Description

Working table column
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a work bench, and more particularly to a work bench having protective and decorative members.
Background
A typical table, such as a medical operating table, generally has a base and a table column disposed on the base and provided with an elevator unit, and a working platform is disposed on the top surface of the table column (elevator unit) to accommodate a patient to be operated, related surgical instruments, medical supplies or medicines, and even medical records. For the sake of beauty, hygiene and convenient cleaning, the elevator set is generally covered with a decorative plate (cylinder).
The existing fixing method of the decorative plate (cylinder) of the working table post is fixed by a screw locking method. However, if the bolt has a nut, it will not only enlarge the seam of the plaque (tube) but also affect the overall visual appearance, and require extra space and structure to be hidden. In addition, the bolt is locked by using a screw bolt lock, so that the disassembly and the assembly are not easy and the assembly is time-consuming.
Therefore, there is a need to provide an advanced stage column to solve the problems faced by the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a workbench column, which solves the problems encountered in the prior art.
This workstation post includes: the elevator set, the first plaque, the second plaque, the first gomphosis piece and the second gomphosis piece. The elevator group has an elevation direction. The first decorative plate is provided with a first surface and a first side wall connected with the first surface. The second plaque has the second surface and with the second lateral wall of second surface connection. The first embedded part is fixedly arranged on the first surface and partially extends outwards to exceed the first side wall. The second embedded part is fixedly arranged on the second surface, is adjacent to the second side wall and is used for being clamped with the first embedded part, so that the first surface and the second surface jointly surround the elevator unit.
According to the above embodiments, embodiments of the present invention provide a work bench having an elevator group. At least two decorative plates are clamped by the clamping of the embedded parts to form at least one decorative cylinder surrounding the elevator unit, so that the aims of saving the number of parts (screws), shortening the assembly time, ensuring that the decorative cylinder cannot fall off during movement and ensuring that the workbench column operates smoothly are fulfilled.
In some embodiments, the working platform column comprises a plurality of decorative cylinders which are sleeved with each other in a coaxial mode and are movably combined with each other, and the decorative cylinders are relatively displaced along the lifting direction of the lifting unit in coordination with the lifting of the lifting unit so as to enable the decorative cylinders to present stretching and condensing appearances. The two adjacent decorative cylinders can be connected in a limiting way by using the hook piece, so that the decorative cylinders still maintain a coaxial sleeved state when the decorative cylinders show a stretched appearance.
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and specific examples, but the invention is not limited thereto.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail with reference to the following drawings, which are provided for illustration purposes and the like:
the invention provides a workbench column, which can achieve the purposes of saving the number of parts and shortening the assembly time. In order to make the aforementioned and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, several preferred embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
It should be noted, however, that the specific embodiments and methods are not to be considered as limiting the invention. The invention may be embodied with other features, elements, methods, and parameters. The preferred embodiments are provided only to illustrate the technical features of the present invention, and not to limit the scope of the claims of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will recognize that equivalent modifications and variations can be made in light of the following description of the invention without departing from the spirit thereof. Like elements in different embodiments and drawings will be denoted by like reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1A and 1B, fig. 1A is a perspective view illustrating an assembly structure of a workbench 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1B shows a perspective view of a partially assembled column 100 of the workstation 10 with the work platform 13 removed. In some embodiments of the present invention, the work bench 100 may include (but is not limited to) a base 11, a lift unit 12 on the base 11, a work platform 13 disposed on the lift unit 12, and a sleeve unit 14 surrounding the outside of the lift unit 12.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the decorative sleeve group 14 may be formed by combining a plurality of decorative sleeves, such as decorative sleeves 14A, 14B, and 14C. The decoration cylinders 14A, 14B and 14C are coaxially sleeved with each other and movably combined with each other, and relatively move along the lifting direction D of the lifting unit 12 in coordination with the lifting of the lifting unit 12, so that the decoration cylinder set 14 presents the appearance of stretching (as shown in fig. 1A) and condensing (as shown in fig. 1B). It should be noted that the number of the decoration tubes 14A, 14B and 14C of the decoration tube set 14 of the worktable column 100 is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can appropriately adjust the number according to the design requirement of the worktable column 100.
