Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of communication maintenance, in particular to a cleaning agent for electrified maintenance of network communication and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In general, factors affecting the operating environment of electronic equipment are formed by internal factors and external factors, and the internal factors mainly mean that a heat dissipation channel of a device packaging material is closed and the temperature is increased; the dielectric constant of the component material increases the reduction of the insulativity of the integrated circuit board; chemical crystals are formed among the leads to cause short circuit and bridging; the surface resistance of the circuit board is reduced; loosening the element joint interface to oxidize the element welding spot and perform virtual connection; mildew blocks appear on the integrated circuit board to form an induction micro-power plant; forming a potential difference and accelerating aging; forming an additional capacitor; the particle shielding film damages the electronic migration of the integrated circuit; coupling is generated when polar substances are excessively accumulated; the accumulation of internal damage of components is accelerated.
The external factors are composed of nitrogen oxide, sulfur dioxide, suspended particles (TSP), moisture, salt fog, oil mist, mineral dust, fiber dust, microorganisms (mold) and the like, and the impurities also form an additional micro-point effect on electric power in the equipment to cause a slow corrosion effect, cause poor contact of precision electronic equipment to different degrees, reduce reactance, leak electricity, short circuit, error codes, bad edition and the like to cause the increase of soft failure rates of line energy loss, transmission signal weakening, unstable transmission rate and quality and the like.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.
