Compact spinning, also known as compact spinning, is a new spinning technology for spinning on an improved ring spinning frame, and improves the quality of finished yarn by adding a fiber condensation zone in front of a drawing device of the ring spinning frame. At present, the compact spinning types which are mainly used internationally include the latticed ring type (mainly including the German Sussen three-roller latticed ring type, the Japanese Toyota four-roller latticed ring type), the roller type (the COM4 of Rieter in Rieter Ridges, Switzerland), the perforated apron type (mainly including the Zinser perforated apron type), the mechanical type (mainly including the compact spinning system of Roscrraft magnetic gathering type in Carlos, Switzerland), and the latticed ring type, the roller type and the perforated apron type belong to the negative pressure air flow gathering mode. Among them, the Rosscarft mechanical compact spinning system is currently used in China rarely due to poor variety adaptability (generally only suitable for spinning yarns below 60 Ne) and other reasons; the Zinser perforated leather ring type has poor variety adaptability (generally only suitable for wool spinning), needs to be introduced into a whole machine, and has high price (average 1500 yuan per spindle), so the Zinser perforated leather ring type has small domestic use scale. Therefore, the lattice-circle type compact spinning currently occupies the mainstream market, but the phenomena of higher modification and maintenance cost, higher energy consumption, difficult control of aggregation effect and the like generally exist in the lattice-circle type compact spinning system.
