Optionally, the determining process of the detection current in sunny days includes: detecting the running current of the outdoor fan running at a first rotating speed on a sunny day; and taking the average value of the running current of the last three days on a sunny day as the detection current of the sunny day. Therefore, the detection current in fine days is effectively determined through multiple detections, the detection current in fine days is guaranteed to effectively reflect the no-load running state of the outdoor fan, and the effective reference of the detection current in fine days is guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a second method for controlling snow accumulation prevention for an air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention, and after step S1, the method further includes steps S4 to S5, where:
in step S4, if the preset snow removal condition is not satisfied, it is determined whether the operation parameter satisfies the re-detection condition. Therefore, in the case where the preset snow removal condition is not satisfied, there is still a case where snow may possibly be fallen, and the re-detection condition is set in order to further determine the case where snow may possibly be fallen, and when the re-detection condition is satisfied, it is described that there is a probability that snow may still be fallen, and thus further determination is required.
In step S5, if the redetection condition is satisfied, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the second rotation speed for a second preset time period, and then the operation parameter is obtained again, and it is determined whether the reacquired operation parameter satisfies the preset snow removal condition. Therefore, the invention sets the re-detection condition, and under the condition of meeting the re-detection condition, the probability of snowing and non-snowing is very high, so that the outdoor fan is firstly rotated to detect the corresponding current and judge again, thereby ensuring the correctness of executing the operation of removing the accumulated snow.
Optionally, the operation parameters include weather conditions, ambient temperature, and outdoor fan stop time, and the re-detection condition includes: the weather condition is snowy, the ambient temperature is between a first preset temperature and a second preset temperature, and the outdoor fan stop time exceeds a first stop duration, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature. Therefore, the invention sets the re-detection condition, and judges whether snow is accumulated or not in multiple aspects by combining the weather condition, the environment temperature and the outdoor fan stop time, at the moment, the weather condition is snowy, the environment temperature is not too low, and the snow falling probability and the snow non-falling probability are both high, so that the outdoor fan is firstly rotated, the corresponding current is detected, the judgment is carried out again, and the correctness of executing the snow removing operation is ensured.
Optionally, the first preset temperature is set to-5 ℃ and the second preset temperature is set to 3 ℃. From this, set up reasonable first temperature and the second temperature of predetermineeing, be favorable to confirming the low condition of nevertheless probably snowing of temperature, guarantee subsequent judgement once more.

In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a first flowchart illustrating a snow removing operation according to the embodiment of the present invention, including steps S311 to S312, wherein:
in step S311, when it is determined that the first operating current is greater than or equal to the sum of the sunny detection current and the first preset current, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at a third rotation speed for a third preset time period and then stop. Therefore, at the moment, the snow on the outdoor fan is determined according to the first running current and the situation of the current detected in sunny days, and therefore the outdoor fan is controlled to run to perform snow removing operation. Optionally, the first preset current is set to be 0.3, that is, when the first running current is greater than or equal to the sunny detection current plus 0.3, it is effectively determined that snow is accumulated on the outdoor fan.
Optionally, when it is determined that the first operating current is greater than or equal to the sum of the detection current and the first preset current in a sunny day, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at a third rotating speed for a third preset time period after waiting for the judgment time period. Preferably, the judgment time duration is set to 10S, so that the accuracy of judging the relationship between the first operation current and the sunny detection current is ensured.
In step S312, after waiting for the interval duration, re-acquiring the operation parameters of the air conditioner, and determining whether the operation parameters satisfy the preset snow removal condition, wherein the interval duration is determined according to the first operation current and the sunny detection current. Therefore, after the waiting interval is long, the operation returns to the step S1, a new snow removal judgment is carried out, in the snow removal operation, when the first running current is larger than or equal to the sum of the fine detection current and the first preset current, the load of the outdoor fan is large, at the moment, snow exists on the outdoor fan, the outdoor fan is controlled to run for a certain time to remove the snow, after the running is finished, the waiting interval is long, whether the snow removal is needed or not is judged again, and therefore the efficiency and the accuracy of the snow removal operation are guaranteed by utilizing multiple judgments.
