技术领域
本发明涉及建筑物隔墙技术领域,尤其涉及一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法。
背景技术
磷石膏是指在磷酸生产中用硫酸处理磷矿时产生的固体废渣,其主要成分为硫酸钙,磷石膏呈粉末状,含水20%~25%,磷石膏是硫酸法萃取磷酸生产过程的副产品,每生产1吨磷酸将产生4.5~5.5吨的磷石膏,磷石膏的大量排放不仅占用大量的土地,还由于磷石膏经雨水长期浸泡,其中的可溶性磷和氟等以水体为媒介向环境传递引起土壤、水系、大气的污染。因此,若不加大应用处置,将极大影响磷肥行业的发展,在建筑墙体方面,现有的建筑物墙体多使用泥土,粉煤灰、水泥、混凝土砖等砖块材料,这类砖块一般依赖于烧制技术,使这类砖块具有较好的结构强度,但是,这种普通砖块烧制工艺能耗高、污染大,其安装成本高,安装后不可重复使用,当前,由于火灾事故频频发生,又给人们的生命财产和生活环境造成了极大危害,且对环境的保护带来了一定的影响,为了降低火灾隐患,增强建筑墙体的耐火性能,通常通过向隔墙内填充耐火材料来实现,然而,耐火材料一般只填充在墙体内部,隔墙表层以及使用的隔墙制作材料由于不具备耐火性能,也存在较大的安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:搭设轻钢龙骨架:在地面上搭设轻钢龙骨架;
步骤二:制备磷石膏粉:将含水的磷石膏输入气流干燥机中进行脱水干燥后为磷石膏粉,干燥时间为1~4小时,干燥温度控制在150~180℃,磷石膏粉含水量≤3%;
步骤三:制备混合阻燃砂浆:将氢氧化镁、聚乙烯醇、草酸、磷酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸、石英砂、水泥、水和步骤二中所述磷石膏粉按照以下质量份数在80℃~120℃条件下均匀混合搅拌5~10min后,再冷却至常温,制得混合阻燃砂浆;
氢氧化镁:10~25份;
聚乙烯醇:25~30份;
草酸:12~15份;
磷酸:20~25份;
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸:5~10份;
石英砂:5~10份;
水泥:30~50份;
水:50~80份;
磷石膏粉;20~40份;
步骤四:将所述钢丝网使用铆钉安装在步骤一中所述搭设好的轻钢龙骨架的两侧,向钢丝网表面喷筑步骤三中所述混合阻燃砂浆,使混合阻燃砂浆填实所述轻钢龙骨架内的所有空隙并在钢丝网的表面形成砂浆面层后进行找平,然后在所述砂浆面层内植入防腐网;
步骤五:提供多块耐火墙板,所述耐火墙板上设有榫头或榫槽,将多块耐火墙板粘接于砂浆面层上,并且使任意相邻两块耐火墙板之间通过榫头与榫槽配合连接在一起,制得拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙。
所述耐火墙板是聚氯乙烯板、硅酸钙板、阻燃ABS板中的一种。
步骤三中所述混合阻燃砂浆从制备获得至使用前的间隔时间不超过2h。
所述拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法还包括在进行步骤一中所述搭设轻钢龙骨架之后、步骤二中所述铆装耐火隔离板之前,向所述轻钢龙骨架以内填充耐火填充物。
所述耐火填充物是岩棉、矿渣棉或粒径小于2cm的白云碎石。
所述轻钢龙骨架包括若干条竖向龙骨以及若干条横向龙骨,竖向龙骨并列地竖立于地面之上,横向龙骨通过铆钉固定于竖向龙骨的两侧,每条横向龙骨与所有竖向龙骨均相互连接。

本发明的有益效果在于:采用本发明的技术方案,通过在隔墙以内设置轻钢龙骨架,增强了隔墙整体的结构强度和承载能力,钢丝网采用采用铆钉安装在轻钢龙骨架上,方便了施工安装操作,操作简便,施工工期更短,再通过涂刷混合阻燃砂浆将耐火墙板铺装在轻钢龙骨架的外表面上,耐火墙板之间通过榫头和榫槽相互配合连接,无需使用其它连接件,使隔墙外表面更加美观,此外,耐火墙板采用阻燃材料制成,混合阻燃砂浆中也含有大量的阻燃材料,轻钢龙骨架以内还填充有耐火填充物,使隔墙具有多重阻燃、防火性能,减少了火灾隐患,另外,采用以磷石膏为基材制作的混合阻燃砂浆作为胶凝材料,将各个结构构件紧密连接为一体,扩展了磷石膏的应用领域,通过在砂浆面层内埋设玻璃纤维网格布和钢丝网,增强了隔墙表面的抗裂性能,延长了隔墙的使用寿命。

本发明提供一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,如图1、图2所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:搭设轻钢龙骨架1:在地面上搭设轻钢龙骨架1;
步骤二:制备磷石膏粉:将含水的磷石膏输入气流干燥机中进行脱水干燥后为磷石膏粉,干燥时间为1~4小时,干燥温度控制在150~180℃,磷石膏粉含水量≤3%;
步骤三:制备混合阻燃砂浆:将氢氧化镁、聚乙烯醇、草酸、磷酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸、石英砂、水泥、水和步骤二中磷石膏粉按照以下质量份数在80℃~120℃条件下均匀混合搅拌5~10min后,再冷却至常温,制得混合阻燃砂浆;

步骤五:提供多块耐火墙板4,耐火墙板4上设有榫头或榫槽,将多块耐火墙板4粘接于砂浆面层2上,并且使任意相邻两块耐火墙板4之间通过榫头与榫槽配合连接在一起,制得拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙。进一步地,耐火墙板4是聚氯乙烯板、硅酸钙板、阻燃ABS板中的一种。

步骤一:搭设轻钢龙骨架(1):在地面上搭设轻钢龙骨架(1);
步骤二:制备磷石膏粉:将含水的磷石膏输入气流干燥机中进行脱水干燥后为磷石膏粉,干燥时间为1~4小时,干燥温度控制在150~180℃,磷石膏粉含水量≤3%;
步骤三:制备混合阻燃砂浆:将氢氧化镁、聚乙烯醇、草酸、磷酸、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸、石英砂、水泥、水和步骤二中所述磷石膏粉按照以下质量份数在80℃~120℃条件下均匀混合搅拌5~10min后,再冷却至常温,制得混合阻燃砂浆;

4.如权利要求1所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法还包括在进行步骤一中所述搭设轻钢龙骨架(1)之后、步骤四中安装钢丝网(5)之前,向所述轻钢龙骨架(1)以内填充耐火填充物(6)。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述耐火填充物(6)是岩棉、矿渣棉或粒径小于2cm的白云碎石。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述轻钢龙骨架(1)包括若干条竖向龙骨(7)以及若干条横向龙骨(8),竖向龙骨(7)并列地竖立于地面之上,横向龙骨(8)通过铆钉固定于竖向龙骨(7)的两侧,每条横向龙骨(8)与所有竖向龙骨(7)均相互连接。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述横向龙骨(8)布置方向与地面平行。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述横向龙骨(8)是采用宽度不小于20mm的扁钢制成。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤四中所述钢丝网(5)是采用低碳钢丝,中碳钢丝,高碳钢丝或不锈钢丝编织或者焊接而成。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种拼装式卯榫结构耐火隔墙的施工方法,其特征在于:所述防腐网(3)为玻璃纤维网格布。
