Background
At present, the research of alternative energy sources has two major points: firstly, coal-based alternative liquid fuels comprise methanol, dimethyl ether and synthetic oil; the second is biomass liquid fuel (ethanol and biodiesel). In the face of the exhaustion of the traditional petrochemical energy, the alcohol fuel is the most potential novel alternative energy at present, and is favored by enterprises in various countries due to low price, high efficiency, safety and environmental protection. Experts in the industry predict that the alcohol fuel mainly containing methanol is expected to be most widely popularized and applied in the market due to outstanding advantages. At present, the global energy is in short supply, so that the prices of industrial and civil fuels such as fuel oil, gas and the like are increased dramatically, and the daily life of people is directly influenced. The development and application of new energy resources are trending. In 2006, the living cost of the people is reported to be increased due to the soaring rise of the price of liquefied gas, and the price is continuously increased along with the increasing shortage of resources. In 2008, the oil waste spread, and some hotels and restaurants using diesel oil as fuel were urgent, and even some enterprises had great loss when closing the doors because they could not buy diesel oil. In 2010, along with the recovery of global economy, the international oil price rises dramatically again, the international energy agency warns that the low oil price period is not repeated once. Meanwhile, the problem of environmental pollution is increasingly serious due to the use of diesel fuel. Alcohol fuel is recognized in the world, is one of the new standard energy sources officially recognized by the state, and along with the rapid increase of the international oil price, the alcohol fuel can quickly become a substitute of liquefied gas and other fuels. The alcohol fuel is a novel fuel which is mainly configured by methanol and other substances, exists in a liquid form, is the same as nuclear energy, solar energy, wind energy and hydraulic energy, is environment-friendly clean energy which is widely popularized at present, has rich raw material sources and high oxygen content, is fully combusted, does not contain carbon particles in smoke, is convenient to store and transport, has low price, is influenced by excess methanol productivity, develops the downstream market of methanol, and ensures that the methanol fuel is applied to civil cooking fuel and receives attention of researchers and manufacturers. The alcohol fuel has the advantages over liquefied gas: high heat value, low price, heat value as high as 6000 kcal/kg, cleanness, sanitation, no peculiar smell, no black smoke, no carbon deposition and no residue, and is more than 80 percent lower than the waste gas emission of liquefied gas, thereby being a standard green energy source. And safe and reliable, convenient to use transports and need not the steel bottle, has no potential explosion danger, can not cause the poisoning incident because of leaking even more. In order to alleviate the shortage of diesel oil supply, the ministry of energy and environmental protection of the state are united below, and the coal and diesel oil will be prohibited from entering the kitchen in the coming years. By now, some cities have begun to implement. Therefore, the development of new energy is the trend of times, is the demand of benefits and is a big thing benefiting the nation and the people. As a new alternative environment-friendly energy source, the vigorous popularization of alcohol fuels leads the economic development to be in the 'methanol economic era' after the 'petroleum economic era', and has huge development potential and broad prospect. In the prior art, the methanol stove and the methanol fuel boiler are very complicated in design, the methanol utilization rate is very low, and the consumption cost is high.
When the existing alcohol fuel stove is used, liquid fuel enters a vaporizer through a feed pipe, enters a mixed gas pipe from a gas guide pipe after being heated and vaporized, then enters a stove core, is sprayed out from a gas hole, and is combusted. Because the fuel is required to be continuously combusted for more than 5-10 minutes (namely preheated) after ignition, enough heat can be generated to stably vaporize the fuel, and the flame with continuous and vigorous combustion can be generated only after the fuel is stably vaporized. Practice shows that the liquid drops can not be atomized fully, so that incomplete combustion and splashing of the liquid drops are caused. The fuel can be uniformly mixed and combusted with the air under the condition of gas phase, namely: the liquid fuel is firstly gasified, so that the high-efficiency low-pollution combustion is easier to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the alcohol fuel stove which is simple in structure, high in combustion efficiency, safe and environment-friendly.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
an alcohol fuel stove comprises a fuel tank, a preheating plate, a straight spray pipe, a vaporization ring, a furnace end, a connecting pipeline and a connecting piece, wherein the fuel tank, the preheating plate, the straight spray pipe, the vaporization ring and the furnace end are sequentially connected; a straight spray pipe and an auxiliary vaporizing pipe are arranged above the preheating plate, the auxiliary vaporizing pipe is arranged on the periphery of the straight spray pipe, a vaporizing ring is arranged above the straight spray pipe, and a furnace end is arranged at the top of the straight spray pipe.
