A low-odor low-compression-deformation rubber sealing material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of natural rubber, 30-50 parts of polyurethane rubber, 10-20 parts of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, 1-5 parts of rubber deodorant, 70-100 parts of carbon black, 1-5 parts of lignin rubber auxiliary agent, 3-5 parts of accelerator, 5-10 parts of anti-aging agent and 2-6 parts of vulcanizing agent. Through being provided with carbon black, lignin rubber auxiliary agent, thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer etc, increase the intensity of rubber, make its deflection lighter, increase the wearability of rubber simultaneously, make the life of rubber materials increase, sealed effect is better moreover, is provided with the rubber deodorant to and use natural rubber, make the rubber that produces, the smell can be got rid of, in the use, can reduce giving off of smell, the reduction is to the injury of human body.

Background
The rubber is a high-elasticity polymer material with reversible deformation, is rich in elasticity at room temperature, can generate large deformation under the action of small external force, and can recover the original shape after the external force is removed.
