本发明公开了一种基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将现有电网物资检测机构信息加入区块链进行信息发布;S2、将有电网物资检测需求的用户信息加入区块链进行信息发布;S3、电网物资检测机构基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源,寻找最优电网物资检测资源;S4、生成智能合约;S5、进行检测费用交易结算;S6、电网物资检测机构开展电网物资检测服务;S7、进行电网物资检测服务评价;S8、进行积分结算;步骤S9、完成全部电网物资检测服务。本发明能实现电网物资检测资源共享,提高检测效率和检测资源利用率,实现检测溯源,优化资源配置。

Description

基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法
技术领域
本发明属于电网设备高压试验和电测量技术领域,具体涉及一种基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法。
技术背景
为落实质量强国策略,保障电网物资质量,国网公司在各省市建立了电网物资检测中心,同时,社会上或政府机构也拥有具备电网物资检测能力的检测机构,针对现有大量检测资源,存在检测资源闲置、利用效率低的问题,造成检测资源浪费。并且,2019年国家电网公司发布《国家电网有限公司关于加强实验室开放共享工作的指导意见》(国家电网科〔2019〕699号),切实推进实验室资源共享,加强联合实验室的协同创新与资源共享。因此,为充分发挥各检测机构优势及其与客户需求协同匹配,采用区块链技术,开展电网物资检测资源共享,提高检测效率和检测资源利用率,实现检测溯源,充分发挥各检测机构优势,提升检测机构服务质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述技术问题,提供一种基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法,本发明能实现电网物资检测资源共享,提高检测效率和检测资源利用率,实现检测溯源,优化资源配置。
为实现此目的,本发明所设计的一种基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将现有电网物资检测机构信息加入区块链进行信息发布,现有电网物资检测机构信息包括电网物资检测机构基本信息和电网物资检测资源供应信息,并将电网物资检测机构基本信息和电网物资检测资源供应信息根据电网物资检测机构基本信息和电网物资检测资源供应信息中自带的信息存储ID(存储身份信息,里面包括了存储地址)存储到对应区块链信息发布单位的数据库中;
步骤S2:将有电网物资检测需求的用户信息加入区块链进行信息发布,有电网物资检测需求的用户信息包括用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息,并将用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息根据用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息中自带的信息存储ID存储到对应区块链信息发布单位的数据库中;
步骤S3:电网物资检测机构基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源即将电网物资检测机构基本信息打包在一个区块成为一个新的区块并上链;用户基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源需求信息,结合用户电网物资检测需求寻找最优电网物资检测资源;
步骤S4:找到最优电网物资检测资源后将用户电网物资检测需求交给最优电网物资检测资源的检测机构进行检测,完成用户电网物资检测需求与检测检测机构发布的空闲检测资源匹配,生成智能合约;
步骤S5:根据智能合约规定,进行检测费用交易结算;
步骤S6:用户将待检电网物资送至检测机构,由电网物资检测机构开展电网物资检测服务;
步骤S7:完成电网物资检测服务后,由用户进行电网物资检测服务评价,评价依据包括检测周期、检测费用、检测质量、咨询回复时间和检测效率,并将电网物资检测服务评价结果上传到区块链上;
步骤S8:根据检测服务实现情况,进行积分结算;
步骤S9:完成全部电网物资检测服务,进行电网物资检测资源释放,检测资源释放后,则可匹配新的电网物资检测需求。
本发明采用区块链技术,构建检测服务区块链,进行检测机构检测资源信息和送检用户信息分布式存储方式,实现电网物资检测资源共享,提高检测效率和检测资源利用率,实现检测溯源,充分发挥各检测机构优势,提升检测机构服务质量。

