The platform command system reasonably divides the labor of field personnel and orderly rescues the field personnel, thereby avoiding field disorder.
For example, when sudden gas poisoning occurs at home, the platform divides the work of field personnel, arranges emergency measures such as lifting out field wounded personnel, ventilating doors and windows, performing cardiac resuscitation and the like, and the like so as to maintain the field order and improve the rescue efficiency.
In the rescue process:
if the person seeking help is conscious, the 24-hour value guard platform establishes audio and video call connection with the intelligent device, after the intelligent device worn by the person seeking help opens voice connection, the person seeking help is directly communicated with the manual customer service in a dialogue mode under the conscious condition, and the customer service confirms the current physical condition of the person seeking help, guides the person to save oneself simply, soothes the mood and informs the rescue process.
If the person seeking help is unconscious, the person can be communicated by peripheral random personnel, the 24-hour watch platform establishes audio and video call connection with the peripheral random personnel through the first-aid equipment, the intelligent equipment responds to the audio and video connection request after receiving the audio and video connection request sent by the 24-hour watch platform manual customer service, the audio and video connection is established with the 24-hour watch platform, the peripheral random person of the person seeking help confirms the field condition, and informs the help process or is remotely guided by medical first-aid experts.
Under the condition that an unfamiliar route or a local environment is complex during rescue, the 24-hour-value guarding platform establishes audio and video call connection with a professional rescue mechanism through mobile equipment, and the platform manually informs of the field condition. The system pushes a navigation route reference to a rescue team through a geographic position positioning navigation technology, when the rescue team reaches a designated range around the emergency position, the system sends an instruction to notify a second user terminal or surrounding random personnel, such as property security, neighbors and the like, to guide the rescue team to quickly and accurately arrive at the site to implement rescue.
The 24-hour attended platform can also be transmitted to a professional rescue mechanism according to the field condition fed back by the second user end, confirms the position information of professional rescuers, guides field contacts and guides the professional rescuers to quickly and accurately arrive at the field.
For example, when an ambulance of a professional rescuer arrives at the doorway of a community, the platform sends an instruction to the property security, and the property security approaches the site quickly and accurately.

an active alarm mode in the first user terminal sends help seeking information to a 24-hour on-duty platform and sends help seeking signals to random personnel around the first user terminal;
the rescue user sets and backs up sign information and body-side environment information in the first user terminal to the 24-hour watching platform, when the first user terminal detects that the current condition of the user reaches a preset sign information and body-side environment information threshold value, the first user terminal starts an automatic alarm mode and sends a help-seeking signal to surrounding random personnel, and meanwhile, the 24-hour watching platform sends a help-seeking signal to a rescue site or the surrounding random personnel of the rescue site.