For example, in the present embodiment, the size (e.g., inner diameter) of the ornament tube 14A is larger than the size (e.g., outer diameter) of the ornament tubes 14B and 14C; and the (e.g., inner diameter) dimension of the sleeve 14B is larger than the (e.g., outer diameter) dimension of the sleeve 14C. The decoration tube 14C is sleeved in the decoration tube 14B, and the decoration tube 14B is sleeved in the decoration tube 14A. As shown in fig. 1A, when the elevator group 12 is lifted upwards along the lifting direction D perpendicular to the ground, the decoration tubes 14A, 14B and 14C are displaced upwards relatively, so that the decoration tube group 14 has a stretched appearance. In fig. 1B, the elevator group 12 has been lowered to the lowest position, at which time the decorative cylinders 14A, 14B, and 14C are relatively displaced downward, giving the decorative cylinder group 14 the appearance of condensing with each other. It should be noted that the lifting direction D is not limited to being vertical to the ground. In some embodiments, the lifting direction D may be at an angle of less than 90 ° to the ground clamp.
Each of the decorative tubes (such as the decorative tube 14A) is assembled by a plurality of decorative plates. For example, referring to fig. 2A, fig. 2A is an exploded perspective view of a single decoration cylinder (e.g., the decoration cylinder 14A) according to an embodiment of the invention. 2B is a sectional view of the assembling structure of the decoration cylinder set 14 along the vertical lifting direction D according to an embodiment of the present invention. The decoration cylinder 14A is a cylindrical casing structure formed by two U-shaped first decoration plates 141 and second decoration plates 142, and is sleeved around the outer side of the elevator unit 12.
In detail, the first and second decoration plates 141 and 142 have U-shaped sections 141a and 142a, respectively, perpendicular to the ascending and descending direction D. Wherein the two ends 141a1 and 141a2 of the U-shaped section 141a are aligned with the two ends 142a1 and 142a2 of the U-shaped section 142a, respectively. The ends 141a1 and 142a1 and the ends 141a2 and 142a2 aligned with each other are engaged with each other by the engaging structures 143 and 144, respectively, to form a ring-shaped sleeve surrounding the outer side of the elevator group 12. However, the structure of the decorative tube 14A is not limited thereto.
For example, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the decoration cylinders 14A and 14B may be formed by connecting a plurality of plane decoration plates (not shown), each having a polygonal cross section (not shown); after being assembled in the above manner, a polygonal tubular structure (not shown) can be formed to surround the outer side of the elevator unit 12. For another example, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the decoration cylinders 14A and 14B may be arc decoration plates (not shown) respectively having an arc cross section (not shown); after being assembled in the above manner, a cylindrical structure (not shown) of a circular, oval or double-arc type can be formed to surround the outer side of the elevator group 12.
In this embodiment, the first trim 141 has a first surface 141b facing the elevator group 12 and extending along the elevating direction D, and a sidewall 141c and a sidewall 141D respectively located at the two corresponding ends 141a1 and 141a2 of the U-shaped section 141a and extending along the elevating direction D. Wherein the sidewalls 141c and 141d are respectively connected to the first surface 141 b; and the first surface 141b forms an angle θ 1 and an angle θ 2 of 90 ° with the sidewall 141c and the sidewall 141d, respectively. However, the angles of the included angles θ 1 and θ 2 are not limited thereto. For example, in some embodiments of the present description, included angles θ 1 and θ 2 may be different from or the same as each other and greater than or less than 90 °.
The second plaque 142 has a second surface 142b facing the elevator group 12 and extending in the elevation direction D, and side walls 142c and 142D respectively located at the corresponding ends 142a1 and 142a2 of the U-shaped section 142a and extending in the elevation direction D. Wherein the sidewalls 142c and 142d are respectively connected to the second surface 142 b; and the second surface 142b includes angles theta 3 and theta 4 of 90 deg. with the side wall 142c and the side wall 142d, respectively. However, the angles of the angles θ 3 and θ 4 are not limited thereto. For example, in some embodiments of the present description, included angles θ 3 and θ 4 may be different from or the same as each other and greater than or less than 90 °.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the engagement structure 143 includes a first engagement member 143a and a second engagement member 143 b. The first engaging member 143a is fixed to the first surface 141b and partially extends outward beyond the sidewall 141 c. The second engaging member 143b is fixed to the second surface 142b and adjacent to the sidewall 142c, and is engaged with the first engaging member 143a, so that the sidewall 141c is adjacent to the sidewall 142 c. In this embodiment, the first engaging member 143a includes a fixing portion 143a1 and a tongue portion 143a 2. The fixing portion 143a1 is fixedly disposed on the first surface 141b of the first decorative plate 141. The tongue portion 143a2 extends outwardly parallel to the first surface 141b beyond the sidewall 141c and forms an angle of phi 1 different from 180 deg. with the sidewall 141 c. The second engaging member 143b may be a housing structure defining a mortise 143b1 with the second side 142b of the second trim 142 for receiving and engaging the first tongue portion 143a2 of the first engaging member 143 a.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the engagement structure 144 includes a third engagement member 144a and a fourth engagement member 144 b. The third engaging member 144a is fixed to the first surface 141b and partially extends outward beyond the sidewall 141 d. The fourth engaging member 144b is fixedly disposed on the second surface 142c and adjacent to the sidewall 142d, and is engaged with the third engaging member 144a, so that the sidewall 141d is adjacent to the sidewall 142 d. In the present embodiment, the third engaging member 144a includes a fixing portion 144a1 and a tongue portion 144a 2. The fixing portion 144a1 is fixedly disposed on the first surface 141b of the first decorative plate 141. The tongue portion 144a2 extends outwardly parallel to the first surface 141b beyond the sidewall 141d and forms an angle of phi 2 different from 180 deg. with the sidewall 141 c. The fourth engaging member 144b may be a housing structure, and defines a hole 144b1 with the second side 142b of the second trim 142 for receiving and engaging the tongue portion 144a2 of the third engaging member 144 a.