Further, a fuel storage is arranged between the fuel tank and the preheating plate and is used for filling fuel into the stove.
Further, the preheating plate is provided with a powerful igniter and a delivery pump and is connected with the fuel storage.
Furthermore, the auxiliary vaporizing pipe is of a spiral coil pipe structure and made of copper or stainless steel, the diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 3-8mm, the number of turns is 4-10 turns, the gap between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 2-6mm, and the height of the spiral coil pipe is 5-15mm lower than that of the furnace end.
Further, the fuel storage is provided with an upper liquid level sensor, a lower liquid level sensor and an acceleration delivery pump.
Further, the fuel storage and the vaporizing ring are provided with a fuel delivery pump and a connecting pipeline.
Further, the straight spray pipe is used for mixing fuel and air, and the air door adjusting valve is connected to the straight spray pipe and used for manually adjusting air inflow.
Further, the vaporization ring is provided with a circular hollow cavity made of copper or stainless steel, the hollow cavity is provided with a labyrinth structure, and an ignition needle and a fire detection needle are arranged in the hollow cavity.
Further, the furnace end comprises a distributor, wherein air holes are distributed in the distributor, and the diameter of each air hole is 0.2-2.0 mm.
The alcohol fuel comprises: methanol, ethanol, butanol, and mixtures of any two or three thereof.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the fuel storage device is arranged on the fuel conveying pipeline of the stove, so that fuel can be filled into the stove in advance, and the time required by fuel conveying is reduced; the designed auxiliary vaporizing device is changed into direct current pulse ignition without an electric heating device for preheating, and the cost is greatly saved; when the stove is in cold ignition, an electronic pulse ignition device is adopted, so that the preheating time is greatly shortened, the stove can quickly generate vigorous flames even in cold ignition, the preheating time is greatly shortened through the design of a preheating disc and an auxiliary vaporizing tube, and the ignition performance of fuel is improved; the excessive unvaporized alcohol liquid stored in the vaporization ring is avoided, so that the vaporization ring is heated to generate high pressure due to vaporization expansion, and the flame suddenly excessively emerges for combustion, thereby keeping normal flame combustion.

Detailed Description
For a further understanding of the contents, features and effects of the present invention, reference should be made to the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an alcohol fuel cooker comprises a fuel tank 1, a preheating plate 4, a straight spray pipe 3, a vaporizing ring 18, a burner 15, a connecting pipeline and a connecting piece, wherein the fuel tank 1, the preheating plate 4, the straight spray pipe 3, the vaporizing ring 18 and the burner 15 are connected in sequence; a straight spray pipe and an auxiliary vaporizing pipe 11 are arranged above the preheating plate, the auxiliary vaporizing pipe is arranged on the periphery of the straight spray pipe, a powerful igniter 34 is further arranged on the preheating plate, a vaporizing ring is arranged above the straight spray pipe, and a burner 15 is arranged at the top of the straight spray pipe. A fuel reservoir 8 is provided between the fuel tank and the pre-heat tray for filling the interior of the oven with fuel. The preheating plate 4 is equipped with a power igniter 34 and a delivery pump 10 and is connected to a fuel reservoir. The auxiliary vaporizing pipe is of a spiral coil pipe structure and made of copper or stainless steel, the diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 3-8mm, the number of turns is 4-10 turns, the gap between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 2-6mm, and the height of the spiral coil pipe is 5-15mm lower than that of a furnace end. The fuel reservoir is provided with an upper liquid level sensor, a lower liquid level sensor and an acceleration delivery pump 5. The fuel reservoir and the vaporizing ring are provided with a fuel delivery pump 13 and a connecting pipeline. The straight spray pipe is used for mixing fuel and air, and is connected with an air door adjusting valve which manually adjusts air inflow. The vaporization ring is provided with a ring-shaped hollow cavity made of copper or stainless steel, the hollow cavity is provided with a labyrinth structure, and an ignition needle 22 and a fire detection needle 23 are arranged in the hollow cavity. The furnace end comprises a distributor 21, wherein air holes are distributed in the distributor, and the diameter of each air hole is 0.2-2.0 mm.
The alcohol fuel used by the cooker comprises: methanol, ethanol, butanol, and mixtures of any two or three thereof. The operation of the cooker is described below with methanol as an example.
