step 2, firstly, padding the fabric treated in the step 1 in a composite desizing enzyme TF-162, adopting two-padding and two-rolling with a rolling retention rate of 70% -100%, and then steaming the padded fabric at the steaming temperature of 102 ℃ for 30-50 min; finally, the fabric is washed by hot water and cold water, wherein the composite desizing enzyme TF-162 is formed by compounding a refining agent, polyvinyl alcohol desizing enzyme and starch desizing enzyme according to the proportion of 1;
step 3, performing pre-setting on the fabric subjected to the cooking in the step 2, wherein the pre-setting temperature is 160-170 ℃, and the time is 45-60 s;
step 4, sequentially carrying out padding dye liquor, infrared pre-drying, hot air drying, baking, padding reducing liquor, reducing steam, washing, oxidizing, soaping, washing and drying on the fabric processed in the step 3, wherein the dye liquor comprises a dye, an anti-migration agent and a penetrating agent, the dye comprises a disperse dye and a reducing dye, and the using amounts of the disperse dye and the reducing dye are less than or equal to 10% of the weight of the fabric processed in the step 3; the concentration of the anti-migration agent in the dye liquor is 15-30 g/L, and the concentration of the penetrant is 2-5 g/L; the hot air drying temperature is 75-85 ℃, and the time is 3-5 min; the baking temperature is 140-160 ℃, and the baking time is 1-1.5min; the reducing solution is formed by dissolving sodium carbonate and sodium hydrosulfite in water, the concentration of the sodium carbonate in the reducing solution is 3-5 g/L, the concentration of the sodium hydrosulfite is 5-10 g/L, the steaming temperature is 100-102 ℃, and the time is 1-1.5min;
step 5, tentering the fabric dyed in the step 4, and decating, wherein the tentering temperature is 160-170 ℃, and the time is 45-60 s; the decating pressure is 1.5-3.0 kPa, and the decating time is 4-7 min.
