judging whether a user participating in the first evaluation does not feed back a second evaluation result before the deadline point of the first evaluation time;
if the evaluation result exists, sending prompt information to the user who does not feed back the second evaluation result according to the second evaluation time; the prompt information is used for prompting a user who does not feed back a second evaluation result to feed back the second evaluation result before the expiration time point of the second evaluation time;
and acquiring all second evaluation results in the public chain at the cut-off time point of the second evaluation time.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, the second evaluation result includes a first result or a second result, and the statistical unit 706 performs statistics on each of the second evaluation results to obtain a target statistical result, and is configured to:
calculating a second evaluation result total number, a first result total number and a second result total number according to each second evaluation result;

In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, if the digital asset to be evaluated is a virtual digital asset, the method may further include:
a first determining unit, configured to determine a number of users of a target user; the target user is a user for carrying out secondary evaluation on the information to be evaluated;
the second determining unit is used for determining the reward to be distributed corresponding to each target user according to the reward distribution mechanism and the total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract;
and the first issuing unit is used for issuing the rewards to be distributed corresponding to each target user.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, if the digital asset to be evaluated is an actual digital asset, the method may further include:
a third determining unit, configured to determine, after a transaction fluctuation result of the asset to be evaluated is published, a plurality of first target users from the target users, where the target users are users who perform second evaluation on the information to be evaluated, and a second evaluation result of each first target user is consistent with the transaction fluctuation result;
the second issuing unit is used for determining the to-be-issued rewards corresponding to each first target user and determining the to-be-issued rewards corresponding to each second target user according to the reward allocation mechanism and the total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract and issuing the to-be-issued rewards corresponding to each first target user and each second target user if the user feeds back the evaluation result to the public chain for consuming the fuel fee; the second target user is other target users except for a first target user in all the target users, the reward to be distributed of the first target user is different from the reward to be distributed of the second target user, and the evaluation result comprises a first evaluation result and a second evaluation result;
and the third issuing unit is used for determining the to-be-issued rewards corresponding to each first target user according to the reward allocation mechanism and the total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract and issuing the corresponding to-be-issued rewards to each first target user if the evaluation result is fed back to the public chain by the user without consuming fuel cost.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the method may further include:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the total number of the users participating in the evaluation exceeds the preset evaluation number in real time;
and the prohibiting unit is used for prohibiting other users from evaluating the information to be evaluated if the evaluation is positive.
In an embodiment of the present application, based on the foregoing scheme, the second generating unit 703 executes, according to the information to be evaluated, an intelligent contract corresponding to the information to be evaluated, and is configured to:
acquiring a pre-constructed intelligent contract template and determining each key field contained in the intelligent contract template;
extracting a data item corresponding to each key field from the information to be evaluated;
and correspondingly writing the data item corresponding to each key field into the intelligent contract template to obtain the intelligent contract corresponding to the information to be evaluated.

at the ending time point of the evaluation time, all second evaluation results in the public chain are obtained, and each second evaluation result is counted to obtain a target counting result;
and sending the target statistical result to the evaluation demander.

Claims (20)

