Background
The lubricating oil is a liquid or semisolid lubricating agent used on various types of automobiles and mechanical equipment to reduce friction and protect machines and workpieces, and mainly plays roles in lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing, buffering and the like.
Along with the coming out and comprehensive implementation of national energy-saving and environment-friendly laws and regulations, the setting of the fuel consumption limit value of the fuel of the commercial vehicle and the high-speed growth of the heavy truck and bus market, the diesel engine oil meeting the requirements of the heavy truck and bus on energy conservation and long oil change period is the development direction of the diesel engine oil market in future.
The energy loss ratio caused by friction in the combustion process of the engine reaches 20-25% of the effective energy generated by combustion, the lubricating property of the diesel engine oil is improved, the friction coefficient of an oil product can be reduced, and the oil saving performance of the diesel engine oil is effectively improved. The traditional sulfur-phosphorus type lubricating oil additive is easy to decompose at high temperature, so that the lubricating effect is reduced, and the abrasion of equipment, a cylinder body and the like is accelerated. Researches show that the nanoparticles serving as the lubricating oil additive have good wear-resistant and friction-reducing performance and high bearing capacity, have a certain self-repairing function on a wear surface, reduce the wear among engine parts, and can change the sliding friction among the friction into rolling friction to effectively reduce the friction coefficient, thereby reducing the fuel consumption and improving the power performance of the engine.
