Abstract
The invention relates to a detection device for analyzing the printing quality of inner frame paper of a cigarette case by utilizing multiple spectrums, which comprises a production line, a first industrial camera and a second industrial camera, wherein the production line comprises a linear conveying area and a transfer area, the first inner frame paper is arranged in the cigarette case, the second inner frame paper is arranged at an opening of the cigarette case, the multispectral light source devices are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of lenses of the first industrial camera and the second industrial camera, each multispectral light source device is connected with a host connected with the first industrial camera and the second industrial camera, the first industrial camera is used for identifying the first inner frame paper of the cigarette case, and the second industrial camera is used for identifying the second inner frame paper of the cigarette case. The invention can finely distinguish two or more inner frame paper packaging materials with similar colors by adopting a black-and-white high-speed industrial camera and matching with a multispectral light source device, and accurately identify defective products, thereby meeting the requirements of enterprises on the packaging quality.

In the hard-box cigarette, the first inner frame paper 21 and the second inner frame paper 22 are generally similar in color, and damage or occurrence of color quality problems is not easily recognized by an industrial camera.
The first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 are both black and white high-speed industrial cameras, and are convenient for identifying wavelengths with different colors. The first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 are respectively mounted on the top of the production line 1 through a bracket, are generally mounted inside a machine body of the packaging machine, and are hinged through the bracket, and the mounting angles of the brackets are adjusted to enable the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 to be in proper shooting positions. Multispectral light source devices 5 are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the lenses of the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4, each multispectral light source device 5 is connected with a host connected with the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4, and the irradiation direction of each multispectral light source device 5 is the same as the shooting direction of the lens of the camera.
The multispectral light source device 5 is of an annular structure, the inner ring of the multispectral light source device 5 is sleeved outside the lenses of the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 respectively, an inner groove 51 is arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring of the multispectral light source device 5, a plurality of light source lamps 52 are arranged on the surface of the inner groove 51, and the light source lamps 52 are uniformly distributed according to the emitted light rays with different colors. Each group of the light source lamps 52 emitting the same color lights up together at every photographing, the next group of the light source lamps 52 emitting the same color lights up together at the next photographing, and the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 photograph the passing cigarette packs 2 when the light source lamps 52 light up.
Preferably, the light source lamp 52 has a wavelength ranging from 390nm to 940nm, so as to recognize different colors of light when taking a picture.
As a preferable scheme, the shooting interval time of the first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 is 5 milliseconds, respectively. The shooting time of the cigarette case 2 staying in the production line 1 is 150 milliseconds, and if the pictures are taken at the interval of 5 milliseconds, 30 pieces of image data can be shot so that a host connected with a camera can accurately compare the color quality of the inner frame paper.
The first industrial camera 3 and the second industrial camera 4 take pictures under the irradiation of the multispectral light source device 5, the taken image data are uploaded to a host connected with the two industrial cameras through coaxial cables and are compared with reserved images in a database, corresponding images are identified, and therefore identification information for judging the quality conditions of the first inner frame paper 21 and the second inner frame paper 22 is made, and the identification information is fed back to the host. The main machine sends the information of the cigarette case 2 to be rejected to a packing machine according to the quality condition of inner frame paper on the cigarette case 2, and the material kicking action is finished through a material kicking mechanism of the packing machine, so that defective products are rejected.
In the shooting position, the shooting lens of the first industrial camera 3 faces the cigarette packet 2 circulating on the linear conveying area 11 and is used for identifying the first inner frame paper 21 of the cigarette packet 2, and the shooting lens of the second industrial camera 4 faces the cigarette packet 2 circulating on the transfer area 12 and is used for identifying the second inner frame paper 22 of the cigarette packet 2.
The invention adopts a black-and-white high-speed industrial camera, cooperates with a multispectral light source device 5, utilizes a plurality of light source lamp 52 combination collected images to analyze and process the data of the inner frame paper on the cigarette case 2, separates the colors of two packing auxiliary materials on the cigarette case 2 which are close to each other originally, then carries out database storage data comparison, identifies the characteristics of each image data, thereby making the status of judging the quality of the inner frame paper of the cigarette case 2 and feeding back whether defective products need to be removed or not to a host machine.
