Abstract
本发明公开了一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,由壁纸纸张和复合纳米颗粒添加剂组成,复合纳米颗粒添加剂均匀负载在壁纸纸张上;其中,复合纳米颗粒添加剂包括纳米金属颗粒和纳米半导体颗粒,纳米金属颗粒为纳米银、铜、金、铂、钯的一种或几种;纳米半导体颗粒为二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化亚铜、氧化铁、钒酸铋的一种或几种。本发明将金属纳米颗粒和半导体纳米颗粒同时负载于壁纸上,利用金属纳米颗粒防霉、除菌、抗病毒,利用半导体纳米颗粒作为光催化剂分解有机污染物。利用金属纳米颗粒与半导体颗粒之间的相互作用提高提高纳米颗粒的环境稳定性。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于壁纸技术领域,具体地,涉及一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸。
背景技术
在现代房屋装修中,人们会选择节能环保性能突出的墙面装饰材料。壁纸以其安装方便、美观大方等优点而被人们广泛应用于室内建筑装饰领域。现有的壁纸产品功能单一,防潮效果较差,容易产生霉变。霉菌在一定的自然条件下大量存在于墙体表层,如黑曲霉、黄曲霉、木霉、球毛壳霉等,诱发呼吸道过敏反应。壁纸在粘贴过程中,存在有机挥发物污染的风险,影响室内环境,危害人类健康。此外,壁纸材料容易粘附和寄生各种细菌和病毒,成为潜在的疾病传播途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,壁纸材料中添加复合纳米颗粒作为抗菌防霉抗病毒剂及有机物分解催化剂。该壁纸成本低廉,抗菌、防霉、抗病毒效果好,环境净化能力强,具有很好的实用价值。贵金属纳米颗粒,如银、铜、金、铂、钯等具有很好的防霉、抗菌和抗病毒能力,氧化物半导体纳米颗粒,如二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化亚铜、氧化铁等具有很好的颗粒物俘获能力和光催化降解污染物能力。将贵金属纳米颗粒和氧化物半导体纳米颗粒以一定的比例同时负载于壁纸上,能够有效地杀灭吸附于壁纸表面的霉菌、细菌、病毒,并降解室内有机污染物,具有良好的环境净化能力。此外,本发明将金属纳米颗粒与半导体纳米颗粒配合使用,有助于提高纳米颗粒的环境稳定性。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,由壁纸纸张和复合纳米颗粒添加剂组成,复合纳米颗粒添加剂均匀负载在壁纸纸张上;
其中,复合纳米颗粒添加剂包括纳米金属颗粒和纳米半导体颗粒,纳米金属颗粒可以为纳米银、铜、金、铂、钯的一种或几种;纳米半导体颗粒可以为二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化亚铜、氧化铁、钒酸铋的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述纳米金属颗粒直径在1-1000纳米范围内;所述纳米半导体颗粒直径在1-1000纳米范围内。
进一步地,所述纳米金属颗粒的直径在1-200纳米。
进一步地,所述纳米半导体颗粒的直径在1-200纳米。
进一步地,所述壁纸纸张与复合纳米颗粒添加剂的比例为:每平方厘米面积的壁纸纸张上负载纳米金属颗粒的质量在0.1微克至100毫克之间,每平方厘米面积的壁纸上负载纳米半导体颗粒的质量在0.1微克至100毫克之间。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明将金属纳米颗粒和半导体纳米颗粒同时负载于壁纸上,利用金属纳米颗粒防霉、除菌、抗病毒,利用半导体纳米颗粒作为光催化剂分解有机污染物。利用金属纳米颗粒与半导体颗粒之间的相互作用提高提高纳米颗粒的环境稳定性。

实施例1
一种无纺布壁纸,每平方厘米表面负载0.5微克纳米银颗粒和2微克纳米二氧化钛颗粒。纳米银颗粒平均直径为20纳米。纳米二氧化钛平均直径为50 纳米。
实施例2
一种木纤维壁纸,每平方厘米表面负载2微克纳米铜颗粒和1.5微克纳米二氧化钛颗粒。纳米铜颗粒平均直径为35纳米。纳米二氧化钛平均直径为50 纳米。
实施例3
一种布面壁纸,每平方厘米表面负载1微克纳米银颗粒和5微克纳米二氧化钛颗粒。纳米银颗粒平均直径为30纳米。纳米二氧化钛平均直径为40纳米。
实施例4
一种PVC壁纸,每平方厘米表面负载1微克纳米铜颗粒和8微克纳米氧化锌颗粒。纳米铜颗粒平均直径为100纳米。纳米氧化锌平均直径为100纳米。

1.一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,其特征在于,由壁纸纸张和复合纳米颗粒添加剂组成,复合纳米颗粒添加剂均匀负载在壁纸纸张上;
其中,复合纳米颗粒添加剂包括纳米金属颗粒和纳米半导体颗粒,纳米金属颗粒为纳米银、铜、金、铂、钯的一种或几种;纳米半导体颗粒为二氧化钛、氧化锌、氧化亚铜、氧化铁、钒酸铋的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,其特征在于,所述纳米金属颗粒直径在1-1000纳米范围内;所述纳米半导体颗粒直径在1-1000纳米范围内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,其特征在于,所述纳米金属颗粒的直径在1-200纳米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,其特征在于,所述纳米半导体颗粒的直径在1-200纳米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉、除菌、抗病毒、净化空气多功能型环保壁纸,其特征在于,所述壁纸纸张与复合纳米颗粒添加剂的比例为:每平方厘米面积的壁纸纸张上负载纳米金属颗粒的质量在0.1微克至100毫克之间,每平方厘米面积的壁纸上负载纳米半导体颗粒的质量在0.1微克至100毫克之间。