Optionally, the third rotation speed is a sum of the first rotation speed and a difference rotation speed, where the difference rotation speed is a product of a current difference and a first constant value, and the current difference is a difference between the first operating current and the sunny day detection current. Therefore, the current difference value determined by the first running current and the sunny detection current reflects the amount of accumulated snow from the angle of load, so that the rotating speeds of different outdoor fans are set according to different accumulated snow conditions, snow removal is performed in a targeted manner, and the high efficiency of snow removal operation is ensured.
Alternatively, the first constant value is set to 30, whereby the third rotation speed is effectively determined. Specifically, the difference rotation speed is the first operation current — the sunny detection current (in general, the first operation current is larger than the sunny detection current), and the third rotation speed is the first rotation speed + the current difference × 30.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a second flowchart of the operation of removing the accumulated snow according to the embodiment of the present invention, including steps S321 to S322, where:
in step S321, when it is determined that the first operating current is less than or equal to the sum of the sunny detection current and the second preset current, the interval duration is waited. Therefore, the relation between the first running current and the current detected in sunny days indicates that the outdoor fan load is small, and no snow is accumulated at the moment, so that the snow accumulation prevention control can be performed again only by waiting for the interval duration.
In step S322, after waiting for the interval duration, re-acquiring the operation parameters of the air conditioner, and determining whether the operation parameters satisfy a preset snow removal condition, wherein the interval duration is determined according to the first operation current and the sunny detection current. Therefore, when the first running current is smaller than or equal to the sum of the detection current and the second preset current in a sunny day, the outdoor fan load is small, no snow is accumulated at the moment, the outdoor fan does not need to be controlled to run, the running parameters are directly obtained again, a new round of snow accumulation prevention control is carried out, namely after the waiting interval is long, the step S1 is returned, the snow removal judgment of the new round is carried out, and therefore the efficiency and the accuracy of the snow removal operation are guaranteed. Optionally, the second preset current is set to 0.1, that is, when the first running current is less than or equal to the sunny detection current +0.1, it is effectively determined that there is no snow on the outdoor fan.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a third operation of removing snow according to the embodiment of the present invention, including steps S331 to S332, where:
in step S331, when it is determined that the first operating current is less than the sum of the sunny detection current and the first preset current, and the first operating current is greater than the sum of the sunny detection current and the second preset current, the first operating current of the outdoor fan is detected after the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the first rotation speed for the first preset time, where the first preset current is greater than the second preset current. Therefore, at this time, it is not possible to determine whether snow is present or not on the outdoor fan according to the first operating current and the situation of the current detected on a sunny day, and therefore, a subsequent re-determination is performed for such a situation.
Optionally, the first preset current is set to 0.3, and the second preset current is set to 0.1, that is, when the sunny detection current +0.1< the first operation current < the sunny detection current +0.3, it is determined that there may be snow on the outdoor fan (but it cannot be determined, it needs to be further determined), so as to facilitate subsequent determination.
In step S332, the control of starting and removing the snow cover of the outdoor fan according to the first operating current and the pre-acquired sunny day detection current is executed again. Therefore, when the first running current is smaller than the sum of the sunny detection current and the first preset current and is larger than the sum of the sunny detection current and the second preset current, the load of the outdoor fan is moderate, whether snow is accumulated cannot be determined at the moment, the first running current is detected again, whether snow removal operation is needed is judged again according to the first running current and the sunny detection current, namely, the step S3 is returned, new snow removal judgment is carried out, and accordingly multiple judgment is utilized, and the efficiency and the accuracy of the snow removal operation are guaranteed.
In the embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of determining an interval duration according to the embodiment of the present invention, including steps S601 to S602, where:
in step S601, a current difference value is determined according to a difference between the first operating current and the sunny detection current. Therefore, the load condition of the outdoor fan is reflected through the obtained current difference value, and the snow accumulation amount is effectively reflected.
