7. The method for manufacturing a self-lubricating bearing according to claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
s1, performing dye check and ultrasonic check treatment on the outer ring base layer (3) and the connecting ring layer (4), and cleaning and purifying the surface to be combined of the materials by adopting a manual, mechanical, chemical or electrochemical method;
s2, taking the outer ring base layer (3) as a substrate, taking the connecting ring layer (4) as a composite plate, wherein the outer ring base layer (3) and the connecting ring layer (4) are both annular, the ratio of the thickness of the outer ring base layer (3) to the thickness of the connecting ring layer (4) is not less than 3:1, and a welding distance is arranged between the composite plate and the substrate;
s3, arranging explosives on the surface of the connecting ring layer (4), and arranging a buffer layer between the explosives and the connecting ring layer (4);
s4, after welding, ultrasonic flaw detection is adopted, the composite layer of the connecting ring layer (4) on the surface of the defect is removed by adopting a carbon arc gouging mode for the part with the defect, then the composite layer at the position of the defect is repaired by adopting welding wire overlaying, after the repair is finished, the repaired surface is polished, then the repaired surface is subjected to flaw detection by adopting an ultrasonic flaw detection mode until the flaw detection is qualified;
s5, mixing Al2O3 powder of 200-230 meshes with ammonia water, adjusting the pH to 6-7, preparing a mixed solution with industrial alcohol according to a ratio of 1:7, uniformly spraying the mixed solution on the surface of the connecting ring layer (4), putting the connecting ring layer and the industrial alcohol into a vacuum furnace after the alcohol is completely volatilized, heating to 760-800 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 40-60 min; then cooling by adopting nitrogen, raising the temperature in the furnace to 400 ℃ at a heating speed of 50 ℃ per hour, and then preserving the heat for 8-10 hours; then the furnace is cooled to room temperature.

s6, roughly processing the surface of the connecting ring layer (4), processing a dovetail groove on the connecting ring layer (4), pressing the high-temperature composite solid lubricating material into the dovetail groove on the connecting ring layer (4), and standing in normal-temperature air for 8 hours;
s7, putting the bearing plate (1) into a vacuum drying oven for vacuum curing treatment, wherein the heating rate is 60 ℃/h, and the bearing plate is kept warm for 2h after being heated to 120 ℃.
