Abstract

The invention provides a device and a method for movably cleaning a cartridge filter element on line, which are used for filtering oil content in cobaltosic oxide wastewater. The device consists of a sealing barrel, a plastic submerged pump, a movable cart, an outlet hose and a cleaning backflow hose. The sealed barrel contains dilute hydrochloric acid and is detachably fixed on the movable trolley, and a plastic submerged pump is placed at the top of the sealed barrel and is provided with a cleaning reflux port; the cleaning backflow port is connected with the cleaning backflow hose; the plastic submerged pump is connected with an upper suction pipeline inserted to the bottom of the sealed barrel, an outlet of the pump is connected with the outlet hose, and when cleaning is carried out, the plastic submerged pump lifts dilute hydrochloric acid into the security filter for cleaning. The device provided by the invention has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation of the method, convenient disassembly and assembly of the cleaning interface, realization of the reutilization of the security filter, reduction of the operation amount of manual updating of the filter element, and reduction of the maintenance cost on the basis of environmental protection.

Technical Field

Background
The safety filter is also called as a precision filter and is generally arranged in front of a pressure container to remove fine particles so as to meet the requirement of the subsequent process on water inlet; sometimes also at the end of the overall water treatment system to prevent fine particles from entering the product water. The cartridge filter can protect the water treatment system and ensure that the quality of the discharged water meets the standard. The wire-wound honeycomb type filter element or the melt-blown filter element is used in the production water filtration, alcohol filtration, pharmaceutical filtration, acid-base filtration, reverse osmosis RO membrane front security filtration in the industries of drinking water, domestic water, electronics, printing and dyeing, textile, environmental protection and the like, and has the advantages of large flux, low consumable material cost, polished or matte appearance and acid pickling and passivation treatment on the inner surface. The inlet and outlet, sewage pipeline, automatic control valve and controller can automatically back flush.
The filter element is the core component of the security filter, directly determines the filtering effect, and is divided according to the material, common filter elements include paper filter elements, glass fiber filter elements, metal fiber filter elements, polypropylene fibers, polyester fiber filter elements and the like, and the working principle of the filter element is to utilize 5 mu m pores to carry out mechanical filtration, thereby effectively removing impurities such as suspended matters, particles, iron rust and the like in liquid.

After ultrafiltration, oil in the feed liquid can adhere to the surface of the inner core of the security filter, so that the filter element is blocked, the running resistance is increased, and the security filter cannot normally work when the pressure of an inlet and an outlet reaches a set value, so that the security filter is required to be maintained.
The prior art mainly has two types: firstly, the filter element is replaced by replacing the blocked filter element, but the cost for replacing the filter element is high, and meanwhile, the replaced filter element can become industrial waste and pollute the environment. And secondly, the filter element is taken out to be soaked and cleaned and then is reinstalled for use, the mode reduces the cost for replacing the filter element, but the labor cost is increased in the series of processes of cleaning the filter element, and in the cleaning and transportation processes, the cleaning liquid overflows to pollute the environment.

Further, the cleaning solution is 10% -15% of dilute hydrochloric acid.

Example 1

The cleaning return hose 5 is connected with a feed port 11 of the cartridge filter by a clamp 13; outlet hose 4 utilizes clamp 13 and filter outlet 10 to be connected, and easy to assemble dismantles, reduces operation work load, promotes and washs the convenience.

The cleaning solution is 10-15% diluted hydrochloric acid and enters the sealed barrel 1 through an acid adding port 6 formed in the top of the sealed barrel 1. Referring to fig. 2, this embodiment provides a method for cleaning cartridge filter elements using the apparatus of embodiment 1, wherein the cartridge filter to be cleaned is a filtering process for cobaltosic oxide wastewater, the main component of the wastewater is ammonium chloride, the impurity to be removed is oil, and the process for cleaning cartridge filter elements comprises the following steps:
step one, pushing a cleaning device filled with cleaning fluid to the vicinity of a cartridge filter 12;
connecting an outlet hose 4 of the plastic submerged pump with a filter outlet 10 by using a hoop 13, and connecting a cleaning backflow hose 5 with a filter feed inlet 11 by using the hoop 13, so that cleaning liquid of the sealing barrel 1 can be lifted into a security filter 12 through the outlet hose of the pump, and cleaning liquid circulating back in the security filter can also flow back to the sealing barrel 1;
and step three, starting the plastic submerged pump 2, enabling the cleaning liquid in the sealed barrel 1 to enter the security filter 12 through the pump outlet hose 4 and the outlet 10 of the security filter, and then removing the oil adhered to the filter element. The cleaning liquid and the oil are returned to the sealed barrel 1 through the cleaning return hose 5 through the filter feed port 11, and the circular cleaning process is completed.
The cleaning liquid of the device adopts dilute hydrochloric acid, so on the basis of effectively removing oil in the filter element, no new impurity is introduced into cobaltosic oxide wastewater with ammonium chloride as a main component, and the purity of salt produced by evaporation and crystallization of wastewater in the later period is ensured. The device is simple in structure, easy to operate, convenient and fast to disassemble and assemble the cleaning interface, reduces the operation amount of manually updating the filter element, saves labor cost, and saves the maintenance cost of the security filter while realizing the recycling of the security filter.