In step S602, the interval duration is determined according to the current difference. Therefore, the current difference value is determined according to the first running current and the sunny detection current, and the load condition of the outdoor fan is reflected by the current difference value, so that the snow accumulation amount is reflected. Therefore, the interval time length is determined according to the current difference, namely the interval time length is determined according to the snow accumulation amount, and the reasonable interval time length is set, so that the high efficiency and the accuracy of snow removing operation are ensured.
Optionally, step S602 specifically includes:
when the current difference value is between the first current value and the second current value, the interval duration is a first preset interval duration, wherein the second current value is larger than the first current value. Therefore, the snow removing interval is long for the conditions that the current difference is small and the snow accumulation amount is small, so that the too frequent snow removing operation is avoided
Optionally, the first current value is set to 0.1, the second current value is set to 0.5, and the first preset interval duration is set to 3 hours, that is, when the current difference is greater than 0.1 and less than or equal to 0.5, the first preset interval duration is 3 hours, so that a larger interval duration is set for a case where the snow accumulation amount is smaller.
When the current difference value is between the second current value and a third current value, the interval duration is a second preset interval duration, wherein the third current value is larger than the second current value. Therefore, the snow removing device is moderate in current difference and snow accumulation amount, and the time interval of snow removal is moderate, so that too frequent snow removing operation is avoided, and meanwhile, the efficient snow removing effect can be achieved.
Optionally, the third current value is set to 0.7, and the second preset interval duration is set to 1 hour, that is, when the current difference is greater than 0.5 and less than or equal to 0.7, the second preset interval duration is 1 hour. Therefore, the moderate interval duration is set for the moderate snow accumulation amount.
When the current difference value is between the third current value and a fourth current value, the interval duration is a third preset interval duration, wherein the fourth current value is greater than the third current value, the first preset interval duration is greater than the second preset interval duration, and the second preset interval duration is greater than the third preset interval duration. Therefore, the snow removing device has the advantages that the snow removing interval is short in time aiming at the conditions that the current difference value is large and the snow accumulation amount is large, so that the snow removing operation is carried out frequently, and the snow removing effect is guaranteed. In summary, the interval duration is determined according to the current difference, that is, the interval duration is determined according to the snow accumulation amount. Under the condition of different snow accumulation amounts, the proper interval time is determined, the situation that the outdoor fan is unnecessarily and frequently started for removing snow is avoided, the normal operation of the air conditioner is effectively guaranteed, and the use of a user is facilitated.
Alternatively, the fourth current value is set to 1.0, and the third preset interval duration is set to 0.5 hours, i.e., when the current difference is greater than 0.7 and less than or equal to 1.0, the third preset interval duration is 0.5 hours. Therefore, the shorter interval time is set for the situation of larger snow accumulation, and the timely snow removal operation is ensured.
Optionally, step S602 further includes: and when the current difference is smaller than the first current value, the control method for preventing the air conditioner from accumulating snow is withdrawn. Therefore, when the current difference value is smaller than the first current value, the load is very small at the moment, and the outdoor unit does not have accumulated snow, so that the control method for preventing the accumulated snow of the air conditioner is withdrawn, unnecessary operation is avoided, and the normal operation of the air conditioner is effectively ensured. And setting the first current value to be 0.1, namely exiting the control method for preventing the air conditioner from accumulating snow when the current difference value is less than or equal to 0.1.
Optionally, step S602 further includes: and when the current difference value is larger than the fourth current value, the control method for preventing the accumulated snow is exited, and the fault inside the motor is judged. Therefore, when the current difference value is larger than the fourth current value, the load is large at the moment, the motor breaks down, and snow cannot be caused, so that the control method for preventing the snow of the air conditioner is withdrawn, unnecessary operation is avoided, and the air conditioner is effectively prevented from being damaged. Wherein, the fourth current value is set to 1.0, namely when the current difference value is larger than 1.0, the inner machine is judged to be in fault.