In the present embodiment, the sidewall 141c and the sidewall 142c can be joined to each other by the engagement of the engaging structure 143; by the engagement of the engaging structure 144, the sidewall 141d and the sidewall 142d can be engaged with each other, so that the first surface 141b of the first trim 141 and the second surface 142c of the second trim 142 form a cylindrical housing, and jointly surround the elevator group 12. However, the arrangement of the engaging structures 143 and 144 is not limited thereto. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the positions of the first fitting member 143a and one second fitting member 143b may be interchanged with each other; the positions of the third and fourth fitting members 144a and 144b may also be interchanged with each other.
In addition, in order to make the fitting structure 143 or 144 more stable, in some embodiments, a protrusion 145a may be provided on a surface of the tongue portion 143a2 of the first fitting member 143 a; meanwhile, a corresponding boss 145a and a matching recess 145b are provided on the inner surface of the case of the second engagement member 143b for engaging with each other. In other embodiments, the locations of post 145a and recess 145b may be interchanged. And the same projection 145a and recess 145b may also be applied to the fitting structure 144.
To facilitate separation of the engaged engagement structure (such as engagement structure 143), in some embodiments of the present invention, a recess 158 may be formed on one (or both) of the sidewalls 141c and 142c for receiving a sled 159 (e.g., a linear screwdriver). After the second fitting member 143b is engaged with the first fitting member 143a, the first sidewall 141c and the second sidewall 142c, which are in close contact with each other, may be separated from each other by applying a transverse stress by the sled 159 inserted into the notch 158. In this embodiment, the notch 158 may be disposed at the lowermost end of the sidewall 141c (sidewall 142c or both) and away from the corresponding first fitting 143a (or/and second fitting 143 b).
Referring to fig. 1B and 2B again, a structure similar to the above-described decorative tube 14A is also applicable to the decorative tubes 14B and 14C. In the embodiment, the sleeve 14B is composed of a third trim plate 146 and a fourth trim plate 147, and a fitting structure 148 (including a fifth fitting 148a and a sixth fitting 148B) and the fitting structure 149 form a cylindrical housing structure, which is sleeved around the outer side of the elevator unit 12. The decorative tube 14C is composed of a fifth decorative plate 150 and a sixth decorative plate 151, and a tubular housing structure is formed by the fitting structure 152 and the fitting structure 153, and is fitted around the outer side of the elevator unit 12. Since the similar structures constituting the decorative cylinders 14B and 14C have been described in detail above, they are not described in detail herein.
As previously described, the escutcheons 14A, 14B and 14C are nested within one another in a coaxial fashion, with the nesting features 148 and 149 being provided on the third surface 146a of the third plaque 146 and the fourth surface 147a of the fourth plaque 147, respectively; the fitting structures 152 and 153 are provided on the fifth surface 150a of the fifth facing plate 150 and the sixth surface 151a of the sixth facing plate 151, respectively. Third surface 146a is located between elevator group 12 and first surface 141 b; and fourth surface 147a is located between elevator group 12 and second surface 142 b. The fifth surface 150a is located between the second elevator group 120 and the third surface 146 a; and sixth surface 151a is located between elevator group 12 and fourth surface 147 a. It should be noted that although the fitting structures 143, 144, 148, 149, 152, 153 are arranged in parallel in the present embodiment, this configuration is only an example. As long as the engaging structures 143, 144, 148, 149, 152, 153 can be assembled and disassembled normally in the aforementioned manner, the engaging structures 143, 144, 148, 149, 152, 153 can be located at any positions (surfaces) of the corresponding decorative tubes 14A, 14B, and 14C, respectively, and are not limited to being arranged in parallel with each other.