1) And igniting the cold stove, starting the delivery pump 10 to add a small amount of methanol fuel into the preheating disc 4, simultaneously starting the powerful igniter 34 to ignite in a pulse mode, carrying out preheating ignition combustion, igniting the liquid fuel in the preheating disc, continuously heating the auxiliary vaporizing tube by the ignited fire to enable the fuel flowing through the auxiliary vaporizing tube to be rapidly heated and vaporized, and ejecting the vaporized fuel through the vaporizing ring and the straight jet tube. When the straight jet pipe and the vaporizing ring are heated, fuel is fed into the straight jet pipe, and the alcohol fuel is rapidly vaporized into the vaporizing ring through the heated straight jet pipe. When the temperature of the vaporization ring reaches 100 ℃, the fuel delivery pump 13 is started, the ignition needle 22 in the vaporization ring 18 is opened for ignition, and the furnace end in the center of the vaporization ring is ignited, so that the fuel is quickly burnt. And when the fire detection needle 23 detects that normal combustion is performed, the delivery pump 10 and the strong igniter 34 are closed, and the normal combustion of methanol vaporization ignition is completed. The time interval between two ignitions is about 30 seconds. If accidental flameout occurs during combustion, the ignition needle 23 will restart the ignition operation process according to the detected signal.
2) And igniting the hot stove, if the fire is accidentally extinguished in the combustion process and the temperature of the distributor 21 is higher than 100 ℃, starting the fuel delivery pump 13, opening the ignition needle 22 for pulse ignition, and closing the ignition needle 22 after the normal combustion is detected by the fire detection needle 23 to finish the normal combustion of the methanol vaporization ignition. If the temperature of the distributor 21 is lower than 100 c, the cold-range ignition operation is repeated.
3) Fuel reservoir workflow: the fuel reservoir 8 serves to fill the burner interior ahead of time, reducing the time required for fuel delivery. The fuel storage is provided with an upper liquid level sensor and a lower liquid level sensor, when the liquid level is lower than the low level, the acceleration delivery pump 5 starts to deliver fuel, and when the liquid level reaches the high level, the fuel delivery is stopped. The liquid level is detected in the whole working process, if the liquid level signal is not detected after 50 seconds of continuous liquid supply, the fuel in the fuel tank is used up, the stove stops all working, and an alarm sound is given to prompt a user to replace the fuel tank.
Example 1
The application of alcohols fuel cooking utensils, wherein alcohols fuel is methyl alcohol, the vaporization ring is the ring shape cavity, and the material is the stainless steel. The auxiliary vaporizing tube is a copper spiral coil. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 3mm, the number of turns is 4, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 2 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 15mm lower than that of the furnace end. The diameter of the air hole of the fire distributor is 0.2 mm. The hollow cavity of the vaporization ring is provided with a labyrinth structure.
Example 2
Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 1, wherein the alcohol fuel contains methanol and butanol. The vaporization ring is made of copper. The auxiliary vaporizing tube is a stainless steel spiral coil. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 5mm, the number of turns is 6, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 4 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 10mm lower than that of the furnace end. The diameter of the air hole on the distributor is 0.8 mm.
Example 3
Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 2, wherein the spiral coil is a copper tube. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 8mm, the number of turns is 8, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 6 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 15mm lower than that of the furnace end. The diameter of the air hole on the distributor is 2.0 mm.
Example 4
Similar to the alcohol fuel cooker in the embodiment 3, wherein the number of turns of the spiral coil pipe is 10, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 5 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 10mm lower than that of the furnace end. The diameter of the air hole on the distributor is 1.5 mm. The igniter is an electronic pulse ignition device, and a 5V battery is used as a power supply.
Example 5
Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 2, wherein the alcohol fuel contains ethanol. The vaporization ring is made of stainless steel. The spiral coil is a copper pipe. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 8mm, the number of turns is 10 turns, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 5 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 15mm lower than that of the furnace end. The diameter of the air hole on the distributor is 1.5 mm.
Example 6
Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 1, wherein the alcohol fuel contains ethanol. The material of the vaporization ring is copper. The igniter is an electronic pulse ignition device, and 3 batteries are used as a power supply.
Example 7
Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 1, wherein the alcohol fuel contains methanol and ethanol. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 5mm, the number of turns is 5, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 5 mm. The height of the spiral coil is 5mm lower than that of the furnace end.

Similar to the alcohol fuel range of example 2, wherein the alcohol fuel contains ethanol and butanol. The vaporization ring is made of stainless steel. The diameter of the spiral coil pipe is 6mm, and the clearance between the spiral coil pipe and the straight spray pipe is 5 mm.