In a specific embodiment of the present invention, a1 represents a first operating current, a0 represents a sunny detection current (detection is 0.5), A3 represents a current difference value, the first rotation speed is set to 0.8 times the maximum rotation speed, Tao represents an ambient temperature, T1 represents a fan stop time, the first preset temperature is set to-5 ℃, the second preset temperature is set to 3 ℃, the first preset time period is 2min, the second preset time period is 2min, the third preset time period is 2min, the first stop time period is 25min, the first preset current is 0.3, the second preset current is 0.1, the first constant value is 30, the first current value is 0.1, the second current value is 0.5, the third current value is 0.7, the fourth current value is 1.0, the first preset interval time period is 3 hours, the second preset interval is 1 hour, and the third preset interval is set to 0.5 hours.
Aiming at the conditions that the weather condition is snowing, the environmental temperature Tao is-1 ℃ (less than the first preset temperature-5 ℃) and the fan stop time T1 is 25min, firstly, obtaining operation parameters and judging that the operation parameters meet the preset snow removing condition; and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at the first rotating speed for a first preset time of 2min, wherein the first operating current A1 at the end of detection is 1.3, so that the first operating current A1 and the sunny detection current A0 meet the following requirements: the first operation current A1 is more than or equal to the sunny detection current A0+0.3, snow is judged to exist at the moment, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at a third rotating speed for a third preset time period of 2min, wherein the third rotating speed is equal to the first rotating speed and a current difference A3 multiplied by 30, a current difference A3 is equal to the first operation current A1-sunny detection current A0, and the current difference A3 is 0.8; and finally, waiting for the interval duration, returning to the step of acquiring the operation parameters again, and judging whether the operation parameters meet the preset snow removal conditions (namely returning to the step S1), wherein the interval duration is a third preset interval duration, namely 0.5 hour, because the current difference A3 is 0.8, the current difference A3 which is equal to or larger than the third current value (0.7) is smaller than the fourth current value (1.0).
The control method for preventing the accumulated snow of the air conditioner, provided by the invention, can accurately identify the operation of removing the accumulated snow by combining the operation parameters, and effectively judges the load state of the outdoor fan according to the first operation current and the detection current in sunny days, so that the accumulated snow condition is accurately identified to accurately control the operation of removing the accumulated snow, the intelligence, timeliness and high efficiency of removing the snow of the air conditioner are ensured, the accumulated snow condition of the air conditioner is prevented, the air conditioner can normally operate in severe and cold weather, and the use of a user is facilitated.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a control apparatus 700 for preventing snow accumulation for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes an obtaining unit 701, a processing unit 702, and a control unit 703, where:
an obtaining unit 701, configured to obtain an operation parameter of an air conditioner, and determine whether the operation parameter meets a preset snow removal condition;
the processing unit 702 is configured to, if a preset snow removal condition is met, control an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a first rotation speed for a first preset time period, and detect a first operating current of the outdoor fan;
the control unit 703 is configured to control, according to the first operating current and a pre-acquired sunny detection current, to start and remove the accumulated snow of the outdoor fan, where the sunny detection current is a current when the outdoor fan operates at a first rotation speed on a sunny day.
The control device for preventing the accumulated snow of the air conditioner, provided by the invention, can accurately identify the operation of removing the accumulated snow by combining the operation parameters, and effectively judge the load state of the outdoor fan according to the first operation current and the detection current in sunny days, so that the accumulated snow condition is accurately identified to accurately control the operation of removing the accumulated snow, the intelligence, timeliness and high efficiency of removing the snow of the air conditioner are ensured, the accumulated snow condition of the air conditioner is prevented, the air conditioner can normally operate in severe and cold weather, and the use of a user is facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, an air conditioner snow accumulation prevention control device includes a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program and a processor, where the computer program is read by the processor and executed to implement the above-mentioned air conditioner snow accumulation prevention control method.
The device can be an embedded processing device, a mobile terminal, an industrial personal computer, a server and other computer devices.
