Abstract

With the rapid development of economy in China, cement pipes are widely applied to various fields. The water supply pipe can be used as a sewer pipe in urban construction foundations, can discharge sewage and flood control drainage, can also be used as an outer sleeve pipe for running water, electric power telecommunication, gas potential and the like needing to lay pipelines underground, and can be used as a water supply pipe and a farmland motor-pumped well in special factories and mines. At present to the loading and unloading of cement pipe, the general people are accomplished through artifical manual transport, and the manual handling efficiency to the cement pipe of so operation is lower, and the labour is great, and be injured relatively easily, consequently needs to research and develop a cement pipe handling equipment for road construction urgently.
