2. An identification and security inspection method for express contraband is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
S100, comparing the person and the certificate, and verifying the identity of the sender;
s200, package inspection:
s201, aligning the inspection camera to an electronic weighing platform area, and collecting a mail sending article image in the electronic weighing platform area;
s202, performing edge extraction on the binary image after image segmentation to obtain the outer edge of a target, performing image analysis on the extracted target edge, detecting whether the inspected object meets the image characteristics of contraband or not, and returning a contraband identification result; the method specifically comprises the following steps: extracting a video image at a video host, and when the video host detects the shapes of the gun and the cutter, sending an alarm to a business PC (personal computer) by the video host, or actively identifying contraband by manpower, selecting the position of the contraband, and labeling the graphic information;
s203: judging whether the sending of the articles is allowed or not according to the contraband identification result;
s300, parcel storage:
s301, placing the parcel of the article to be sent into a parcel cabinet through a metal detector;
s302, the upper computer control module receives an output image of the X-ray detector, performs safety inspection on the detected image, performs preprocessing, feature extraction and mode identification on the image, and judges whether a cutter, a gun or a drug exists or not;
and S303, judging whether the sending is allowed or not according to the identification result of the upper computer control module, and finishing the sending process.
3. The express contraband identification and security inspection method of claim 2, wherein the S100 verification of the identity of the sender specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, a service PC remotely reads an identity card number and an identity card head portrait through a USB server;
s102, a conversation camera acquires a client head portrait, calls an identification service through a Web service or HTTP interface, completes identification and comparison of the acquired client head portrait and an identity card picture on a certificate identification server, and returns a result;
and S103, judging whether the sending is allowed or not according to the testimony comparison and identification result.
4. The express contraband identification and security inspection method according to claim 2, wherein S202 adopts an eight-neighborhood outer edge extraction method, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, searching the whole image from left to right and from top to bottom, finding the starting point as the current point (x, y), then searching the next boundary point, the next boundary point must be in the eight neighborhood of the point (x, y), wherein the direction from the point (x, y) to the adjacent pixel is coded as 0,1,2,3 … 7 in the counterclockwise sequence;
s2, dividing into four cases when determining the next boundary point, when the (x, y) left side, i.e. the coding 4 position, is the background area, searching according to the position 3 → 2 → 1 → 0 → 7 → 6; when the upper side (x, y), namely the code 2 position, is a background region and the code 4 position and the code 0 position are target regions, searching according to the 1 → 0 → 7 → 6 → 5 position; when the (x, y) right side, i.e., the coded 0 position, is the background region, searching according to the position 7 → 6 → 5 → 4 → 3 → 2; when the (x, y) lower edge, i.e., the code 6 position, is a background region and the code 4 position and the code 0 position are target regions, searching by the 5 → 4 → 3 → 2 → 1 position; assigning the gray value of the determined boundary point to a gray value greater than 1;
s3, stopping searching when the next boundary point of (x, y) is assigned as the gray value of the boundary point determined in s2, otherwise continuing s2, and transforming the image when the search of the outer edge of the target is finished, so that the gray value of the target edge is 1 and the gray values of other areas are 0;
s4, establishing a recognition library template of contraband of the cutter and the gun, ensuring the resolution of the template visible to naked eyes, and collecting multi-angle templates of the contraband of the gun and the like; and comparing the edge image obtained in the step s3 with the identification library template of the contraband to compare the feature similarity, and completing the contraband identification.
5. The express contraband identification and security inspection method according to claim 2, wherein the detection method of the metal product in S301 is as follows:
the metal detector adopts a digital signal processing mode, a self-excitation type detection coil is adopted to induce metal, and an amplitude value is obtained by an induction signal through an amplitude value amplifying circuit, so that the size of a metal block is judged; different frequencies are obtained through a frequency detection circuit, and classification of metal types is realized; and the upper computer control module acquires the detection result of the metal detector through the USB server.
6. The express contraband identification and security inspection method of claim 2, wherein the detection method of the X-ray detector in S302 is as follows:
Aiming at the characteristics of an X-ray detection image, selecting a processing means combining two segmentation methods of threshold selection and region growing on the basis of RGB color space by comparing different color spaces and different image segmentation methods, and completely segmenting objects made of the same material;
establishing a contraband template library to facilitate the feature extraction of contraband;
identifying the X-ray detection image, processing the X-ray detection image based on a Zernike moment method, and finally identifying and marking forbidden articles in the security inspection image; or the contraband is actively identified manually, the position of the contraband is selected, and the graphical information is marked;
the method for identifying the X-ray detection image comprises the following steps: the boundary contour is represented by the feature points of the polygon using a continuous fourier transform with approximating straight line segments within the polygon.
