In one embodiment, the traction ring 112 has a circular arc configuration. The circumference of the arc-shaped structure is adjustable.
In one embodiment, the material of the braided rope 10 is yarn.
It will be appreciated that the circular rope machine 20 may be used to weave the braided rope 10. The roundabout 20 includes a platform 21 and a plurality of coils 23 disposed on the platform 21. Of course, other knitting machines may be used to knit the braided rope, as the present invention is not limited in this regard. The present invention will be described with reference to the circular knitting machine 20 as an example.
In one embodiment, after weaving a section of rope, the circular rope weaving machine 20 is turned off or halted, one end of the woven rope is folded down to form a first section of woven rope 11 and a second section of woven rope 13 which are oppositely arranged, and the tail end 131 of the first section of woven rope 11 is closely attached to the second section of woven rope 13, so that the first section of woven rope 11 and the second section of woven rope 13 together form the traction ring 112.
In one embodiment, the roundabout 20 is started and knitting of the third section of braided rope 15 is continued.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the braided rope 10 comprises a first braided rope section 11, a second braided rope section 13 and a third braided rope section 15, wherein the second braided rope section 13 is connected with the first braided rope section 11 and the third braided rope section 15. The first section of braided rope 11 includes a first adjustable section 111 and a first exposed section 113 connected to the first adjustable section 111, and one end of the first adjustable section 111 abuts against a tail end 131 of the second section of braided rope 13. The third section of braided rope 15 is connected to the tail end 131 of the second section of braided rope 13 and wraps the first adjusting section 111 of the first section of braided rope 11 to form a traction ring 112, the first adjusting section 111 is movably accommodated in the third section of braided rope 15, and the first exposed section 113 is exposed outside the third braided rope 15. When the first exposed section 113 or the pulling ring 112 is pulled, the first adjusting section 111 is driven to move in the third section of the knitting rope 15, or the first adjusting section 111 and the first exposed section 113 are driven to move in the third section of the knitting rope 15, so that the exposed length of the first exposed section 113 is increased or shortened, and meanwhile, the distance Y between the first adjusting section 111 and the third section of the knitting rope 15 is reduced or increased. The braided rope 10 can have a buffering function due to a frictional force between the first adjusting section 111 and the first exposed section 113 and the third section of the braided rope 15.
The method further comprises the following steps:
the end of the first exposed section 113 of the first section of the braided rope 11 is tightly attached to the third section of the braided rope 15; and
and continuously weaving the third section of the weaving rope 15, wherein the third weaving rope 15 wraps the second adjusting section 115, and the second exposed section 117 connected with the second adjusting section 115 is exposed out of the third section of the weaving rope 15.
The number of second conditioning segments 115 and second exposure segments 117 may be set according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments, the number of second conditioning segments 115 is 10-100. Preferably 20 to 80, and more preferably 40 to 50.
In some embodiments, the number of second exposed sections 117 is 10 to 100. Preferably 20 to 80, and more preferably 40 to 50.
The number of the second adjusting segments 115 and the second exposing segments 117 can be set according to actual requirements, so that a better buffering function is provided for the woven product.
In some embodiments, the length of the second conditioning segment 115 ranges from 2mm to 20 cm. Preferably 1cm to 15cm, and more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.
The number of second conditioning segments 115 and second exposure segments 117 may be set according to actual requirements.
In some embodiments, the length of the second exposed section 117 ranges from 2mm to 20 cm. Preferably 1cm to 15cm, and more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.
The lengths of the second adjusting section 115 and the second exposing section 117 can be set according to actual requirements, so that a better buffering function is provided for the woven product.
In the technical solution of the present invention, the first section of the braided rope 11 further includes at least one second adjusting section 115 and at least one second exposed section 117, the second adjusting section 115 is connected to the corresponding first exposed section 113 or the corresponding second exposed section 117, and the second adjusting section 115 is movably accommodated in the third section of the braided rope 15. When the second exposed section 117 or the pulling ring 112 is pulled, the second adjusting section 115 and the second exposed section 117 are driven to move in the third section of the braided rope 15, or the first adjusting section 111, the first exposed section 113, the second adjusting section 115 and the second exposed section 117 are driven to move in the third section of the braided rope 15, so that the exposed length of the second adjusting section 115 is increased or shortened. The friction between the first adjusting section 111, the first exposed section 113, the second adjusting section 115, the second exposed section 117 and the third section of the braided rope 15 can make the braided rope 10 have a buffering function.