In another embodiment of the invention, an air conditioner comprises an outdoor fan, a wireless transmission device and the snow protection control device of the air conditioner, wherein the snow protection control device of the air conditioner is in communication connection with the outdoor fan through the wireless transmission device.
When the control device for preventing snow accumulation of the air conditioner is a peripheral computer device, the control device can correspondingly control the outdoor fan through a wireless transmission device (such as a GPRS device) arranged at the outdoor fan. When the control device for preventing the accumulated snow of the air conditioner is a computer device embedded in the air conditioner, the control device can be directly electrically connected with the outdoor fan to control the outdoor fan.
The snow removing operation can be accurately identified by combining the operation parameters, the snow removing operation can be accurately identified, the load state of the outdoor fan is effectively judged according to the first operation current and the sunny detection current, the snow removing operation is accurately controlled by accurately identifying the snow condition, the snow removing intelligence, timeliness and high efficiency of the air conditioner are guaranteed, the accumulated snow condition of the air conditioner is prevented, the air conditioner can normally operate in severe and cold weather, and the use of a user is facilitated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, a computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program, and when the computer program is read and executed by a processor, the above-mentioned control method for preventing snow of an air conditioner is implemented, and in combination with an operation parameter, entering of an operation of removing snow can be accurately identified, and a load state of an outdoor fan is effectively determined according to a first operation current and a current detected in a sunny day, so that an operation of removing snow is accurately controlled by accurately identifying a snow situation, so that intelligence, timeliness and efficiency of snow removal of the air conditioner are ensured, a situation of snow accumulation of the air conditioner is prevented, the air conditioner can normally operate in severe and cold weather, and a user can use the air conditioner conveniently.

Claims (11)

1. A control method for preventing snow accumulation of an air conditioner is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring operation parameters of an air conditioner, and judging whether the operation parameters meet preset snow removal conditions or not, wherein the operation parameters comprise weather conditions, environment temperature and outdoor fan stop time, and the preset snow removal conditions comprise that the weather conditions are snow days, the environment temperature is less than a first preset temperature and the outdoor fan stop time exceeds a first stop time;
if the preset snow removing condition is met, controlling an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a first rotating speed for a first preset time, and detecting a first operating current of the outdoor fan, wherein the first rotating speed is set to be 0.8 times of the maximum rotating speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
controlling to start and remove the accumulated snow of the outdoor fan according to the first running current and pre-acquired sunny detection current, wherein the sunny detection current is the current of the outdoor fan when the outdoor fan runs at the first rotating speed in sunny days;
the control of starting to clear away the accumulated snow of the outdoor fan according to the first running current and the pre-acquired sunny day detection current comprises the following steps:
when the first running current is determined to be greater than or equal to the sum of the sunny detection current and the first preset current, controlling the outdoor fan to run at a third rotating speed for a third preset time period and then stop, wherein the first preset current is set to be 0.3A, the third rotating speed is the sum of the first rotating speed and a difference rotating speed, the difference rotating speed is the product of a current difference and a first constant value, and the current difference is the difference between the first running current and the sunny detection current;
and after waiting for the interval time, re-executing the operation parameters of the air conditioner, and judging whether the operation parameters meet preset snow removing conditions, wherein the interval time is determined according to the first operation current and the sunny detection current.
2. The method for controlling the air conditioner to prevent snow cover according to claim 1, wherein after acquiring the operation parameters of the air conditioner and judging whether the operation parameters meet the preset snow removing conditions, the method further comprises:
if the preset snow removal condition is not met, judging whether the operation parameters meet the re-detection condition or not;
and if the second detection condition is met, controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a second rotating speed for a second preset time, then acquiring the operating parameters again, and judging whether the acquired operating parameters meet the preset snow removing condition or not, wherein the second rotating speed is the same as the first rotating speed.
3. The air-conditioning snow accumulation prevention control method according to claim 2, wherein the re-detection condition includes:
the weather condition is snowy, the environment temperature is between the first preset temperature and the second preset temperature, and the outdoor fan stop time exceeds the first stop duration, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature.
