Abstract
The invention provides a ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar and application thereof. The premixed dry-mixed mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 portions and 220 portions of cement; 30-220 parts of fly ash; 400 portions and 650 portions of recycled concrete powder; 240 portions of quartz sand and 300 portions of quartz sand; 0.2-1.2 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar provided by the invention has good working performance and strength, effectively realizes the recycling of construction waste, and solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the construction waste.

Technical Field
The invention relates to premixed dry-mixed mortar and application thereof.
Background
The resource utilization of construction wastes is a hot spot in the world at present, and particularly in China, the resource utilization is one of important fields of practical circular economy and energy conservation and emission reduction. At present, the building wastes generated by the removal of China are mainly wall materials such as: the solid waste of the construction becomes a difficult problem of the construction industry, and the solid waste of the construction becomes a landfill disposal in urban and rural junctions, which causes serious environmental pollution and farmland reduction. In view of the reproducibility and resource of the building garbage, a new available way is developed, the utilization rate of the building garbage is improved, and the method has better influence on creating environment-friendly and resource-saving cities.
The premixed dry-mixed mortar is a granular or powdery material which is formed by physically mixing dry-screened aggregate, an inorganic cementing material, an additive and the like according to a certain proportion, is transported to a construction site in a bag or in bulk form, is mixed with water and can be directly used, is used for masonry and plastering engineering and can be divided into masonry mortar and plastering mortar.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the premixed dry-mixed mortar prepared from the recycled concrete powder which is used for recycling the building wastes and reducing the environmental pollution, the premixed dry-mixed mortar has excellent performance, the water retention performance of the mortar stirred by adding water is improved, the water consumption is reduced, the mortar construction performance is improved, and the quality of the dry-mixed mortar is improved while the environment is improved and the pollution is reduced.

According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar further comprises 150-200 parts by weight of mixing water when in use.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the recycled concrete powder premixed dry-mixed mortar, the recycled concrete powder is obtained by sorting, crushing, screening and grinding the waste concrete blocks, the recycled concrete powder is used for replacing part of fine aggregates, the problem of segregation and bleeding cannot be caused, and the strength of the mortar is enhanced by using quartz sand; the powdery polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent is utilized to reduce the mixing water consumption in use, increase the later strength of the mortar and improve the plasticity and the constructability of the mortar; the invention utilizes the recycled concrete powder as the raw material, effectively realizes the purpose of changing the construction waste into valuable, solves the problem of construction waste treatment, and further solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by the construction waste.

Example 1
The recycled concrete powder premixed dry-mixed mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight:

(1) preparation of recycled concrete powder
Sorting, crushing, screening and grinding the waste concrete blocks to obtain regenerated concrete powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 4 mm;

When the premixed dry-mixed mortar is used, 170 parts by weight of blending water is added, and the test methods of the mortar consistency, the 2-hour consistency loss rate, the water retention rate, the 7d compressive strength and the 28d compressive strength of the recycled concrete powder premixed dry-mixed mortar obtained in examples 1 to 13 are tested according to the test method of GB/T25181-2019 premixed mortar, and the results are shown in Table 1.

The recycled concrete powder is used as a material for partially replacing the fine aggregate, so that the waste concrete material is utilized, the cost is saved, the environment is protected, the use of the fine aggregate in the preparation of the dry-mixed mortar is effectively reduced, and the natural resources are saved.
The consistency, water retention rate and compressive strength of 7d and 28d of each example in the table 1 show that the recycled concrete powder premixed dry-mixed mortar prepared by the invention can meet the use requirements of most dry-mixed mortars.
From the above, the inventors of the present invention have obtained through a large number of experiments the recycled concrete powder ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar of the present invention, which comprises components in a specific weight part range, and has good workability and strength.

6. The ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the recycled concrete powder has a particle size of 4mm or less; the grain size of the quartz sand is less than or equal to 4 mm.
7. The ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is a powdery polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and preferably has a water content of less than or equal to 2.0%.
8. A method of preparing a ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising:
mixing cement, fly ash and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, and then adding and mixing regenerated concrete powder and quartz sand.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the recycled concrete powder is prepared by sequentially sorting, crushing, sieving and grinding the waste concrete blocks.
10. Use of the ready-mixed dry-mixed mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or obtained by the preparation method according to claim 8 or 9 in the construction industry.