如图1~3所示的一种基于区块链技术的电网物资检测资源共享方法,其特征在于,它包括如下步骤:
步骤S1:将现有电网物资检测机构信息加入区块链进行信息发布,现有电网物资检测机构信息包括电网物资检测机构基本信息(名称、资质、位置、账户信息等)和电网物资检测资源供应信息(包括动态检测能力、检测工位数量和每个检测工位的负荷情况),并将电网物资检测机构基本信息和电网物资检测资源供应信息根据电网物资检测机构基本信息和电网物资检测资源供应信息中自带的信息存储ID存储到对应区块链信息发布单位的数据库中;
步骤S2:将有电网物资检测需求的用户信息加入区块链进行信息发布(发布检测需求,包含我需要检测的设备信息,项目),有电网物资检测需求的用户信息包括用户基本信息(名称、位置、账户信息等)和电网物资检测资源需求信息(需求资源名称、需求资源负荷(需要多少资源在多长时间内检测完成)),并将用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息根据用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息中自带的信息存储ID存储到对应区块链信息发布单位的数据库中(用户所在的省公司服务器);
步骤S3:电网物资检测机构基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源即将电网物资检测机构基本信息打包在一个区块成为一个新的区块并上链(检测资源指的是一个检测机构的检测能力,可以覆盖的检测物资,一个检测机构对应一个检测资源);用户基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源需求信息,结合用户电网物资检测需求寻找最优电网物资检测资源;
步骤S4:找到最优电网物资检测资源后将用户电网物资检测需求交给最优电网物资检测资源的检测机构进行检测,完成用户电网物资检测需求与检测检测机构发布的空闲检测资源匹配,生成智能合约;
步骤S5:根据智能合约规定,进行检测费用交易结算;
步骤S6:用户将待检电网物资送至检测机构,由电网物资检测机构开展电网物资检测服务;
步骤S7:完成电网物资检测服务后,由用户进行电网物资检测服务评价,评价依据包括检测周期、检测费用、检测质量、咨询回复时间和检测效率,并将电网物资检测服务评价结果上传到区块链上,为其它用户送检提供依据;
步骤S8:根据检测服务实现情况,进行积分结算,积分高的检测中心下次匹配检测需求时,优先分配;
步骤S9:完成全部电网物资检测服务,进行电网物资检测资源释放,检测资源释放后,则可匹配新的电网物资检测需求。
上述技术方案的步骤S8的积分结算包括以下步骤:
步骤S800:检测机构提供的检测服务是否违约,包括是否按时空出电网物资检测资源、是否按时完成电网物资检测服务、是否按照标准进行电网物资检测,是否按时完成检测等智能合约约定事项;
步骤S801:如果检测机构检测服务违约即没按时空出电网物资检测资源和/或没按时完成电网物资检测服务和/或没按照标准进行电网物资检测和/或没按时完成检测,全网广播违约记录,扣除检测机构积分;
步骤S802:如果检测机构检测服务按智能合约执行即S800的所有条件全部满足,检测机构获得积分;
步骤S803:用户送检是否违约,包括是否按时送检、是否按时结算、是否按时取样等智能合约约定事项;
步骤S804:如果用户送检违约即没有按时送检和/或没有按时结算和/或按时取样,全网广播违约记录,扣除用户积分;
步骤S805:如果检测机构检测服务按智能合约执行,用户获得积分。
上述技术方案的步骤2中,寻找最优电网物资检测资源的方法为在电网物资检测机构检测能力覆盖的范围内,从所有电网物资检测机构中找到最快完成电网物资检测的检测机构。
上述技术方案的步骤S4中资源匹配的匹配标注根据用于距离电网物资检测机构路程、电网物资检测费用、电网物资设备故障率确定。

步骤S2:将有电网物资检测需求的用户信息加入区块链进行信息发布,有电网物资检测需求的用户信息包括用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息,并将用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息根据用户基本信息和电网物资检测资源需求信息中自带的信息存储ID存储到对应区块链信息发布单位的数据库中;
步骤S3:电网物资检测机构基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源即将电网物资检测机构基本信息打包在一个区块成为一个新的区块并上链;用户基本信息输入区块链,然后基于区块链发布电网物资检测资源需求信息,结合用户电网物资检测需求寻找最优电网物资检测资源;
步骤S4:找到最优电网物资检测资源后将用户电网物资检测需求交给最优电网物资检测资源的检测机构进行检测,完成用户电网物资检测需求与检测检测机构发布的空闲检测资源匹配,生成智能合约;

步骤S804:如果用户送检违约,全网广播违约记录,扣除用户积分;
步骤S805:如果检测机构检测服务按智能合约执行,用户获得积分。