After the step of knitting the third section of braided rope from the tail end of the second section of braided rope, the method further comprises the following steps:
the free end 119 of the first braided rope segment 11 not received in the third braided rope segment 15 is folded upwards, and the fourth braided rope segment 17 is braided.
In one embodiment, the fourth length of braided rope 17 has a diameter in the range of 10mm to 3 cm. Preferably 50mm to 2cm, more preferably 1cm to 1.5 cm. In one embodiment, the first braided rope segment 11 and the fourth braided rope segment 17 are of a unitary structure, and the free end 119 and the fourth braided rope segment 17 form a branch together.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the braided rope 10 further comprises a fourth braided rope 17 at one end of the third braided rope 15 far away from the second braided rope 13, and the fourth braided rope 17 can be connected with a connecting buckle which can be connected with a fixed point of a braided product. The first braided rope segment 11 and the fourth braided rope segment 17 form a branch together to adjust the exposed length X of the free end 119. The first section of braided rope 11 and the fourth section of braided rope 17 are of an integral structure, so that the braided rope 10 has the advantages of small weight, small diameter, light weight and comfort.
After the step of tightly attaching one end of the first adjusting section 111 of the first braided rope 11 to the tail end 131 of the second braided rope 13, and before the step of continuously braiding the third braided rope 15 from the tail end 131 of the second braided rope 13, the braiding method further comprises the following steps;
bending the first adjusting section 111 for the first time in the direction close to the second braided rope 13 to form a first bending section 114 connected with the first adjusting section 111 in a bending way;
and bending the first adjusting section 111 for the second time in the direction close to the second section of the braided rope 13 to form a second bending section 116 connected with the first bending section 114 in a bending way, wherein the first bending section 114 and the second bending section 116 are positioned between the first section 111 and the second section of the braided rope 13 of the first section of the braided rope 11.
In one embodiment, the length of the first bending section 114 ranges from 2mm to 20cm, so that a sufficient buffering length is provided between the first bending section 114 and the first adjusting section 111, the second bending section 116 and the third section of the braided rope 15, thereby providing a better buffering function for the braided rope 10. Preferably 1mm to 15cm, more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.
In one embodiment, the length of the second bending section 116 ranges from 2mm to 20cm, so that a sufficient buffering length is provided between the second bending section 116 and the first adjusting section 111 and between the second bending section 116 and between the first bending section 114 and the third section of the braided rope 15, thereby providing a better buffering function for the braided rope 10. Preferably 1mm to 15cm, more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.
In an embodiment, the braided rope further includes a third bending section connected to the second adjusting section 117 in a bending manner, and a fourth bending section connected to the third bending section in a bending manner, and the second adjusting section 117, the third bending section, and the fourth bending section are movably accommodated in the third section of braided rope 15.
In the technical solution of the present invention, the first section of braided rope 11 further includes a first bending section 114 connected to the first adjusting section 111 in a bending manner, and a second bending section 116 connected to the first bending section 114 in a bending manner, and the first adjusting section 111, the first bending section 114, and the second bending section 116 are movably accommodated in the third section of braided rope 15. When the braided rope 10 is used, a tool is hung at the first traction end 1191 of the first section of braided rope 11, if the tool drops, the free end 119 can be pulled to drive the adjusting section 111, the first bending section 113 and the second bending section 116 to move, at the moment, the exposed length X of the free end 119 is correspondingly reduced, the circumference of the traction ring 119 is correspondingly reduced, a buffering effect is achieved through the friction effect among the sections of the rope, and the workpiece can be prevented from dropping because the workpiece is hung on the first traction end 1191.
The method further comprises the following steps:
bending the second adjusting section 117 for the first time in the direction close to the second braided rope 13 to form a third bending section connected with the second adjusting section 117 in a bending way;
and bending the second adjusting section 117 for a second time in a direction close to the second section of braided rope 13 to form a fourth bending section connected with the third bending section in a bending manner, wherein the third bending section and the fourth bending section are movably accommodated in the third section of braided rope 15.
