Description

Sound wire combination for sound wire small drum
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sound wire combination of a sound wire snare drum.
Background
Generally, the snare drum (snare drum) has a snare tensioner (snare tension) to switch the snare wire (snare) on or off.
In the conventional snare drum, a snare wire strainer is connected to a plurality of snare wires, and when the snare wire strainer is set to be opened or closed, the snare wires are brought into contact with or separated from a drum surface at the bottom of the snare drum. When the snare strainer is set to be open, the vibration of the bottom drumhead causes the vibration of the snare wire. Further, the tone color (tone color) of the snare drum can be changed by adjusting a component, such as a tension knob, to adjust the tension of the snare wire.
US9697810 mentions a traditional snare strainer for snare drums, in which a lever (lever) is directly connected to a piston (piston), wherein the lever is pivotable about an axis orthogonal to the piston, causing the piston to fall and the snare wire to be free from contact with the underlying drumhead when the lever is switched from one position to another. In addition, the snare wire tensioner may have a throw-off mechanism to quickly detach the snare wire. However, the prior known snare wire tensioner is liable to cause the release of the control lever at the time of a strong performance due to the lack of establishment of a latch (positive lock). This patent provides a snare wire tensioner without a lever in which a user directly pulls a slide member (slider member) on a turn-side member connected to a snare wire set to bring a snare wire into contact with a drum surface of a drum base.
A disadvantage of the prior art is that when the snare wire is adjusted to a high tension, a great force is required to operate the snare wire tensioner because of the friction.

To remove the snare wire protecting frame 30, the user holds the touch prevention control member 25 and pulls it upward, so that the sliding upper seat 22A moves upward (Y direction), and thus the sliding upper seat 22A can no longer block the movement of the quick release control member 23 backward (X direction). Meanwhile, the user presses the quick release button 24 to move the quick release control 23 backward (Y direction), so that the structure of the second bottom plate 231 around the second opening 234 exits the second groove 222, causing the sliding upper seat 22A to move downward, thereby pressing the sliding lower seat 22B to move downward through the second opening 234. The sliding lower seat 22B is connected with the wire protecting frame 30; accordingly, the downward movement of the slide lower seat 22B causes the snare wire frame 30 and the snare wire 40 to move downward together. If the state of the snare wire is to be restored, the lower slide holder 22B is moved upward in the reverse order of the above steps, so that the second bottom plate 231 around the second opening 234 is configured to be inserted into the second groove 222 of the lower slide holder 22B.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view of the detachment of the snare wire grommet of the snare wire assembly for the snare wire snare drum of the present invention from the snare wire assembly. As shown in fig. 8, when the control assembly 10 and the quick release assembly 20 are operated to move the right sliding seat 12 and the left sliding lower seat 22B downward, the two grooves 302 of the snare wire frame 30 are disengaged from the cross connecting rod 125 at the lower end of the sliding seat 12, and the entire snare wire frame 30 and the snare wire 40 can be removed. One end of each snare wire 40 is independently fixed to the snare wire frame 30 by a fixing member 304, and any single snare wire 40 can be replaced if necessary.
In summary, according to the sound line assembly 1 provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the musician can simply and quickly operate the control assembly 10 to perform effect switching during the movement. Even when the snare wire 40 is adjusted to a high tension, the operation of the control assembly 10 is smooth and effortless. In addition, the structure of the ring line assembly 1 is simple and durable, the ring line 40 can be quickly disassembled and assembled together with the ring line protective frame 30, so that a musician can conveniently adjust the strength and pitch of the ring line 40, or a single ring line 40 can be replaced as required, and the whole group of ring lines does not need to be replaced due to the damage of the single ring line.
