In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the number of the users participating in the evaluation is too large, the obtained rewards of each user participating in the evaluation are too small, or when the uplink needs to pay the GAS fee, the number of the users participating in the evaluation is too large, and the paid GAS fee even exceeds the total rewards, therefore, the number of the users participating in the evaluation needs to be limited, the preset evaluation number can be set in a reward distribution mechanism, the total number of the users participating in the evaluation is acquired and judged in real time, and when the total number of the users participating in the evaluation exceeds the preset evaluation number, other users are forbidden to evaluate the information to be evaluated. Or setting parameters in a reward distribution mechanism, and defining the proportion of the GAS in the total amount of rewards, wherein if the upper limit of the GAS in the total amount of rewards is not more than 30%, the number of predictors is limited once the upper limit of the GAS is exceeded, and later predictors can only read information but cannot give an evaluation result.

generating information to be evaluated according to the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information;
generating an intelligent contract corresponding to the information to be evaluated according to the information to be evaluated;
the information to be evaluated is sent to all public chain nodes for storage, so that users in the public chain can evaluate the information to be evaluated for the first time through the public chain nodes corresponding to the users, and the first evaluation result of the first evaluation is fed back to all public chain nodes;
after receiving a first evaluation result fed back by a target user, invoking the intelligent contract, counting the first evaluation result of the target user and evaluation results fed back by other users before the first evaluation result is fed back by the target user, and feeding back the counted statistics result to the target user, so that the target user carries out second evaluation on the digital asset to be evaluated by referring to the statistics result, and feeds back the second evaluation result of the second evaluation to each public chain node; the target user is any user participating in the first evaluation;
Acquiring all second evaluation results in the public chain at the cut-off time point of the evaluation time, and counting each second evaluation result to obtain a target statistical result;
and sending the target statistical result to the assessment demander.

judging whether a user participating in the first evaluation does not feed back a second evaluation result before the cut-off time point at the cut-off time point of the first evaluation time;

calculating a first duty ratio result and a second duty ratio result; the first duty ratio result is used for representing the duty ratio condition of the first result total number and the second evaluation result total number, and the second duty ratio result is used for representing the duty ratio condition of the second result total number and the second evaluation result total number;
And taking the second evaluation result total number, the first result total number, the second result total number, the first duty ratio situation and the second duty ratio situation as target statistical results.