In one embodiment, the length of the third bending section ranges from 2mm to 20cm, so that sufficient buffering length is provided between the third bending section and the second adjusting section 117, and between the fourth bending section and the third section of the braided rope 15, so as to provide a better buffering function for the braided rope 10. Preferably 1mm to 15cm, more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.
In one embodiment, the length of the fourth bending section ranges from 2mm to 20cm, so that sufficient buffering length is provided between the fourth bending section and the second adjusting section 117, and between the third bending section 116 and the third section of the braided rope 15, so as to provide a better buffering function for the braided rope 10. Preferably 1mm to 15cm, more preferably 5cm to 10 cm.

Claims (6)

1. A method of braiding a braided rope, comprising the steps of:
weaving a section of rope, and folding one end of the woven rope downwards to form a first section of woven rope and a second section of woven rope which are oppositely arranged;
the first section of the braided rope comprises a first adjusting section and a first exposed section connected with the first adjusting section;
one end of the first adjusting section of the first section of the braided rope is tightly attached to the tail end of the second section of the braided rope; continuously weaving a third section of weaving rope from the tail end of the second section of weaving rope to weave the weaving rope, wherein the third section of weaving rope is connected with the tail end of the second section of weaving rope and wraps the first adjusting section of the first section of weaving rope to form a traction ring, the first adjusting section of the first section of weaving rope is movably accommodated in the third section of weaving rope along the direction of the third section of weaving rope, and the first exposed section is exposed outside the third section of weaving rope;
the first section of the braided rope further comprises at least one second adjusting section and at least one second exposed section, and the second adjusting section is connected with the corresponding first exposed section or the corresponding second exposed section;
tightly attaching the tail end of the first exposed section of the first section of the braided rope to the third section of the braided rope; and
continuously weaving the third section of weaving rope, wherein the second adjusting section is movably wrapped in the third section of weaving rope along the direction of the third section of weaving rope; the second exposed section is exposed out of the third section of the braided rope and is connected with the second adjusting section extending along the direction of the third section of the braided rope.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising connecting a fourth length of braided rope to an end of the third length of braided rope remote from the second length of braided rope.
3. The weaving method as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the free end of the first exposed section has a first pulling end, the fourth section of the weaving rope has a second pulling end, and the first pulling end and the second pulling end are respectively connected with a connecting buckle; and/or
The first section of braided rope and the fourth section of braided rope are of an integral structure, and a fork is formed by the free end and the fourth section of braided rope; and/or
The diameter range of the fourth section of braided rope is 10 mm-3 cm.

The weaving method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the first section of the weaving rope further comprises a first bending section connected to the first adjusting section in a bending manner, and a second bending section connected to the first bending section in a bending manner, and the first adjusting section, the first bending section and the second bending section are movably accommodated in the third section of the weaving rope; and/or
The length range of the first adjusting section is 2 mm-20 cm; and/or
The length range of the first exposed section is 5 mm-30 cm; and/or
The diameter ranges of the first section of braided rope and the second section of braided rope are 10 mm-3 cm; and/or
The diameter range of the third section of braided rope is 20 mm-9 cm; and/or
The length of the first section of the braided rope is greater than that of the second section of the braided rope; and/or
The first section of the braided rope, the second section of the braided rope and the third section of the braided rope are of an integrated structure.
5. The weaving method of claim 1, wherein after the step of continuing to weave the third section of the braided rope from the trailing end of the second section of the braided rope, further comprising:
and folding the free end of the first section of the braided rope, which is not accommodated in the third section of the braided rope, upwards, and continuously braiding a fourth section of the braided rope.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the step of abutting an end of the first conditioning section of the first length of braided rope against the tail end of the second length of braided rope and before the step of continuing to braid the third length of braided rope from the tail end of the second length of braided rope, the method of braiding further comprises:
bending the first adjusting section for the first time in the direction close to the second section of the braided rope to form a first bending section connected with the first adjusting section in a bending mode;
and bending the first adjusting section for the second time in the direction close to the second section of the braided rope to form a second bending section connected with the first bending section in a bending manner, wherein the first bending section and the second bending section are positioned between the first section of the braided rope and the second section of the braided rope.
