Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of curing agents, and particularly relates to a curing agent for dredging sludge generated in sea engineering and channel excavation.
Background
Dredging in the broad sense generally refers to engineering operations for dredging or digging and widening water areas such as oceans, rivers, lakes and the like. The dredging engineering has been replaced by the past manual labor by the present mechanical automation, but the development of the dredging engineering is accompanied by the generation of a large amount of dredging sludge, and how to effectively process the dredging sludge is a key consideration for relevant scientific researchers.
With the increasing of the external openness degree of China, foundation pit foundations of buildings such as airports, ports and wharfs in coastal cities need to occupy a large amount of land resources, and dredger fill soil reclamation projects combined with dredging are increasingly developed. Stabilization and harmless treatment of dredged sludge become an urgent problem to be solved. The curing agent is a general term of one or more mixed chemicals which are added into a material needing to be cured so as to improve the bearing capacity of the material and reduce stress deformation, and at present, the research results on the dredging sludge curing agent are more, but most of the results use more materials, the implementation conditions are severe, and the process flow is complex.
Therefore, a curing agent which is simple in material, convenient and fast in implementation method, more economical and applicable is urgently needed to be found so as to be used for treating dredged sludge generated by sea area engineering and channel excavation.

The invention adopts a specific implementation scheme on the basis of achieving the aim as follows: a curing agent for sea area dredging sludge comprises the following raw materials (counted by weight percentage): 50-60% of cement clinker, 30-35% of blast furnace slag powder and 10-15% of gypsum powder.
The curing agent of the invention is further optimized, and comprises the following raw materials (counted by weight percent): 56.25 percent of cement clinker, 31.25 percent of blast furnace slag powder and 12.5 percent of gypsum powder.
The curing agent is further optimized, the cement clinker is silicate cement clinker, and the specific surface area of the cement clinker is 350-450m2/kg。
The curing agent is further optimized, and the specific surface area of the blast furnace slag powder is 300-600m2/kg。
The curing agent is further optimized, and the gypsum powder is industrial waste gypsum powder.
The preparation method of the curing agent for the sea area dredging sludge, provided by the invention, comprises the steps of mixing the curing agent materials (cement clinker, blast furnace slag powder and gypsum powder) according to the weight percentage, and stirring the mixture uniformly to obtain the curing agent.
The application method of the curing agent for the sea area dredging sludge, provided by the invention, comprises the steps of uniformly mixing the dredging sludge and the curing agent, and naturally curing; wherein the mass ratio of the curing agent is 10-16% of the total mass (mixing ratio) of the dredged sludge.
Compared with the prior dredged sludge curing agent, the invention has the obvious benefits that:
according to the dredged sludge curing agent disclosed by the invention, the solidification and stabilization of the dredged sludge are realized, the materials used by the curing agent are simple, the sources are wide and most industrial waste materials are adopted, on one hand, the comprehensive recycling treatment of slag, gypsum powder and the dredged sludge in sea areas can be realized, and better environmental benefits can be brought; on the other hand, the sea area dredging sludge can enable the solidification environment to reach a certain pH value without special additives and special process environment treatment, and the curing agent and the sea area dredging sludge mixed slurry have good gelling performance. In addition, the curing agent material and the sea area dredging sludge can be filled in different grades, the water content of the sludge is reduced, the curing rate is promoted, the curing strength is improved, the problems of water and soil environmental pollution and the like are solved, the energy is saved, the environment is protected, the price is low, the total engineering cost is saved, the actual engineering requirements are met, and the curing agent material can be used for large-scale dredging sludge curing treatment.
