4),所述按压部(4)内侧设置有导电部(5),所述支撑部(3)内壁环设有若干限位部;
所述限位部包括固定连接在支撑部(3)内壁的支撑座(13)以及通过销杆(15)转动设置在所述支撑座(13)末端的支撑板(17),所述支撑板(17)上部设置有向所述支撑部(3)中心位置弯曲的弧形弹片(12),所述弧形弹片(12)与所述支撑部(3)内壁之间还通过弹性体(11)相连,所述销杆(15)外部套设有阻尼圈(14),所述支撑座(13)下方还设置有用于防止所述支撑板(17)向下翻转的限位板(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述按压部(4)呈弧形结构凸起于所述支撑部(3)上方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述支撑部(3)与按压部(4)均由弹性材料制成,且支撑部(3)与按压部(4)一体成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述弹性体(11)为弹簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述基材层(2)上部还设置有绝缘层(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述基材层(2)一侧设置有输出端(8),所述输出端(8)远离所述基材层(2)的一端通过金手指(9)与外界设备电连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高可靠性超导片式薄膜开关,其特征在于,所述导电部(5)侧壁设置有若干与所述弧形弹片(12)相对应的凹陷槽(10)。