1. An evaluation result acquisition method, comprising:
receiving asset information and evaluation mechanism information of digital assets to be evaluated, which are sent by an evaluation demander; the evaluation mechanism information includes at least an evaluation time;
generating information to be evaluated according to the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information;
generating an intelligent contract corresponding to the information to be evaluated according to the information to be evaluated;
sending the information to be evaluated to each public chain node for storage, so that a user in a public chain can evaluate the information to be evaluated for the first time through the corresponding public chain node point of the user, and feeding back a first evaluation result of the first evaluation to each public chain node;
after receiving a first evaluation result fed back by a target user, calling the intelligent contract, counting the first evaluation result of the target user and evaluation results fed back by other users before the target user feeds back the first evaluation result, and feeding back the statistical result obtained by counting to the target user, so that the target user refers to the statistical result, carries out secondary evaluation on the digital assets to be evaluated, and feeds back the second evaluation result of the secondary evaluation to each public link node; the target user is any user participating in first evaluation;
at the ending time point of the evaluation time, all second evaluation results in the public chain are obtained, and each second evaluation result is counted to obtain a target counting result;
and sending the target statistical result to the evaluation demander.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating information to be evaluated from the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information comprises:
generating initial information to be evaluated according to the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information, and generating abstract information of the initial information to be evaluated;
encrypting the initial information to be evaluated according to the private key of the evaluation demander to obtain initial encrypted information to be evaluated;
and forming the information to be evaluated by the initial encryption information to be evaluated and the abstract information of the initial information to be evaluated.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the evaluation time comprises a first evaluation time and a second evaluation time, and the obtaining all the second evaluation results in the public chain at the expiration time point of the evaluation time comprises:
judging whether a user participating in the first evaluation does not feed back a second evaluation result before the deadline point of the first evaluation time;
if the evaluation result exists, sending prompt information to the user who does not feed back the second evaluation result according to the second evaluation time; the prompt information is used for prompting a user who does not feed back a second evaluation result to feed back the second evaluation result before the expiration time point of the second evaluation time;
and acquiring all second evaluation results in the public chain at the cut-off time point of the second evaluation time.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the second evaluation result comprises a first result or a second result, and wherein the counting each second evaluation result to obtain a target statistical result comprises:
calculating a second evaluation result total number, a first result total number and a second result total number according to each second evaluation result;
calculating a first proportion result and a second proportion result; the first proportion result is used for representing the proportion of the first result total to the second evaluation result total, and the second proportion result is used for representing the proportion of the second result total to the second evaluation result total;
and taking the second evaluation result total number, the first result total number, the second result total number, the first proportion condition and the second proportion condition as target statistical results.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the digital assets to be evaluated comprise real digital assets or virtual digital assets,
if the digital asset to be evaluated is an actual digital asset, the receiving asset information of the digital asset to be evaluated sent by the evaluation demander comprises:
receiving asset information of digital assets to be evaluated, which is sent to a corresponding public link node by an evaluation demander through an intermediate component;
if the digital assets to be evaluated are virtual digital assets, the receiving the asset information of the digital assets to be evaluated sent by the evaluation demander comprises the following steps:
and receiving the asset information of the digital assets to be evaluated, which is directly sent to the corresponding public link node by the evaluation demander.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the assessment mechanism information further comprises a reward allocation mechanism and a reward total.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein if the digital asset to be evaluated is a virtual digital asset, after sending the target statistic to the evaluation demander, further comprising:
determining the number of users of a target user; the target user is a user for carrying out secondary evaluation on the information to be evaluated;
determining the reward to be distributed corresponding to each target user according to a reward distribution mechanism and a reward total amount contained in the intelligent contract;
and issuing the rewards to be distributed corresponding to the target users.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein if the digital asset to be evaluated is an actual digital asset, after sending the target statistic to the evaluation demander, further comprising:
after the transaction rising and falling results of the assets to be evaluated are published, a plurality of first target users are determined from all the target users, wherein the target users are users who perform secondary evaluation on the information to be evaluated, and the second evaluation result of each first target user is consistent with the transaction rising and falling results;
if the user feeds back the evaluation result to the public chain for consuming the fuel cost, determining the to-be-distributed reward corresponding to each first target user and the to-be-distributed reward corresponding to each second target user according to a reward distribution mechanism and a total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract, and issuing the to-be-distributed rewards corresponding to each first target user and each second target user; the second target user is other target users except for a first target user in all the target users, the reward to be distributed of the first target user is different from the reward to be distributed of the second target user, and the evaluation result comprises a first evaluation result and a second evaluation result;
and if the user feeds back the evaluation result to the public chain without consuming the fuel fee, determining the to-be-distributed reward corresponding to each first target user according to a reward distribution mechanism and a total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract, and issuing the to-be-distributed reward corresponding to each first target user.
9. The method according to claim 1, wherein after sending the information to be evaluated to each public link node for storage, further comprising:
judging whether the total number of the users participating in the evaluation exceeds the preset evaluation number in real time;
and if so, prohibiting other users from evaluating the information to be evaluated.
10. An evaluation result acquisition apparatus characterized by comprising:
the system comprises a receiving unit, a judging unit and a judging unit, wherein the receiving unit is used for receiving the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information of the digital asset to be evaluated, which are sent by an evaluation demander; the evaluation mechanism information includes at least an evaluation time;

the second generating unit is used for generating the intelligent contract corresponding to the information to be evaluated according to the information to be evaluated;
the first evaluation unit is used for sending the information to be evaluated to each public chain node for storage, so that the information to be evaluated is evaluated for the first time by a user in a public chain through a corresponding public chain node point, and a first evaluation result of the first evaluation is fed back to each public chain node;
the second evaluation unit is used for calling the intelligent contract after receiving a first evaluation result fed back by a target user, counting the first evaluation result of the target user and evaluation results fed back by other users before the first evaluation result is fed back by the target user, and feeding back the statistical result obtained by counting to the target user so that the target user refers to the statistical result, carries out second evaluation on the digital assets to be evaluated, and feeds back the second evaluation result of the second evaluation to each public link node; the target user is any user participating in first evaluation;
the statistical unit is used for acquiring all second evaluation results in the public chain at the ending time point of the evaluation time, and counting each second evaluation result to obtain a target statistical result;
and the sending unit is used for sending the target statistical result to the evaluation demander.
11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the first generating unit executes generating information to be evaluated based on the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information, and is configured to:
generating initial information to be evaluated according to the asset information and the evaluation mechanism information, and generating abstract information of the initial information to be evaluated;
encrypting the initial information to be evaluated according to the private key of the evaluation demander to obtain initial encrypted information to be evaluated;

judging whether a user participating in the first evaluation does not feed back a second evaluation result before the deadline point of the first evaluation time;
if the evaluation result exists, sending prompt information to the user who does not feed back the second evaluation result according to the second evaluation time; the prompt information is used for prompting a user who does not feed back a second evaluation result to feed back the second evaluation result before the expiration time point of the second evaluation time;
and acquiring all second evaluation results in the public chain at the cut-off time point of the second evaluation time.

15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the evaluation mechanism information further comprises a reward allocation mechanism and a reward total.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein if the digital asset to be evaluated is a virtual digital asset, the apparatus further comprises:
a first determining unit, configured to determine a number of users of a target user; the target user is a user for carrying out secondary evaluation on the information to be evaluated;
the second determining unit is used for determining the reward to be distributed corresponding to each target user according to the reward distribution mechanism and the total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract;
and the first issuing unit is used for issuing the rewards to be distributed corresponding to each target user.

and the third issuing unit is used for determining the to-be-issued rewards corresponding to each first target user according to the reward allocation mechanism and the total reward amount contained in the intelligent contract and issuing the corresponding to-be-issued rewards to each first target user if the evaluation result is fed back to the public chain by the user without consuming fuel cost.
18. The apparatus of claim 10, further comprising:
the judging unit is used for judging whether the total number of the users participating in the evaluation exceeds the preset evaluation number in real time;
and the prohibiting unit is used for prohibiting other users from evaluating the information to be evaluated if the evaluation is positive.