4. The method for controlling the air conditioner to prevent snow cover according to claim 1, wherein the controlling to start clearing snow cover of the outdoor fan according to the first operating current and the pre-acquired sunny detection current comprises:
when the first operating current is determined to be less than or equal to the sum of the clear-day detection current and a second preset current, after waiting for an interval time, re-executing the operation parameter of the air conditioner, and judging whether the operation parameter meets a preset snow removal condition, wherein the interval time is determined according to the first operating current and the clear-day detection current, and the second preset current is set to be 0.1A.
5. The method for controlling the air conditioner to prevent snow cover according to claim 1, wherein the controlling to start clearing snow cover of the outdoor fan according to the first operating current and the pre-acquired sunny detection current comprises:
when the first running current is determined to be smaller than the sum of the sunny detection current and a first preset current, and the first running current is determined to be larger than the sum of the sunny detection current and a second preset current, the outdoor fan is controlled to run at the first rotating speed for the first preset time period, and then the first running current of the outdoor fan is detected, wherein the first preset current is larger than the second preset current;
and re-executing the control of starting and clearing the accumulated snow of the outdoor fan according to the first running current and the pre-acquired sunny day detection current.
6. The air conditioner snow cover prevention control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the interval duration from the first operation current and the fine day detection current includes:
determining a current difference value according to the difference between the first running current and the sunny detection current;
and determining the interval duration according to the current difference.
7. The air conditioner snow cover prevention control method according to claim 6, wherein the determining the interval period according to the current difference value includes:
when the current difference value is between a first current value and a second current value, the interval duration is a first preset interval duration, wherein the second current value is larger than the first current value;
when the current difference value is between the second current value and a third current value, the interval duration is a second preset interval duration, wherein the third current value is greater than the second current value;
when the current difference value is between the third current value and a fourth current value, the interval duration is a third preset interval duration, wherein the fourth current value is greater than the third current value, the first preset interval duration is greater than the second preset interval duration, and the second preset interval duration is greater than the third preset interval duration.
8. A snow accumulation prevention control device for an air conditioner is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a control unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring operation parameters of the air conditioner and judging whether the operation parameters meet preset snow removing conditions or not, the operation parameters comprise weather conditions, environment temperature and outdoor fan stop time, and the preset snow removing conditions comprise that the weather conditions are snowy days, the environment temperature is less than a first preset temperature and the outdoor fan stop time exceeds a first stop time;
the processing unit is used for controlling an outdoor fan of the air conditioner to operate at a first rotating speed for a first preset time period and then detecting a first operating current of the outdoor fan if the preset snow removing condition is met, wherein the first rotating speed is set to be 0.8 times of the maximum rotating speed of the outdoor fan of the air conditioner;
the control unit is used for controlling the outdoor fan to start and clear the accumulated snow according to the first running current and pre-acquired sunny detection current, wherein the sunny detection current is the current of the outdoor fan when the outdoor fan runs at the first rotating speed on sunny days;
the control of starting to clear away the accumulated snow of the outdoor fan according to the first running current and the pre-acquired sunny day detection current comprises the following steps:
when the first running current is determined to be greater than or equal to the sum of the sunny detection current and the first preset current, controlling the outdoor fan to run at a third rotating speed for a third preset time period and then stop, wherein the first preset current is set to be 0.3A, the third rotating speed is the sum of the first rotating speed and a difference rotating speed, the difference rotating speed is the product of a current difference and a first constant value, and the current difference is the difference between the first running current and the sunny detection current;
and after waiting for the interval time, re-executing the operation parameters of the air conditioner, and judging whether the operation parameters meet preset snow removing conditions, wherein the interval time is determined according to the first operation current and the sunny detection current.

An air conditioner, characterized by comprising an outdoor fan, a wireless transmission device and the snow accumulation prevention control device of the air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein the snow accumulation prevention control device of the air conditioner is in communication connection with the outdoor fan through the wireless transmission device.
