本发明公开了一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂及其制备方法,涉及清洗剂技术领域。一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂及其制备方法,按质量百分含量包括:4‑6wt%FMES,2‑3wt%AEO‑9,4‑5wt%OP‑10,1‑2wt%AEP,0.4‑0.5wt%445N,1~2wt%氢氧化钠,0.1~0.5wt%三聚磷酸钠,0.1~0.5wt%EDTA,0.1~0.2wt%碳酸钠,0.2~0.5wt%硅酸钠,0.1~0.2%硫酸钠,余量为水。本发明主要含量为多种表面活性剂,具有乳化、润湿、渗透、分散、净洗作用,以及具有抗再沉积作用,因此,清洗效率高,清洗速度快,清洗效果干净,对滤芯材质损伤小,延长滤芯使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体为一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
油雾过滤器是一种工业环保设备。安装在机床、清洗机等机械加工设备上,吸除加工腔内的油雾,达到净化空气,保护工人身体健康的目的。过滤器使用一段时间后,颗粒物和油形成油垢,堵塞滤芯,使空气流动能力逐步降低,过滤效能迅速下降,因此要对其中的滤芯进行更换和清洗。
目前,对含油垢的滤芯进行清洗时,主要采用苛性钠(氢氧化钠)溶液直接浸泡滤芯再冲洗的方法。但使用该方法清洗后,对滤芯材质的使用寿命有严重影响,通常清洗1-2次后,就不能再清洗,只能更换新滤芯;另外,使用强碱性药剂清洗时,影响操作人员身体健健。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂,按质量百分含量包括:4-6wt%FMES,2-3wt%AEO-9,4-5wt%OP-10,1-2wt%AEP,0.4-0.5wt%445N,1~2wt%氢氧化钠,0.1~0.5wt%三聚磷酸钠,0.1~0.5wt%EDTA,0.1~0.2wt%碳酸钠,0.2~0.5wt%硅酸钠,0.1~0.2%硫酸钠,余量为水。
一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将成分中各配料按比重称量备用;
S2、在搅拌桶中放入定量的水,再依次加入称量好的FMES,AEO-9,OP-10,AEP,445N和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
S3、再依次向混合液A中加入称量好的三聚磷酸钠,EDTA,碳酸钠,硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
优选的,所述S2和S3步骤中的每份原料加入后都进行一次搅拌操作,保障原料混合均匀。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂,主要含量为多种表面活性剂,具有乳化、润湿、渗透、分散、净洗作用,以及具有抗再沉积作用,因此,清洗效率高,清洗速度快,清洗效果干净,对滤芯材质损伤小,延长滤芯使用寿命。

一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂,按质量百分含量包括:5wt%FMES,6wt%AEO-9,4wt%OP-10,2wt%AEP,0.5wt%445N,2wt%氢氧化钠,0.3wt%三聚磷酸钠,0.3wt%EDTA,0.2wt%碳酸钠,0.3wt%硅酸钠,0.2%硫酸钠,余量为水。
一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将成分中各配料按比重称量备用;
S2、在搅拌桶中放入定量的水,再依次加入称量好的FMES,AEO-9,OP-10,AEP,445N和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
S3、再依次向混合液A中加入称量好的三聚磷酸钠,EDTA,碳酸钠,硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
S2和S3步骤中的每份原料加入后都进行一次搅拌操作,保障原料混合均匀。
上述配料中FMES,AEO-9,OP-10,AEP,445N均为表面活性剂,对油污具有乳化、润湿、渗透、分散、净洗作用,以及具有抗再沉积作用;上述配料中三聚磷酸钠,EDTA,碳酸钠,硅酸钠,硫酸钠均为弱酸盐,本清洗剂中添加有氢氧化钠,通过弱酸盐的添加能有利于调节控制清洗剂的PH值,保护滤芯。

1.一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂,其特征在于:按质量百分含量包括:4-6wt%FMES,2-3wt%AEO-9,4-5wt%OP-10,1-2wt%AEP,0.4-0.5wt%445N,1~2wt%氢氧化钠,0.1~0.5wt%三聚磷酸钠,0.1~0.5wt%EDTA,0.1~0.2wt%碳酸钠,0.2~0.5wt%硅酸钠,0.1~0.2%硫酸钠,余量为水。
2.一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将成分中各配料按比重称量备用;
S2、在搅拌桶中放入定量的水,再依次加入称量好的FMES,AEO-9,OP-10,AEP,445N和氢氧化钠,搅拌均匀,得到混合液A;
S3、再依次向混合液A中加入称量好的三聚磷酸钠,EDTA,碳酸钠,硅酸钠,搅拌均匀,得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种油雾过滤器滤芯清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S2和S3步骤中的每份原料加入后都进行一次搅拌操作,保障原料混合均匀。