In addition, in order to maintain the coaxial sleeved state of the decorative tubes 14A, 14B and 14C in a stretched appearance, the two upper and lower adjacent decorative tubes can be connected in a limited manner by using hook pieces fixed on the decorative plates. For example, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a simplified cross-sectional view of the worktable 10 taken along a tangent line S of fig. 1B according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the lower end of the first surface 141b of the decorative cylinder 14A may include a hook piece 154A; the upper end of the seventh surface 146B of the sleeve 14B, which is opposite to the third surface 146a and faces the first surface 142B, may include a hook 155B aligned with the hook 154 a. The lower end of the second surface 142b of the decorative tube 14A may include a hook piece 155 a; the eighth surface 147B of the sleeve 14B, which is opposite to the fourth surface 147a and faces the second surface 142B, may include a hook 155B at an upper end thereof, which is aligned with the hook 155 a.
The lower end of the third surface 146a of the decorative tube 14B may include a hook piece 157 a; the decorative tube 14C may include a hook 156b at an upper end thereof, opposite to the fifth surface 150a and facing the ninth surface 150b of the third surface 146a, and aligned with the hook 156 a. The lower end of the fourth surface 147a of the decorative tube 14B may include a hook piece 157 a; the tenth surface 151b of the sleeve 14C, which is located on the opposite side of the sixth surface 151a and faces the fourth surface 147a, may include a hook piece 157b at its upper end, which is aligned with the hook piece 157 a. When the decorative tubes 14A, 14B and 14C are lifted along the lifting direction D to present a stretched appearance, the hook piece 154A will be hooked with the hook piece 154B; and the hook piece 155a will be hooked with the hook piece 155B to limit the displacement between the decorative tubes 14A and 14B, so as to maintain the coaxial sleeved state. Meanwhile, the hook piece 156a will hook with the hook piece 156 b; and the hook piece 157a is hooked with the hook piece 157B to limit the displacement degree between the decorative cylinders 14B and 14C, so that the two decorative cylinders are maintained in a coaxial sleeved state.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the hook pieces 154b, 154a, 155b, 155a are arranged in parallel with each other and perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the engaging structures 143, 144, 148, 149, 152, 153. However, this arrangement is merely an example, and the positions and arrangement of the hook pieces 154b, 154a, 155b, 155a are not limited thereto. As long as a set of hook pieces corresponding to each other, for example, the hook pieces 154B and 154A, the hook pieces 155B and 155a, and the hook pieces 155B and 155a, can be aligned with each other, so that the two upper and lower adjacent escutcheons can be connected in a limited manner when the escutcheons 14A, 14B and 14C are in a stretched appearance, and the coupling and decoupling of the engaging structures 143, 144, 148, 149, 152 and 153 are not affected, the hook pieces 154B, 154A, 155B, 155a, 155B and 155a can be disposed at any position of the escutcheons 14A, 14B and 14C.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a perspective view of a part of the sleeve structure (such as only some of the decorative tubes 14A and 14B) of the decorative tube set 14 according to another embodiment of the present invention. Wherein, the hook piece 154A on the first surface 141b of the decorative tube 14A can be a hook 402 with an upward curve; the hook piece 154B on the seventh surface 146B of the decorative tube 14B and the seventh surface 146B can define a hook loop 401 for hooking the hook 402 of the hook piece 154 a. The hook piece 155b and the eighth surface 147b may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook piece 155 a. The hook 156b and the ninth surface 150b may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook 156 a. The hook 157b and the tenth surface 151b may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook 157 a.
Conversely, in another embodiment, the hook pieces 154b, 155b, 156b and 157b may be a hook claw (not shown) having a downward curve. The hook piece 154a and the first surface 141b may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook piece 154 b. The hook sheet 155a and the second surface 142b may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook sheet 155 b. The hook piece 156a may define a hook loop (not shown) with the third surface 146a for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook piece 156 b. The hook 157a and the fourth surface 147a may define a hook ring (not shown) for engaging with a hook claw (not shown) of the hook 157 b.
It should be noted that the number, shape and position of the hook pieces 154A, 154B, 155a, 155B, 156a, 156B, 157a and 157B are only examples, and not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can adjust and design the hook pieces according to the number and the engaging manner of the decoration tubes 14A, 14B and 14C.
The two adjacent decorative tubes can be connected in a limiting way by using the hook piece, so that the decorative tubes can still maintain a coaxial sleeved state when the decorative tubes show a stretched appearance.
The present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof, and it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
